From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were treated as priority guests. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - front desk, breakfast room, and housekeeping. The room was luxurious and very comfortable. We very much enjoyed the daily water bottles and front desk chocolates. The breakfast buffet (included in our room rate) was high quality with lots of variety. I would definitely come back to this hotel and stay at other MGallery hotels.
