Queuing for a long time to check-in and then being told we had to do it again later was poor service. Other hotels complete the checkin when you arrive and give the keys later if the room is not ready. No baguettes at breakfast was a surprise, given we were visiting Paris. Other than that, the room was good and the location worked well for us.
