The rooms look recently updated and very comfortable. The hotel is a ways away from most of the attractions. We made use of one train station and one metro station to get around. They are a short distance from the hotel. Tickets are 12EU/day and system very efficient and clean.

The room was adequately designed for a solo traveller, so I didn't have any problems as such. The staff was also very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and the AC was much relief in the heat! The only thing to consider would be that the toiletries were running out, please make sure they are at least enough for using. :)) Overall quite happy with my booking as the hotel was also in a nice location! Would recommend and come back again. :D

The hotel was in a lovely location and the outdoor area was gorgeous. However, I was disappointed with the welcome at check-in. I wasn’t acknowledged as an Accor gold member and the staff member proceeded to double-charge me for the room even though I’d paid via my Accor points. I had to show them my proof but they didn’t accept it. Fortunately, another helpful staff member rectified the error at check-out. The room styling was lovely though a bit tired in places. The air conditioning could have been more powerful but I’ll give Paris’s heatwave the benefit of the doubt. Despite being an Accor gold member, I wasn’t offered an upgrade or provided with a welcome amenity. This could have been due to room availability but it would have been nice if they’d confirmed so. At other Mercure hotels I’ve stayed at, gold members receive complimentary soft drinks to take back to their room. This would have been a welcome addition alongside the welcome bar drink.

Second time I've stayed here. Very comfortable, nice location, great staff at all levels. Only downside this time round was my tiny balcony (room for one chair and table), though luckily my partner was unable to join me after all, so it didn't cause an issue. Heatwave? No problem, room had AC.

Great spacious room; excellent clean toilet; delicious breakfast But the room was very hot even though there was AC.

The bed was much more comfortable than my own, at home. However, the carpet in the room had many stains, and the staff were not particularly friendly and seemed to have the attitude of "Jack's as good as his master".

Wasn’t crazy about location. Our room had very stained carpet and didn’t like bathroom set up.

Good size room with a wonderful outdoor balcony overlooking rooftops. Location is more of a residential area and about a 30 min Metro ride to all of the tourist sites. Quieter area with restaurants and grocery stores. Metro is an easy 10 min walk and a great park is nearby (Parc Monceau). BE AWARE! Everything closes early on Sunday!

Comfortable hotel, good location, lack of room facilities and some cleaning issues. There was only one towel hanger in the bathroom, located above the sink. There was nowhere to hang the bath towels. The bathroom cleaning was done poorly, there was rust and limestone on the shower head and on the shower area in general, and the toilet was dirty, with lots of debris inside and signs of limestone. The shower drain was small and thus the water was overflowing in the tub.There were no slippers in the room, the minibar was empty, only the complimentary water. The bed was comfortable, as well as the pillows. We appreciated the daily cleaning, changing the towels daily because there was really no place to hang them. The hotel feels clean in the common areas. The TV can be used only for local cable, with no possibility to stream form Netflix or other streaming services, even though being a smart TV.
