Dear Mr G, We are pleased that you appreciated our convenient location. However, we are sorry that you were not able to enjoy a seat in our lobby due to the high number of guests at that time. Unfortunately, the current layout of the space does not allow us to add additional seating. Nevertheless, your comment has been noted and will certainly be taken into consideration when we redesign this area in the future. Dear Mrs M, We are pleased to read that you appreciated our location, the comfort of the mattress, and the quality of the shower facilities. However, we sincerely apologize that your arrival experience did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. Please be assured that your comments regarding the reception experience have been shared with our Reception Manager, who will review them with the team to ensure every guest receives the warm and attentive welcome they deserve. Regarding your arrival, as indicated on our website and in our pre-stay email, check-in is guaranteed from 3PM. While we always do our best to accommodate early arrivals whenever possible, this unfortunately depends on room availability. Concerning breakfast, we appreciate your feedback. Due to operational and service constraints, we are unable to offer food prepared on the spot such as omelettes. However, your comment regarding the fruit selection has been shared with our Restaurant Manager for review. Finally, as an ALL member, your welcome drink voucher is automatically credited to the ALL mobile application and can be presented directly at the bar during your stay.
