Supposed to be 4/5 star, felt decidedly 3 stars. Good aspects - Shower & Pillow. Negative Aspects - TV channels (Some stalled), No proper restaurant on-site, disappointing room service options, Pricey breakfast. Have a bottle opener in the rooms! No info on local area. Hotel needs to try harder.
Well located. Clean comfortable room. Great breakfast

Whilst the initial impression was a little underwhelming the hotel was immaculate and our junior suite garden terrace room probably the best hotel room we have ever stayed in. Every comfort catered for. One small thing would be get rid of the paper cups!!

well located, lively neighbourhood, super clean hotel
A nice hotel, but not a five-star service experience.

This beautiful hotel is located in a wonderful neighborhood close to lots of bars and restaurants. The location is not perfect for your average Parisian tourist, but was perfect for us because it was close to family. We had an extended stay, and the larger Junior suite gave us a little extra room and a small sofa in addition to standard amenities such as desk (for eating breakfast) a mini-fridge and a coffee maker. We also enjoyed having the pool and workout facilities at our disposal. We didn’t bother with the expensive breakfast since there are so many restaurants and markets nearby. There were several service failures I’d like to address. Our visit was in August and the hotel only offered winter-weight bedding - a thick duvet with not even a top sheet to help regulate your personal temperature. This was way too warm, and it took several conversations with the front desk to figure out that they couldn’t help us. We finally removed the Duvet and slept with only the duvet cover and used a bath towel as a “blanket” and fiddled with the air conditioning to get to comfortable sleeping conditions. The housekeeping staff seem largely unsupervised. Small requests (I wanted caffeinated, not decaf, coffee pods in my room) were not noted, and twice the housekeepers walked into my room without knocking, not realizing that I had come home. These fairly minor irritations didn’t keep me from having a really nice stay, but at a five-star hotel (in theory) I expect better than a three star service experience.
