We were with a baby - the staff was great and very accommodating - I can recommend the junior studio for a family with a baby.

Overall exceptional service. There was one evening when I tried to order a drink and was told the bar was closed, just beer and wine available. Not a big deal, but about ten minutes later someone ordered and received two cocktails. ????

The hotel is in a great, non-tourist area and it is very close to the metro. The rooms are nice, modern, clean and large and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel staff couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. They truly enhanced our stay. A special thanks to Anthony the bartender who makes the best house Special cocktail. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and we will be staying there again.

We had booked this hotel from Australia so you have to rely on pictures and past experience with MGallery hotels. This one lacked the one percenters that would take it to a great experience. As Accor Gold members we hoped for an extra effort to smooth our stay after a very long journey. We had asked for an early check in realising this was not always possible. We arrived at 10.am, hot, tired and sweaty and proceeded to wait until 4pm for our room. No sooner did we go in and my wife walked out. We have asked for it to be recorded on our membership that she is highly anaphylactic to latex. Four latex Pillows had her gasping. Another day we were out all day, returning at 3pm; the room had not been attended to. We waited an hour and a half to access our room. Once again hot, tired, jet lagged (still) and needed to relax. The food was mediocre and I stood at the bar for ten minutes for a drink but no one showed up. A head shake moment. Five star? No.

The hotel is located in a tree lined residential street with lots of good restaurants, shops and metro stops just a few minutes walk away.
