Mercure Paris Notre Dame Saint Germain des Prés 4 stars

The hotel was lovely and peaceful, despite being in a very central location. Room was ready at 11:30 and staff were really friendly. Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely return.

Good staff, bed inadequate, great location, room small

The hotel is well located close to the metro station, nicely decorated, clean and with a good bed.

Took my 90 year-old Mum to Paris, where she had not gone for 20 years. The hotel is within walking distance of all sites she wanted to visit, including the Leonardo da Vinci exhibition at the Louvre. Excellent welcome and service at the hotel. There was an issue at my Mother's room which was promptly resolved by the very attentive staff. The hotel became my favorite.

My son and I visited Paris for his first time. The hotel is well located and the staff were friendly. The room was extremely small and poorly designed but perhaps that was just our room.

Lovely hotel. as ever up to the Mercure standards:friendly, helpful Reception staff, very clean and tidy room. Staff very helpful in odering us taxis etc. Almost perfect. But we thought the rooms (406 and 407) were a little on the small side - difficult for two people to pass each other. Otherwise: perfect

Overall it was a pleasant stay, all reception staff were always kind and helpful, the hotel and the room were clean and tidy. Well the room was small (though we were upgraded to a privilege room), but we as a couple did not bother. The breakfast area was small but having got up early we never experienced a seating problem. The food served for breakfast were fresh and delicious, though the variety was limited. And the location was great, bus, metro and even RER stations were in close vicinity. Will stay again when in Paris for leisure.

Rooms are very small for two normal people to use. Facilities in rooms fine. How do we get to book larger rooms?

I was deeply unimpressed with the standard of customer service. I stayed two nights. My room was not serviced. The room was unbearably hot despite changing the temperature gauge. The staff were rude on check out. The breakfast was sub-standard.

welcoming staff at front f=door daily, good breakfast, wonderful clean room daily & loved the bed! Please ask room staff to replace drinking water in fridge daily, also cups, and our soap dispenser ran out of liquid soap last 2 days.
