Room on 6th floor was good away from lift but could still here traffic noise. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected as had some hot food as well as a choice of cereals, cold meats, bread and pastries

Location was perfect, we needed somewhere close to Gare Du Nord. I booked 3 rooms, and the room I satyed in, the decoration was dated, it looked like it needed some maintainance. I had a paper shopping bag with a box of chocolates - sealead - which I put it on the floor at night, by the time I picked it up in the morning, the paper bag had lots of bugs around it, it really freaked me out just thinking what the carpet in the room had. I was amazed to learn that we can have hot drink but that we had to pay for them. Finally, the alarm went off in the morning we were leaving and the main door wouldn't open, we had to rush to take our train. Over all, not the best experience

Bonjour, Nos chambres sont renovées l'an dernier et la moquette est nettoyée il y a un mois. Merci d'avoir remarqué que la salla de bain est propre. Le petit incident avec l'alarme dans la salle des petits dejeuner est resolu imediatement par nos collegues. Nous etions ravis de vous servir et nous vous attendons pour les prochains vacances. Poor air conditioning (not cool enough) in the room, the shower water temperature is unstable. The room lighting is too dim. The food variety for breakfast is limited. The only merit is the hotel location which is close to main station and the availability of oranges for fresh juice.

This was a great value hotel very close to gare du nord and walkable to gare de l’est. the room was large by Paris standards for he three of us and close to metro to access everything we wanted to see. The people on reception were friendly and accommodated my French language attempts!
