Great location and attentive staff. The rooms are really small, but quite predictable for the location. But not at all 4 stars quality, the bedding was poor quality, and the too small sheets in addition to the plastic mattress protect cover results in a partially uncovered bed by the morning. The AC was not working and the bathroom sink was broken

Adorable boutique hotel in a fantastic location near/accessible to everything but also a quiet street. There were a few less than desirable elements- the fridge in my room never worked, despite a request for repair. A chocolate bar I kept in there actually melted and I had medications requiring refrigeration which causes a problem. Likewise, after the first day the water carafe in my room was never refilled. I even left it out one day but it remained empty. The room was VERY warm (and I typically run quite cold) and the insulation between the rooms is not great. Two nights I was awoken by my upstairs neighbors slamming doors and stomping around.

Very small rooms but good location . Bathroom was tiny - other twin room had a much bigger one . Aircon did not work and was blowing hot air into room so had to turn it off and open window onto very noisy street . Reported the problem but it wasn’t fixed .
