From the moment I had the staff on the phone to make my reservation to the moment we left the hotel, the staff have been remarkably helpful. I won't be able to explain every point because there were so many. We were 3 families with children. They booked us all on the same floor, which made the weekend even more enjoyable. (The children could go from one room to another with ease. My son forgot his Lego at breakfast. They remembered my son, handed it to him the following morning, and said they had kept it preciously for him. We ordered some food, as we were 7 in total, we couldn't eat in our room together, so they allowed us to eat in their living room downstairs, and there are many more occasions. Even the manager was a gem. Dear staff, thank you for making our stay extra special. but it goes without saying that the location is amazing and that the room have recently been refurbished so they look lovely.
