Good staff, nice room if very compact. Extremely clean. But why oh why close the bar as early as 22:30 (on a Friday night!!). I won’t stay here again if I can’t get a nightcap…

Dear ADAM We are happy to know you had a lovely stay with us and you particularly enjoyed our friendly staff, the cleanliness of our establishment and our convenient location. Indeed our bar is open everyday from 7AM till 10.30PM However, we are located in a lovely neighborhood with many bars open later around. Do not hesitate to ask for recommendation from our staff. Pleasant overnight stay. Nice room with good modern bathroom and decent space. Included a chilled water and tea/coffee making. Lively decor. Good base for a nice stroll along the banks of the Seine. However the air con did not seem to be working (nothing was mentioned about this at reception). But we were able to open the window wide and it was cool outside so that was OK, EXCEPT were were disturbed by loud announcements from the station.

Dear X. M.. We thank you for asnwering our satisfaction survey. Our is glad to hear you appreciated your stay with us and you particularly liked the confort of your room and our lovely neighborhood. Our heating system is central, and we can only activated the two mode winter / summer but not at the same time. Our A/C system is at the moment deactivated as we have now turn on the winter mode. Winter mode, means there is only a heater active. As the temperature started to decreased we have started the no A/C mode (winter). We will have a check of the temperature in your room.
