The hotel itself was extremely well maintained in the Art Nouveau style, especially the Palm Court. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning. On the downside, staff were disinterested and service were poor. Check-in time was stated as 3pm but our room (and several others) were not ready until nearly 4pm. Rooms were not cleaned until after 3pm in the afternoon, which is really not acceptable for a hotel in this category. Breakfast was terrible, with little choice and virtually no fruit available. Location is not particularly good and definitely wouldn't recommend it to someone who doesn't know Paris well.
