I have stayed in the hotel many times now and I am indeed a fan due to the location and basic comfort. Your staff members are always friendly. Nevertheless - one thing did really annoy me though. The lift was out of order yesterday (18 March) - not hugely dramatic but I would have preferred not to carry my heavy suitcase down the narrow staircase - I am glad I wasn't staying on the top floor. This is in fact at least the second time when I stayed there that the lift was out of order.

The room is closed T. the patio, it was noisy and with smoking smell. The lights were not working on the early morning, no one answered the call at the front desk nor answering emails, once I finally able T. talk T. the front desk and ask for repairing, the problem wasn’t solved after I went out for more than one hour. Real disappointment with Accor indeed.

Great to have early check in, nice common area but homeless people blocking the entrance, room incredibly small and Complications to get a simple invoice
