I like this hotel. I'm usually staying there. Nice area, good location. Hotel generally in good shape. There are several things I don't like though. I have commented on them several times but nothing has changed so far - I'm not giving up:: a) the coffee at breakfast is truly horrible. Just provide a French press if nothing else. But not this horrible Americano. Also: the olive oil at breakfast is not fresh. All people at reception are really polite and nice, but for a late checkout or an upgrade it happenes regularly that first I'm told "no" and then after asking a couple of times it is fine. - Not ok.

While the hotel is fine and the stay was okay. Rooms are clean and nothing wrong at all. Area also is okay, and it is a good hotel. C Had some concerns on the advertising of the hotel: The picture of the room shows a staircase going to a patio and you can sit there, however the room had no such stairs it was a patio at the side of window no going to like a small garden \ and this pic is specific to deluxe room and pic is also there for room 602. So if this the cost seems too high for the hotel Further on one night the fire alarm went of close to midnight and there was no message to inform passengers what was to be done. The night shift effectively seemed to be of only 1 staff who on fire alarm day had to run up to find a solution we saw him while looking to move out of the building with other guests, others had taken elevator , ultimately for a hotel that seemed full with no rooms and also high rates , probably a bit tough for one night shift person and a midnight fire alarm wasn’t too great

Love the location - lots of lovely cafes and a great bakery . Feels calm to come back to to after a day around the tourist hot spots . The room wasn’t the best for a deluxe this time - on the 5th floor, small window and a big pillar in the middle of the room

I was very disappointed in the experience at Boutet Bastille. I worked with the hotel a month before my arrival to pay for an early check-in. They acted like this was never an option when I arrived at the time I identified. No one cleaned my room one day when I came back at 5pm after leaving at 8am that morning. I asked the front desk if they could have someone come freshen it up, and she said “no. We can bring you towels.” HOWEVER, they never even brought the towels up. I truly expect better from a “5-star” hotel. I will not stay here again.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a very discreet neighbourhood. One block away from the Metro station and numerous restaurants. The hotel staff was extremely involved and interested in making our stay exceptional, and they did! From front desk to room service, everything was perfection. All amenities included in our room. A bright bathroom with walk in shower, shower bar and bath robes, made us feel very pampered.

I really enjoyed the hotel the location was amazing the beds were so so comfortable the staff were very helpful and the spa was a treat. We didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment on that. My only suggestion for improvement are the plants outside the window in 2nd floor need some attention and the lounge bar area needs something to make it more inviting.

Requested a bath tub at booking and did not receive one, the room was fine although the balcony had no privacy and a terrible view, room service order was wrong and bad each time, gym very small
