We recently spent 4 nights at this wonderful hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. There was a good choice of food and drinks at breakfast and all very fresh. Loved the afternoon tea with delicious French pastries. Thank you to everyone who made us feel welcome.

Lovely hôtel indeed. What I did not like was that the heat/fan panel made a lot of clicking noises. The safe's position over the hot fridge was not good for storing elewctronical devices. I found it insulting that you had to create an account in order to use the wifi. Also, the cleaning service took place during the time of the day when you return to the room and want a little rest.

I visited for the long weekend and from Hadja's help on the phone and by email, sorting out my reservation using points, to setting me up with an entire schedule of great dining, I couldn't wait to get there. I didn't get to meet Hadja in person but her responsiveness and "can do" mentality were what five star service is about. At the hotel, Aimee was great. Aimee was the picture of exceptional service. I needed some toiletries and she took a personal interest in following up and ensuring I got what I needed. The hands on approach made me feel very special. When I needed a late check out because of a change in flights, Aimee was able to make sure I got the assistance needed. From beginning to end, I had a friendly go to person to ask. I should recognize the other staff whose names I didn't catch or who support behind the scenes. The room was great, shower had good pressure. Elevator was reliable, breakfast was great. Drinks at the bar were delicious. Location was amazing for my needs.
