I recently stayed at Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg (Opera area) and unfortunately the experience was disappointing overall. The room was incredibly small and did not meet expectations for a hotel in this category. The facilities were underwhelming, and customer service fell short in several respects. We were unable to receive drinks we had ordered, and were told the bar was closed relatively early in the evening. After checkout, I was surprised to receive an invoice charging a minibar fee despite not having used it. Additionally, interactions with staff felt rather impolite and unhelpful. Apart from the excellent location, the hotel does not have much to offer.
