The staff were excellent, very friendly and excellent premises in a quiet neighbourhood. Bit of a walk to the nearest metro, but still not too far to travel to the main sights of Paris. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room. We set the thermostat to the lowest, but the room still didn't cool down. It wasn't too much of an issue, but something to take note of for the next guests. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

Bed was very comfortable, lovely tiny balcony was brilliant for relaxing in the spring sunshine. No noise, figured out A/C after a while (hadn't closed balcony door properly). Toilet is inside the bathroom. There's a handy shop at the end of the road and with a fridge in the room it's easy to keep snacks on hand. Nice and welcoming team at reception. Tram stops 5 minutes away, Metro 14 is 11 minutes away, easily walked to l'Arc de Triomphe and Galeries Lafayette via Parc Monceau. Rue de Lévis nearby has amazing little shops with food etc., and there are good restaurants and bakeries nearby as well. This may become one of my go to places in Paris.

Actually, I like the hotel. It is a 15 Mins walk from my company‘s office in Levallois, but still inside the Paris ring. Rooms are well cut and spacious enough (for Parisian standards). Finally, the team, especially at the reception is very attentive and helpful! BUT, there is one big problem. I have stayed at this hotel last year many times, spending 10k of Euros and achieving even Diamond status with Accor. Nevertheless, it happened already at least 3 times that the room has not been cleaned. I do not think this is acceptable for a 4-star hotel and a Diamond member. There might be a problem with the cleaning company (not enough people, unrealistic KPIs). I think Accor should look into it. Thanks!
