The hotel has a very convenient location. The staff is very professional and helpful. Neven - the bartender was very polite and nice. The food at the restaurant for dinner was delicious. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very nice.

One of the smallest junior suite ever. Small about 22m2, just one window (no view) so a bit dark but with lots of electrical lights. Comfortable bed, one sofa, one desk. Well thought bathroom (mirrors can be oriented to see the back of your head, ladies happy). Shower stall (unfortunately, the handheld shower is the stupid narrow design that was trendy some years ago, strength and height cannot be adjusted) and bathtub. Cleaning staff does a really good job but its management is poor. We were awaken twice by them on one of the mornings because they thought we were checking out which was two days later. Although we were away everyday from about 11 until 15h30, we had to ask for the room to be made (and wait downstairs for a half hour) most of the days. It seems there is not enough staff, nor a way to assess if the room is empty digitally so that this happens. Good air conditioning. Nice that water and soft drinks are included and replaced everyday (unless they forget). There is free tea and cookies or pastries every day but if you want water, you pay for it. Very nice breakfast not only continental but also some eggs, meats and cheeses. The neighborhood can be very ...vibrant but the hotel is on a quiet side street. So this is a mixed review tending to the positive. Personally if my apartment at the Citadines had been available (same price, but two bathrooms, full separate living room and kitchen), I would have preferred it. I value space over fancier decor. Professional stay for two days. The hotel is very wall located, cosy and with space. Rooms are not big but of very good size in Paris and well declared and equipped. There is very little noise in the hotel (noise is reduced with use of carpets and specific material). Staff is kind. Breakfast could be improved (very little specialties and home-made dishes, lots of "Accor standard products").
