Dear H., We thank you for your kind words regarding our amenities. I regret to hear about the discomfort you experienced with the room temperature and its impact on your sleep. Unfortunatly, our A/C was turned off during your stay as we are still in winter. Our maintenance team will have a look at your room temperature. Dear Ed V, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at our hotel. We sincerely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide comfortable accommodations, and I regret that the room size did not suit your needs. However, please note that you are informed of our room sizes while doing your booking. Paper glasses and wooden spoons have been chosen as the most environmental friendly option for the moment. Using glass made of glass would also use a lot of water to wash. If you have any other idea, please let us know as we are looking for another option. Indeed, we do not provide milk in room. It is our intention to create a pleasant environment for all our guests, and I am sorry to hear that we fell short during your visit. Wishing you a lovely day.
