Very nice hotel, very good welcome, all good. But having to check that they have sent the invoice they promised, finding out they did not, having to go back through your mail to find references, digging omn the web site to find the real address of the hotel is tiring. All of that while receiving a storm of mail to note your stay, mail to which you cannot answer, you have to dig the web site to find the real e-mail address. Again, everything is nice, but the customer invoicing experience is bad.

At first I was a little disappointed given what I saw online. However, the location was amazing as was Jean-Charles at the front reception who helped us out repeatedly with a number of different requests while we were present. The hotel definitely grew on me as I got used to the small size.

This hotel is superbly located for Notre Dame, the Musee Cluny, and two RER lines. Like most Parisian 3* hotels it is on the simple side, with fairly small rooms, and a simple but high quality breakfast offering. For a one-night business-related stay it was fine, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The elevator is tiny and you can wait a long time for it - but that would be true of many similar properties in the city centre at this price point. Overall, this hotel is well worth of consideration within its class/category.

The beds had a weird plastic sheet under the sheet. But it wasn’t fitted so throughout the night had to re make the bed several times as we woke stuck to the plastic sheet. Was horrid. Room air con didn’t work either so had to have to window open.
