Temperature of the rooms among other complaints

Besides a bed side lamp that was broken and a socket outlet that didn't work, the temperature of the room was too low and it got uncomfortably cold during the night. I reported the low temperature at the reception and I was told that I should put the fan to the minimum otherwise only cold air would come out, which I did with no positive effect. I was also told that the radiators were off and that they could not be switched off just for my room. I then asked for an extra blaket and I was told that none were available. Although I was not presented any excuse or explanation for the cold temperature, I assumed the hotel was trying to save energy. I understand the effort we should all do to spend less fossil fuels at this particular stage , but paying for a room and being unconfortable and cold because there isn't an extra blanket in a hotel of this size is simply not an acceptable. I ended up sleeping with my coat serving as an extra blanket. Friendlier and more simpathetic staff would also be in order.

We were really disappointed about the bathroom. When a hotel offer such service it should show how the facilities are allocated in the room with pictures in the websites. The customer always have to be aware of what is buying. The staff was polite and kind.

Mishap during check in

I provided booking details (incl. reservation number) to the employee at the front, however she did not really listen to me carefully and gave me a wrong room initially. I said my surname is LIM and she just gave me a LEE’s room, even though the booking details were not matching. I booked 2 rooms and the booking had only 1 room. I felt disrespected and did not have good impression of the hotel. Please educate your staff properly.

no welcome drink to gold members, and you have to pay breakfast upfront on specific dates.

You can not pay breakfast at checkout. And they don't tell you that a breakfast is for a specific date. I've stayed 8 days, and I have paid 4 breakfast, but they didn't told me that the breakfast was for a specific day, and wen I tried to take my breakfast on the last day, they simply told me that I couldn't use it, because it was for past day, and if you don't use in that specific day, you simply lost your money! They stole your money, and that's it! Also, my room didn't had any wardrobe, nothing, just a single small open shelf on the wall! The internet was so slow I couldn't even send e-mails! The shower door had a broken sealing, and my room was always soaked! The shower head is wrongly positioned, and pointing to the door, so it always will split water to the room. Basic stuffs are wrong or badly implemented! Worst hotel I have ever stayed! Even rotten fruits on the fruit salad! The toilet paper was so rough, that I had to buy one that didn't sand myself. No bidet/toilet shower too! The only ok thing was clean towels! No working (to make a conference) room to rent! Expensive and very poor experience!
