Total scam for the price… We specifically chose a hotel with parking. When we arrived, we couldn’t get our car into their parking lot because the entrance was too narrow. They directed us to another parking lot, which we spent 30 minutes looking for—only to realize it didn’t exist. We then had to keep searching and eventually found a parking lot far away. After parking, we had to take the metro back to the hotel. It took us 1 hour and 30 minutes just to park the car. Then we got to our rooms. The rooms were located behind the kitchens and overlooked the restaurant. We asked to change rooms, but they only had more expensive ones available on the upper floors. As a result, we were woken up by kitchen noises. Opening the shutters was not an option unless we wanted to shower in full view of the breakfast guests—great view of Paris… The sheets and floors were dirty. The kettle didn’t work. There was no creamer, so we had to buy milk and share it But worst of all, when we asked to see a manager, they told us he didn’t have time for us unless we had an appointment because he was in a meeting with his staff. Ps: they left me a note congratulating me on my diamond status in the Accor group and I am like, if a very faithful client deserves this treatment then what will happen to a new one?

Chère Madame Gironce, Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de nous faire un retour à la suite de votre séjour. Nous sommes navrés que celui-ci ne se soit pas déroulé de la façon attendue. En effet, nous avons la chance de proposer un parking, ce qui est rare dans Paris. D’après les informations que vous nous avez transmises, vous aviez initialement réservé une voiture de type "citadine", mais en raison de l'indisponibilité à l’aéroport, vous avez dû opter pour un SUV, qui est effectivement un véhicule plus grand pour notre parking. Nous avons pris soin de vous fournir l’adresse du parking le plus proche afin de vous aider au mieux, que Google indiquait comme étant ouvert. Toutefois, nous ne pouvons être responsables si, une fois sur place, ce parking était fermé. Concernant vos chambres, elles ne donnaient en aucun cas sur les cuisines, mais bien sur nos jardins intérieurs, comme précisé lors de votre arrivée et lorsque nous vous avons accompagné en chambre. Ayant moi-même fait votre arrivée, à aucun moment nous ne vous avons proposé de payer un supplément pour changer de chambre. Votre réservation a été faite le 18/03 à 20h27. Vous êtes arrivées le 18/03 à 21h16. Nous n'avions tout simplement plus de disponibilité dans l'hôtel ce soir-là. Nous vous avons en revanche proposé délogé le lendemain matin. Ce que vous avez refusé. De plus, nous tenons à préciser que vous pouvez voir l'extérieur de votre chambre au travers de la vitre, mais il est impossible de voir de l'extérieur vers les chambres grâce aux films occultants dont nous disposons. En ce qui concerne le lait, sachez que nous en avons en stock et nous le fournissons gratuitement à nos clients. Enfin, vous avez sollicité un entretien avec la directrice générale, mais celui-ci n'était pas présente à ce moment-là. Il ne vous a jamais été dit que nous n'avions pas le temps pour vous rencontrer. Je tiens à préciser que je suis responsable de la réception, et je me suis présentée à vous à plusieurs reprises, à l'arrivée, par téléphone et lors de votre départ, et vous avez refusé de me dire ce qu'il se passait. Vous vous êtes contentée de me dire de lire votre commentaire sur Google. Vous avez également refusé les cadeaux de départ que nous vous avons offert, bien qu'à aucune moment lors de votre séjour vous n'avez souhaité partagé avec moi quel était le problème. Nous vous remercions à nouveau d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis. Même si nous aurions préféré que votre expérience ait été plus agréable, vos retours et impressions sont très importants pour nous, car ils nous aident à améliorer quotidiennement nos services. We wanted to be in that area and the Hôtel Paris Bastille Boutet - MGallery was a perfect hotel for us. The room was very nice, the staff was excellent and the amenities were good. The location is in a convenient neighborhood not too far from the Bastille, so we were able to walk to that area in 15 minutes. This is not a luxury hotel, but for the money it is great.

Imaculate hotel. The room was very clean and the bathroom spacious. Staff was welcoming, friendly and readily available to assist where needed. They went an extra mile to prepare a special treat for my husband birthday who turned 60 . Breakfast was very nice and there was a wide selection. Honestly I highly recommend this hotel. for people who are travelling for leisure.
