We stayed here our first night in Paris. Even though it was noon when we arrived, the front desk was able to assign us to a room so that we had a safe place to leave our luggage. The room was large enough to spread out our luggage even though it only had a tiny closet and barely enough room to slip by the foot of the bed. The water was hot and the shower had a dispenser with a combined hair, hand and body wash. The breakfast room had several types of baguettes, 2 types of sweet bread, eggs, 3 types of cheese, 2 sliced meats, fruit, nuts, cereal and yogurt. There was a juice dispenser and a coffee machine that also dispensed hot water. Three loose teas were provided (Earl Grey, English Breakfast, and Green).

La struttura si trova in una posizione centralissima, molto comoda e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, ricca di ristoranti, perfetta per chi vuole vivere al meglio la città. Le camere sono belle, pulite e confortevoli. Il vero punto di forza, però, è il personale: un ringraziamento speciale a Manuel, che ci ha accolte con il sorriso, parlandoci in italiano e aiutandoci fin dal primo momento con preziosi consigli su dove mangiare e come raggiungere i principali punti di interesse; sempre disponibile per qualsiasi domanda e necessità. La sua disponibilità e gentilezza hanno reso il soggiorno davvero accogliente e il servizio impeccabile. Anche la signora che si occupa della colazione ha contribuito a rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole: sempre sorridente, gentile e attenta. Un posto davvero consigliato, dove ci si sente a casa!
