I arrived at the hotel where my bags were supposed to be delivered to my room. It was no issue they were not but when I asked reception to show me where they were I was greeted with a rude woman who asked for my info, checked the back then proceeded to tell me it wasn't there. This ruined my day as I had reservations for dinner and a show and spent time trying to figure out where it could be. I had a tracker on my bag and argued with reception that they were there. I finally was able to look in luggage storage where my bags were there front and center the whole time.... This made me worried about how honest the employees were so I chose not house service for my entire stay and put up the do not disturb. Another issue, my friends who were there had their luggage put in a different room entirely and the staff had to search each room at the hotel twice to find it. Overall, I would not book this hotel for my clients or suggest to future river cruise tours.

We stayed for 5 nights, breakfast included which was nice - maybe some more gluten free options would be good. Room very clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful, I would stay here again.
