Mama Bagnolet is no longer was it was. Easy check-in: No problem / Room and Housekeeping: No problem. Amenities in the bathroom: less and less. 1 little 2cm diameter soap for a 4 night stay ! Good luck with that. No form for the Laundry - No new bag for the laundry after the 1st use. Then you give teh laundry at front desk and NOBODY knows what to do !!! It happens ALL THE TIME. Nobody knows what form is for the customer to keep - Nobody knows when the laundry will return (even if it is indicated on the form). The second day, the person on duty, didnt even have bag AND the form. So I just gave the shirt will full trust hoping to find it back. Items are not returned om time because teh person at the front desk was distracted when they pick-up the laundry. Result: Delivery will be the next day. Still you have to pay full price for a service that is not expected same day as promised. The host at the podium for Breakfast is more busy with her cell phone than taking care of customer. She look at you brieflly from the cormer of her eyes when you arrive so she can keep her eye on her cell phone. and for 3 days in a row, she said the same thing (Truly). I don't see your name on the list. Then you ask her to look again, and then when you insist, suddenly she find you ! The service is neglected at breakfast, they don't pay attention, it can be minutes before someone realize there is no more cups, they remove your plate when you still eating, very srange ! I am visiting since many years and since last 2/3 times, I can really see teh difference. It was great when you had the manager coming at breakfast time, touring, make sure everything was perfect, now all these staff seems like they do what they want based on their own knowledge of how doing things - There is an evident lack of training. Nuit réservée J’arrive après une grosse semaine de travail pour me détendre avec peu de temps avant de retrouver mes amis. On me donne ma clé au 7eme, j’arrive dans la chambre mais elle n’est pas faite : lit défait, salle de bain salle, des poubelles dans l’évier … J’appelle la réception on me dit de revenir à la réception et on me dit qu’il y a eu une erreur et on me donne ma nouvelle chambre. La chambre était faite mais la poubelle de la salle de bain n’avait pas été vidée… Je n’ai pas eu le temps de me reposer avant de repartir à cause de cette déconvenue. Le soir chouette ambiance au bar. En revanche la chambre au 2eme étage tremblait avec la musique. C’était assez mal insonorisé. Malheureusement déçue de ce séjour.

Service team is not warm and very welcoming. Pretty bad at restaurant... no possibility a for a food adjustment (removing chorizo and replaceing by something for vegetarian without asking kitchen). Super long to order a drink at the bar. Hotel service, 8 € for a toothpaste...
