Very nice place, clean and we had a pleasure time and outstanding staffs the huge downside was the poor breakfast quality, was expecting better from Hotel Mercure not enough options, no fresh juice ( orange )

Bathroom was really disappointing for 4 star hotel. Difficult to point the shower anywhere without flooding the bathroom floor. Shower glass was not sealed, so water inevitablely ran down the tiles, onto the floor. Doorway not sealed wither, so water then runs under door onto bedroom carpet. Poor finish on much of the repairs made. One bottle of water between two people for 3 nights. Room 'cleaned' but water and toiletries not replenished. Limited supply of berverages in the bar - one half bottle of white wine...

Your satisfaction is very important to us. In general, we are aware of the problems you raise (unsealed shower glass, water on the tile floor that runs down to the bedroom carpet). In response, please be aware that a bathroom renovation program is underway to modernize the bathrooms. Concerning the toiletries, this is a mistake on our part and we apologize for it. Concerning the bottle of water, this is the bottle offered as a welcome bottle on the first day (not renewed on the other days of the stay). As a supplement and for your information, the welcome vouchers concern the room only for ALL cardholders. If you are 2 people occupying a room with only one ALL card, you can only have one welcome drink. Concerning your question "limited bar offer" can you please clarify your question? Is it the reception bar or the mini bar in the room? Finally, we hope that you, your loved ones are doing well in this dramatic period. Take care of yourself and them! I didn't stay in the hotel due to Coronavirus and the hotel didn't refund the payment. I know it agreed with some terms on my reservation. Otherwise, I couldn't make the reservation on All Accor Hotels website. But it wasn't a personal choice to go or not. It was impossible due to the situation around the world. It's true that the hotel offered me to reschedule the stay, but at this moment we don't have another possible period to travel to Paris. The hotel generated a check-out invoice even when we weren't there and discounted one night on it. So, it is unclear to me and if they're offering me a credit without any fee/tax, how much it is? The situation is totally unclear and uncertain for everybody. I even don't know if I still have my job when is finished or even if the hotel will remain opened :(

This Left Bank hotel is super-convenient to all of Paris as well as the RER-B train line to the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful the hotel is clean. Rooms are nice and roomy for the price, considering that many Paris rooms are not large. My only complaint was the awful bed. It was very lumpy and they used a plastic sheet under the linens when meant that you would wake up wet from perspiration.

Room was well prepared and has enough room with a functional desk in it. Standard Parisian style shower/bath. Breakfast was efficiently run, with fresh coffee and hot foods. Location is great in the Latin Quarter and near Notre Dame etc. Would stay again.

The hotel itself is just an average Accor hotel. It’s clean, the rooms are average size for Europe and the hotel is centrally located. The staff however is EXCEPTIONAL. While we had problems with our stay the staff was quick to respond and find a solution that was satisfactory to me and my wife.

Location is exceptional - very close to the best sites in Paris, but the property is old and not well maintained. Bed was very uncomfortable (too soft) - we're supposed to get a double bed, but instead received twin beds combined, which formed a ditch in the middle. TV sound kept going on and off constantly and we had to 'work it around' by unplugging it from the wall. Common areas and room show visible signs of wear.

We had one of the best stays in your hotel, got the exact room we wanted and slept well, which is always our primary goal in any hotel stay. We'd still like to have a permanent deal with this hotel for Paris stays, as too often the rate on Internet is prohibitive and the person in the desk obviously does not have any authority for pricing. This time pricing was right as we made the reservation way back in August., Last year at the same time we stayd at your premises by chance, as the clerk behind the desk did not know the price that was suddenly available on internet the next day, as I was just preparing to book the Rue Gaite Mercurey! Last June I had to go to Raspail Mercurey etc.

- I tried to do online check in, the system tried to charge me 40 euros - I rushed into the hotel to be checked in, they made us wait for 30 mins and told us there's no room available yet - Once we came back in the evening, they told us there is only one room with a double bed (which we booked twin beds) - in a way, they forced us to sleep together! - The room was on the first floor and stinking so bad - The smell was endurable for one night, but for several nights it would be nightmare - We are happy only about the location

This hotel has an excellent location, which makes it perfect for visiting central Paris. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. The room we had was very quiet, but rather dated. The lighting was a bit gloomy, but bathroom and shower were fine. Breakfast was average.

This was my worst stay at an Accor property. The room was small & at an end of a cramped corridor. The bathroom was really, really small. The overall room was untidy, stuffy and tucked away in a corner at the back of the building. The access to the room was a narrow, unclean corridor.
