Cons : We didn't experience the warmest welcome at the reception. It was functional but not exactly felt welcomed. A smile would help. Found a bunched up hair on the floor of the bathroom on our first entrance to the room, should have reported it but we were really tired as the train got delayed so i just scooped them off the floor which is kinda grosse. The shower door doesn't seal properly so need to be careful with water flooding out. Pro : Hotel is nicely located, easy to go around for restaurants, shoppings and jogging around landmarks. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Bathroom amenities were good qualities too. Other personnel (not the one who checked us in) as helpful with getting taxi and allowing us to check out later thanks to my Gold status.
