I usually stay at Mama Paris East when I travel to my house in the Luberon twice a year. I book a single when I'm by myself. I ended uo with a room on the 7th floor which required me to carry my large suitcase up a flight of stairs—I'm 70 years old. The wifi barely worked in the room. I just feel like Mama Shelter has lost some of its personality and warmth in the recent years I've been staying here. Pizza restaurant is gone—table by the elevator is gone...

The most comfortable beds and pillows I have had in France - the hotel is very cool with a big restaurant and bar although maybe more aimed at couples than family stays. I initially thought it was a bit far out, but I liked the area that had some lovely looking cafes. The metro was a 10 minute walk and on a well connected line so everything worked out well.

Great hotel vibe, super friendly staff, parking facilities, great bfast buffet, very clean rooms - just a bit over priced compared to my previous stays at different mama shelter locations (but hey, it's Paris ;-))

Nice stay, room was great, good breakfast and mainly welcoming but some staff not that friendly and communication between them not great (eg when trying to pick to up a time I had sent there.)

Victor and the staff were all amazing and super easy to communicate with. If i had any recommendations id say, bring more light and colours to the rooms. They are very dark. They could use a kids touch.
