Dear Mrs K, First of all, we thank you for choosing the Mercure Paris Gare de Lyon for your recent parisian stay. We are sorry to read that certain aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding the neighborhood, we regret that the surroundings did not leave you with a positive impression. Nevertheless, we would like to reassure you that our hotel is fully secured, with controlled access doors, surveillance cameras, and a team present on-site 24 hours a day to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. We also sincerely apologize for the disturbance caused by the noise coming from the café located opposite the hotel. Following your feedback, our team has already been in contact with this establishment to share the inconvenience experienced by our guests and request greater consideration during late hours. More generally, we are sorry for the different points of disappointment mentioned in your review. Please know that our reception team remains available 24/7 should any discomfort or issue arise during a stay. Both reception desks are permanently open, although waiting times may occasionally occur depending on operational situations and guest requests being handled. Please note that both invoices and satisfaction surveys are sent automatically through our system after check-out.
