Very kind staff. Great spa. Nice breakfast. The suite’s balcony was too far away from the room, so unfortunately kind of useless.

4 lovely nights days in comfort and luxury. Very well positioned for metro and in the very interesting 11e arrondissement. Staff were most welcoming, helpful and friendly, particularly when my wife had an accident in reception. She was well looked after and the staff acted quickly to help us. Room was very comfortable, perhaps a little small but great for a few days. Shower was a bit clunky and capricious but no other faults with the room. The hotel could have made a bit more if its wonderful history and perhaps offered a hot chocolate drink on arrival to mirror its previous life. Spa and pool was superb and we were often the only guests there in the morning which made it feel very luxurious. I would highly recommend for a short break and consider it to be good value for money.

Very nice hotel with comfortable bedding and a great bathroom with jacuzzi tub and rainfall shower. The hamam downstairs with access for the guests was very nice too , and a well equipped gym.
