It was nice to have air conditioning in the room for the hot days in Paris. The elevator needs to be repaired. For older customers, the curving stairs are difficult to navigate especially carrying luggage. It would have been nice to have had a working elevator. I would also prefer to have a sink located with the toilet instead of in a separate bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel in relation to Gare du nord is brilliant and I would recommend it to anyone. One downside on arrival was that we were allocated a 5th floor room and the lift was out of order. We did eventually get reallocated to the 2nd floor and assistance provided to get our luggage to the room but we were very disappointed with this inconvenience at the end of a good break in France but this certainly tainted our time away.
