I stayed at the hotel for two nights. On the morning of the second day, at around 9:00 am, a housekeeper opened our room door after only a brief knock of approximately two seconds. I would like to highlight that the room could not be locked from the inside and there was no additional security mechanism in place. This incident caused us significant concern and made us feel unsafe regarding room security. In addition, as an ALL Platinum member, I had made a request for a room upgrade prior to arrival. However, no upgrade was provided during this stay.

We loved this hotel!! we were most impressed with the very spacious rooms, the gym and all of the staff. The room and bathroom were huge, clean and had great amenities. All of the employees at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only real negative was that one of the escalators was broken during our stay. The location was amazing as this hotel was located right across the street from a major train station. We were able to take any metro wherever we were going just by going across the street. It was extremely convenient, especially coming from the airport.

Service was poor, room not cleaned, room temperature unadjustable, bath lighting either very bright or dark. Lobby uncomfortable and poorly decorated. Overall the hotel needs updating to be considered 4 star. Good location, breakfast buffet excellent except routinely ran out of food.

Location is the only good thing about this hotel , rooms are basic , fairly clean , escalators were broken for the whole duration of our stay . On arrival you are told to pay €100 for each night your staying as a deposit , €400 in our case before you even get your keys , then as we were checking out we were only told about the tourist tax which was €67 for 4 nights which comes out of your deposit, why wouldn’t this be mentioned when checking in ? Strange
