Good room, often some parts are a bit deteriorated but overall is fine. My only real complaint is about breakfast. I feel like it's missing choice, particularly scrambled eggs.

I would come back to this hotel because of the delicious croissants available all day, clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. When I shared my experiences, good or bad, I always felt like they were listening and truly wanted to help.

Very happy with the experience, but what really made a difference was the human quality of the staff. Marcia was extremely helpfull in multiple ways, her delicate manners made us felt VIP guests. She is the kind of people that see a solution in every situation.

I got my reservation dates confused and arrived without a booking (my booking was later in the month). The manager was kind enough to move that incorrect booking without charging me more and I got the room I needed.

The shuttle bus from airport to hotel didn't arrive between 23:35 to 23:53. So we have to call an uber with extra 20 EUR.
