Short weekend getaway. The location made it perfect to make the most of our 2 days in Paris. The room was my coup de coeur. They made the most of the small space and the closet area is so convenient. It felt like a junior suite! All our interactions with staff were great and elevated the experience.

Every hotel has its best points. Here at Sofitel Le Scribe Opera the staff are a gold mine. Friendliest staff and most helpful I have ever come across. Second to none in their attention to all our needs from breakfast staff to general staff to concierge and reception. Exceptional is the only word to describe this hotel.

We had a problem with our previous hotel and moved to the Sofitel. They saved our trip to Paris. The customer relations team and concierge are world-class. Overall very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. only thing missing was lobby space. The lobby was small with limited seating. That is only thing lacking in this hotel experience.
