See no difference between 2-3 stars Ibis and this "4" star hotel, doesn't worth a price. Small size room, minimum accessories, basic breackfast. Also room service isn't very high. Only the front desk was helpful + well located.

The room facilities need an update, especially the bathroom and the beds. The breakfast lounge is too small and there is not availables tables for all. You have to wait for an available site. The staff does not facilitate things either.

Well-located across the street from the Sorbonne, this hotel gave us an excellent base for a short stay in Paris just before Christmas. Although we'd booked a Privilege room it turned out that a Standard room was equally as good and had the advantage of not being on the street frontage and thereby being very quiet. The front of house staff couldn't have been more helpful in trying to secure taxis for us in a strike-bound and grid-locked city.

I have no idea. Because we never made it to your hotel. To even send this email is unbelievably insensitive. We were scheduled to stay with you during 7th / 8th December. However due to the strikes in Paris, our trains were cancelled. More importantly people were advised for their own safety not to travel to Paris. Whilst we accept we chose to book an advance saver room, this situation is relatively rare and one not of our making. I pleaded if we could be considered for a re-booking. Actually I couldn't on the phone because I couldn't get through to a human despite attempts to the UK C. Service and French Hotel number. I tried email, I even tried Twitter - not even an acknowledgement of my message. I have been a loyal Accor C. - actively choosing your chain over others for business and leisure and recommending you to others. Now I wish I had just chosen airbnb instead like all my friends have started to. Simply ignoring customers is downright insulting. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. This is not how you treat loyal customers. I am now telling everyone I know to avoid your hotels for this reason. We live in a world of uncertainty. How you choose to treat customers at a time like this speaks volumes about how little you value us.

Upon arrival we only received 1 free drinks voucher, when I would be used to receiving 1 per guest for the room. The room was OK but not upto the usual standard that I would expect, the bathroom was clean but in desperate need of a facelift. There was a mouldy toilet roll next to the toilet as the spare, it had clearly been there for quite some time. There was an awful smell on the first morning when we had the aircon working, a smell of sick around the bathroom area. The standard of the faclities and hotel were not what I would expect of an Accor hotel given my past experiences.

Everything was OK. I only had one problem. Due to the SNCF and RATP strike, I wanted to list the bus tickets for the CDG airport. No printer in the hotel works.!!!! I couldn't believe it was possible.

I have used this hotel for years, but this stay was chaotic. I had received a confirmation of my booking (done online), but despite of this I received an e-mail directly from the hotel the day before my arrival saying that my stay was not guaranteed and that they would cancel if I did not reply promptly. This is very unprofessional and disconcerting. I had a booking reference and a confirmation. I could easily have been travelling and not have seen the e-mail from the hotel. The shower in the room was defective. The hotel shows clear signs of lack of maintenance, including the bathroom of my room (444). This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. Maintenance needs to be stepped up. The Asian woman in the reception (manager?) was very brusque and not very polite to several customers waiting in line before me. All in all, not a very good stay.

We booked a room for three adults, the bed for the third adult was only suitable for a child. Our daughter only stayed for one of the three nights booked as the bed was so uncomfortable and the hotel could not offer any solution. The breakfast choice was very poor, with no hot food being available. We had to request additional cold breakfast items on each of the three days of our stay. We feel we were cheated as we paid for a room for three adults and breakfast, both of which we were not provided value for money.

This was mostly everything I need in a hotel. The room, including the bathroom, was very clean. The temperature was about perfect and easily adjusted. It was quiet, so yeah, I slept remarkably well. Breakfast was only an additional 9 Euros and was well worth it, especially when you see how much most hotels charge for a croissant and coffee. Ok, so there is no restaurant in the hotel, but that's not really an issue, as there are a plethora of choices with a few minutes walk. For transport, 5 minutes max to line 10, line 4 or RER-C. In a nutshel, it was a restful stopover in Paris and I will be there again.

The location was great. Very close to a metro station and well located. Walking distance to Norte-Dame and Le Louvre. The staff was very friendly. In a way the hotel is cosy because it is small but it could be refreshed, especially the rooms, bathrooms, stairs and toilets downstairs. Our room was good and clean but smelling mouldy, which was disturbing especially when you first get in the room. Otherwise we were not much at the hotel and in terms of access it was great. So overall experience was good.

The location was fantastic - within walking distance to the Seine and other tourist attractions and metro. There are nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Front desk staff was very friendly. The room wasn't spacious for all three of us but acceptable given the location. Great place for short stay.
