Stayed at the hotel for 3 days. I agree for the money it wasn't up to par. At check in room was ready and bellman was going to take up our luggage. We left to go for lunch and walk around for 3 hours and our luggage was not in the room. Called downstairs and they couldnt find it. My husband went down to help them find it. No apology. A river cruise was checking in so they must have put it with there bags. Room was comfortable. Breakfast and service was excellent. Had lunch there .Small selection for the size of hotel. Which I didnt care but I expected the onion soup to be traditional and it was really strange. Hard to explain. It was foamy? Bar area was pleasant. Good cocktails, but expected better for the price. Great area for walking.

The room felt a bit dated. the sofa looked stain and old. The lighting was moody and could be nice, but needed some more functional lighting as I felt like i was packing in the dark. As expensive as the hotel and Paris is, I would have expected some complimentary coffee available for guests in the morning.
