We understand that the air conditioning issues and the hot weather were significant inconveniences, and we regret that our staff\'s response did not meet your expectations. Regarding cleanliness, we appreciate you bringing the issue with the bed sheets to our attention, and we\'re glad to hear that they were promptly addressed.
