I book the room, then call same night to postpone the night as I was stuck in another country. Along the call, night receptionist took notes of my willingness of postponing for 24h my reservation. I did not ask for a cancellation nor a refund, just a change of date for the following day. He promised me to call me back or to email me in 1h. No news for the rest of the night, and following morning I received the final invoice. I'm a frequent traveler and I always call when plan changes. But in that case I'm super disappointed as nobody called me back as promised and no solution was offered. I cannot recommend this hotel as service promised was not delivered. Quite sure, hotel is nice, but I cannot confirm that.

Room was nice, employees friendly. It needs some basic amenities not available like no snacks to buy either in the rooms or in the lobby! They only offered drinks and a bag of potato chips!!! They could very easily offer more snacks even if you have to pay for them.

The hotel is located near a metro station and walkable to the Opera house and Galleries Lafayette. The front desk is helpful but English limited. The breakfast buffet is good. The lift is small fit at most 3-4 persons. The house keeping did not top up the toiletries and after contacting the reception twice nothing done. Maybe it was due to communication problems. Towards the end of our stay there was no hot water in my bathroom for a few hours. Overall not a bad stay.

Staying at this property again: My previous review still stands. It’s a wonderful boutique hotel in a great location in Paris. This charming, Parisian-style hotel offers clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff (My ALL-Accor Platinum status was recognized at check-in), and a French-style breakfast with café au lait, a crunchy croissant, and a warm baguette fresh from the oven. A note to remember: Hotel rooms in Paris are known to be small. If you’d prefer more space, book a junior suite.

Front desk staff were excellent… always very friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant staff were just okay. The room was clean and amenities were decent, but was very hot and a/c could not keep up. Lighting in bathroom was poor for applying makeup.

For someone allergic to dust mites, it’s a horrible experience

The app was my main issue, some how didn’t share upgrade details with the front desk. The most important thing was the way the staff responded to everything, exceptional every request taken care of very quickly, Recommendation would be A room with 4 guest should ideally have 4 still water at a minimum especially at the daily rate of the hotel. This was rectified immediately by staff who again were friendly, polite and professional
