Hotel room was super cramp, barely enough space to move about, feel castrophobic. Service was poor, had to call house keeping several times, was given dental kit with toothpaste expiring in Dec 25, wanted to publish this in the social media but I do not want to ruin the hotel reputation. Extremely disappointed, one of my worst stay in Paris, having visited several times. For the amount paid, could have easily stayed at much better hotels for less.

We loved our stay here! Exceptional staff!!! They were all very friendly, helpful and professional. Great location — one block from a metro station. Ate breakfast and also had dinner in the restaurant one evening and the food and service excellent. Can’t say enough good things about our stay here!
