Stayed for 2 nights in single twin room on 6th floor. Quiet, clean, a little cramped and small compared to pictures but fine. Fire alarm did go off twice in one night which was incredibly annoying.

The location can’t be better, centric, connected, good neighborhood . The staff is so helpful and kind. Room was clean and well climatized. The “separated “ rooms makes it so easy to travel with kids. We only would like to have a a little room more, lucky us that we’re Small framed people. Free water at the reception was the cherry in the cake.

Everything was brilliant: the staff, room cleanliness, location, safety, the room windows opening into a quiet garden protecting from the noise of the city. Plenty good restaurants nearby. Great surprise of a hotel. Very quiet, cafes nearby and only 3min walk to nearest metro. Meant could easily go to all the sites. Cold water available whenever you want from lobby desk. All staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

I spent 3 nights at the hotel and found it perfect. The staff is superb: friendly, helpful and professional. Everyone seemed to be happy to work there, which must be a reflection of the manager’s style. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. One of the pleasant surprise was the green area, probably a former courtyard. I enjoyed the fact that my window opened to it. The breakfast area with its free coffee and water was also pleasant, with its wide windows. One of the managers was very kind and went out of his way to bring me some gluten-free bread in addition to a GF madeleine! In addition, I found the location to be better than expected: a neighborhood where people live, yet a quiet street, with some interesting features. I loved walking up to the corner to find the street is perpendicular to rue de Charonne and its proximity to many excellent restaurants. Thanks!
