Okay for a 3-star hotel. It was clean and air-conditioned, which was important as temperatures reached 40°C during my stay. The location is good, in a lively area with easy access to the metro. The staff was also super nice, and I was able to store our bags before check-in and after check-out. The AC systems are quite old, so there was a slightly unpleasant smell, and the room had a general old-building smell. The room was also quite small, and there was no door separating the bathroom from the bedroom at all - the toilet and shower area were completely open to the room.

We stayed 2 nights and we very much liked it! The location was great to just hop in the metro and go to places (in between republique and Oberkampf) but as well just walking to places de la bastille and then walk some more to other landmarks. The staff was very nice. Bed was very comfortable

Great stay. Would defintely consider staying again on my next trip to Paris. Great location to various metro lines, staff were friendly. Previous reviews said the rooms were too small, but in all honesty I think that's a lack of reading what you're booking - it was exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for. Ideal for a few nights city break where you need a comfy place to rest your head.

Great value for Paris! Efficient room. Great shower, nice bed, very European Parisian hotel room. The staff and service were excellent. Close to Metro and easy access via Metro from CDG. Budget friendly for Paris. Great restaurants and bars close by.

It was fine but the room smelled weird (stale) and the decor was dated. reception staff were great and good location
