My daughter and I had the most wonderful trip. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Your concierge team is unmatched and I have stayed at some incredible hotels. Also the front desk team, including Guillaume, was so warm and welcoming. Even the bell men were incredible. I love this hotel and I will be back. Thank you!

am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the handling of my stay from 19–25 March in a Prestige Suite (Total: EUR 5,923). My Accor Live Limitless record incorrectly reflects only a one-night stay (24–25 March). When I contacted the hotel to rectify this, the staff dismissed the issue as a "system error" that cannot be changed because the stay is in the past. This response is unacceptable and contradicts Accor policy, which dictates that points and stay history are finalized post-stay. To be told that a significant error involving a 6-night stay and a EUR 5,923 spend cannot be corrected is a failure in basic guest services. I am not seeking a "solution" from the staff; I am requiring an accurate reflection of my stay. I expect an immediate manual correction of my account to reflect: The full 6-night stay duration. The total points earned on the EUR 5,923 expenditure. I have my invoice ready to provide as evidence and expect a prompt resolution to this matter.

Following your message, we promptly assisted you via WhatsApp on 27 March, where we informed you that a manual adjustment would be made based on your full stay from 19 to 25 March and supporting invoice. A further follow-up was sent on 30 March confirming that the manual correction had been completed by our Front Desk team and transmitted to the Accor Live Limitless system. We can confirm that the full 6-night stay has been taken into account and the corresponding points adjustment has been processed. Please note that the update may take a short time to appear in your Accor account. We sincerely regret any confusion or frustration this situation may have caused and thank you for your patience throughout the follow-up process.
