-the shower gel was not refill- 2 days in a row we was supposed to wash with the normal soap -breakfast: good, but not enough for a 5 star hotel -in my opinion, the hotel does not deserve 5 star, maximum 4( no one to carry your luggage to the room-as in many of the 5 star hotel/ no free coffee machine in the reception lobby / not enough variations for breakfast- eg meat/ cheese etc…

It was my second stay there and I was offered a room upgrade and a very special welcome. The main strong points of this hotel are the architecture, pool, toiletries and breakfast croissants. I will be back again.

Good facilities but poor communication at the front desk

We were misinformed at check-in that our stay didn't include breakfast. This was acknowledged at the end of the stay, while I informed our travel agents the experience was scarred by this event. Given the awful weather each morning and many shops didn't open until later, it was a hassle to find food in the morning hence an unpleasant start to the day. Otherwise the facilities were top notch.

fantastic Stay

Well, what can I say! On arriving, staff were very pleasant after our long day and travel from London. We were put into a room on the road side which wasn't appropriate at the time as this was a busy road. We sleep with windows open which wasn't ideal in the room we had. I did go down and speak to reception but was told the hotel was full. We had an awful night's sleep on our first night. However, the next morning we went down to complain but a lovely lovely lady called Mouna was at the reception. I explained the issue to her. Mouna, bent over backwards to resolve this matter. She changed our room to the otherside of the hotel which was amazing, peaceful and the room smelt lovely. The first room was lovely too except the noise. We were also given lovely chocolates and a note of apology. This made up for the sleepless night. I can't recommend this hotel enough but they are amazing clean and care about their customers. Mouna, should definitely get a promotion for a kind, empathetic nature. I can't praise her enough. Thank you for an amazing stay especially to Mouna for making that stay enjoyable..
