I wrote up a glowing review on trip advisor. I’ll be back! Much applause to the reception desk staff and also to the staff at breakfast. I mistakenly did not ask her name, but there is a member of the waitstaff with an Indian-ish accent. She was the absolute best!!! I want to come back next year just to see her again. Brava!!!!

As a frequent traveler to Paris, I like to try different hotels each time. I’ve now found the one to which I’ll return. The room was beautiful. The breakfast was worth every euro. Perfectly located….and above all, the staff was amazing—especially at the reception desk and breakfast room. No one in Paris ever bothered to acknowledge me, let alone remember my name and coffee/breakfast order.

Hotel is very well located and staff provided excellent service from reception at check in to concierge. Only issue we had was the toilet in our duplex room was located only on the upper floor, so it as not friendly for those of us sleeping on the lower floor.

Good and solid experience but breakfast room in basement without windows and front desk staff not aware of some services provided at the hotel.
