We arrived early and front staff were excellent at checking in our luggage and when we arrived later that evening they even had it in our room for us! Room was very clean and excellent amenities. It was also spacious for two adults and 1 child. They had umbrellas available to borrow for rainy weather which was very helpful. The location is perfect with the Bonne nouvelle station a very short walk. The area is very safe and there are a ton of excellent restaurants that are truly local in the area. We walked to Gare du nord which was a little farther but still felt safe. Highly recommend this little gem.

Great location, attentive staff en breakfast had a lot of options. The only thing that was a little bit disappointed, I booked 3 rooms one with two single beds and two for single occupancy the size of those two rooms were very different. I had the feeling my room wasn’t used lately 517. Had to run the water to get the smell out of the bathroom. But overall it was a great weekend and we probably come back some day.

This is a stunning hotel. Although not very central, for us it was ideal - walkable from Gare du Nord and Notre Dame is about a half hour walk. We walked everywhere except when we went to the Musée Marmottan (a must visit for Monet) for which metro was needed (get the bonjour RATP app for your phone - you then use your phone as a metro ticket). The room (junior suite) was a good size. Breakfast is excellent. Had dinner one night in the restaurant which was good but the restaurant virtually opposite the hotel (l’Échiquier) is not to be missed for a real Parisian experience! The reception desk was extremely helpful.
