Great location in the lovely 20ème with different metro stations in the neighbourhood. What we particularly appreciate: parking at the hotel, kid and dog friendly, clean and functional, in a cute area nearby Père Lachaise. The breakfast buffet is a must too with plenty of choice. Even though it is not considered a luxury stay, I definitely feel it's a comfortable place to stay compared to other similarly rated accomodations. Nice and friendly staff, ready to help with any question.

I got a room that has problems with plumbing system. The sink did not drain and had a very strong sewage smells. Toilet flushed slow and weak. I notified the front desk right after checking in and asked if we can get another room. The staffs refused right away. He said "No" and told us to wait in the room for the technician to come and check. We had been waiting for a long time for that staff to arrive. He worked for an hour or an hour and half to unclog the pipes, clear the draining issue, but after he got it done, the room was overwhelmed with sewage smell. We had to stay with that smell until we checked out since the staffs did not allow us to change the room. I had a not-very-comfortable experience last year at this hotel, but this time it was worse. Does not worth the price. The worst Mama Shelter I have ever been. I will not be back and will not recommend this hotel to any other guests.
