I spent 3 nights at the hotel and found it perfect. The staff is superb: friendly, helpful and professional. Everyone seemed to be happy to work there, which must be a reflection of the manager’s style. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. One of the pleasant surprise was the green area, probably a former courtyard. I enjoyed the fact that my window opened to it. The breakfast area with its free coffee and water was also pleasant, with its wide windows. One of the managers was very kind and went out of his way to bring me some gluten-free bread in addition to a GF madeleine! In addition, I found the location to be better than expected: a neighborhood where people live, yet a quiet street, with some interesting features. I loved walking up to the corner to find the street is perpendicular to rue de Charonne and its proximity to many excellent restaurants. Thanks!

It should be noted that EVERYONE at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. We appreciated the water refills, coffee machine and a comfortable lobby. We wish we had more pillows on the bed, but shame on us for not asking.
