Although the check in was unnecessarily a bit slow, the staff were generally extremely helpful. The location is perfect for Gare du Nord and there are some great restaurants around. There is a single elevator/lift which is too small and slow for the size of the hotel so you should plan to wait for this to be available when you leave if you have heavy suitcases.
