Overall excellent experience for the value. Staff was very attentive and responsive. The only area of improvement is the slippery showers. Our 11yo slipped and hurt herself pretty badly. From then on, we had to be incredibly careful when entering and exiting the shower. I would think that with Accor's experience, this type of issue would have been solved decades ago.

The room and bathroom were clean, and the atmosphere was amazing! The staff were very friendly and polite! Some of the hotel's amenities are incredible; the fact that you can refill your water at reception, and that coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available at any time is great! Plus, the location is excellent.
