This is a good hotel (the only problem being the sizue of the rooms, reslly smsll) and I have been twice, cause I like it. However, the last time I have been charged an incorrect amount for my stay and after writing to them I was told someone would get back to me. But three days later I am still waiting for an answer and have not been refunded

I stay here often and I like the hitel. Super nice staff. Great location. But room 107 needs some maintenance (no bench, big stain in the carpet, toilet seat is a low grade replacement piece, stop in washbasin needs replacing as it doesn't lift).

Having booked direct and joined your loyalty scheme we were disappointed that our first reward was to be allocated a noisy room on the first floor by the lift and facing the street. We asked for this to be changed but were told this was impossible. Our second reward was an extremely loud laundry collection at 4.00 a.m. on the Monday morning.

This hotel is ideally located (near the Gare de Lyon) in a quiet area, with very welcoming and friendly staff. The location is perfect, as you can easily walk to Place des Vosges, Saint-Paul, Le Marais, and so on; alternatively, Metro line 1 is nearby. My room was spacious, bright, and very quiet. The reception staff were incredibly kind—helping me store my bags, fill my water bottle, and use the facilities both before check-in and after check-out.

Traveled with my elderly mom. It was accessible, not far from the bus stop ànd metro. Bed was comfortable, had a shower with a step up but it was manageable. I didn't specify that I would be traveling with an elderly. Breakfast was alright, though a little pricey. 14€ Staff was friendly. A chill environment.

The location can’t be better, centric, connected, good neighborhood . The staff is so helpful and kind. Room was clean and well climatized. The “separated “ rooms makes it so easy to travel with kids. We only would like to have a a little room more, lucky us that we’re Small framed people. Free water at the reception was the cherry in the cake.
