All staff were very pleasant and tried. The breakfast was great as was the café near reception. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Shower leaked, free water in room not clear, and got charged for bottles of water which you never do in a hotel normally, breakfast room is v dark, power sockets wobbly

Door and bell staffs were excellent and friendly. Unfortunately our personal package delivery were missing for a few days before it was located. Need to follow up a few times.

It is our second time staying in this hotel and the attention continues to make a difference. We had Valentina Natera (guest relation manager) come out to introduce herself and seek how to make our stay more pleasant. The location is excellent as you are walking distance from several key locations.

We had a quick whirlwind 4 night stay here. We were welcomed with smiles and friendliness. We were offered a choice between 2 rooms, and accommodated quickly. Rooms were clean, spacious and had all amenities we needed. The concierges (Specifically Eve) were all so helpful and incredible, helping us coordinate a couple of tours. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!
