We won’t be staying here again. We were pretty disappointed overall, but there were some lovely staff and the location is great.

Regarding the noise, I would like to clarify that your room was not a connecting room, and we did not receive any complaints from other guests regarding noise coming from the neighbouring room during your stay. However, had the noise disturbed you, we would have been more than happy to assist. We would have immediately identified the source of the noise and taken all necessary steps to ensure that your comfort was restored. Regarding the turndown service, please allow me to clarify that when a “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed on the door, our teams are instructed not to enter the room. This may explain why the service was not provided on certain evenings. We also fully understand your disappointment regarding the late check-out request. Please kindly note, however, that late check-out is always subject to availability on the day of departure and can therefore never be guaranteed in advance, regardless of the length of the stay or ALL status. We nevertheless regret that we were unable to accommodate your request on this occasion. I have also personally followed up with my colleague regarding your check-out experience. According to him, he would never have refused your request to use another credit card. His intention was rather to suggest keeping the same card on which the pre-authorisation had been placed, in order to avoid having two separate banking transactions appear on your account. We sincerely regret if this was not clearly explained and consequently gave you the impression that another card could not be used. Your comments have been shared internally with the relevant teams, as they are valuable in helping us improve the consistency of our service. We would have sincerely appreciated the opportunity to address these concerns during your stay, as our team would have done its utmost to assist you at the time. When a guest chooses one of our celebration packages, the presentation is just as important as what is included, and your comments regarding the placement of the balloons have been shared with our team. Regarding our fitness room, we were a little surprised by your comment about the limited choice of weights, as approximately ten different weights are available in our gym. That said, we fully understand that some guests may be looking for a more extensive fitness setup. This is why, as indicated in the fitness room, we have a partnership with a nearby gym offering a much broader range of equipment and group classes at preferential rates for our guests.
