Beds are really comfy, hotel is situated in a good street not to far from great places to eat. The staff, especially at reception were really helpful and welcoming, really a credit to the team!

The entire second floor smelled like smoke. The room was small and the bedding looked dirty. The room also smelled like smoke and mold. We checked out within minutes of being there. The guy at the front desk promised I would get a refund but I was still charged for the entire stay.

The room had a weird smell, even being winter we left the window open due to that. The shower would alternate between hot and cold water - bit annoying. Good price and nice location though.

The hotel and the service were fine overall. I was just disappointed because I had to leave 4 nights early as all my jobs were canceled due to corona. I asked nicely at reception if there was anything we could do, but as I had prepaid they didn’t want to refund me even a portion of my money. This issue with the corona virus is an exceptional situation and I was disappointed that Ibis didn’t want to be more considerate. I was planning on returning a lot this year to that hotel.

Staff were very helpful, changing our room to one more suitable quickly and without fuss. The beds were super comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent! The hotel is close to metro and buses which makes getting about very easy, and there is a huge array of cafés, bars and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed or stay very much.

Well located but a little cramed

The hotel is well located, central and close to subway stations. Everything was ok. These are the areas that could use some improvements: 1) The room is a little crammed. We hurt our legs a few times trying to pass by the beds. 2) There is no teapot or coffee maker in the room.

The experience in the hotel was a mess. The hotel is so old and oldfashioned. Also the receptionist was so unfriendly and he didn’t know where to go or visit in the city. The room was so small that we had difficulties to leave the baggage there. In the toilet only there were 2 towels (hands size to have shower). HORRIBLE

We loved our stay at your hotel. This was not our first time staying here since we always stay in the 11th arrondissement. Only down side was we had to walk far since all the roads were closed due to the strikes/protests? We took a taxi from the airport and the driver could not go through the streets so we had to walk with our luggage. We were not informed ahead of time about the road closures- we could have planned something better.

We stayed for about 3 nights & found that the hotel was located in such a great area. We were able to walk everywhere & when the metro was available to use, it was only a few minutes away. Everything about our room was great. The hotel was very clean & we appreciated that housecleaning came every day. My one thing I didn’t love was the bed having a crevasse in the middle. I slipped through it sometimes while I was sleeping, but it was still very comfortable!
