Rude receptionist on checkout re dealing on oversigjht of not having checked out timeously- insisting on me paying a penalty to retrieve my luggage from the room. also, still awaiting receipt for the payment, which was meant to be sent by email

This hotel is super clean and modern and in the perfect location to get around Paris with the main train station and Metro just across the road, the hotel staff were friendly and very welcoming, something that stood out was the the elevators that are controlled by your pass, which means it's only you inside and takes you direct to your floor rather than multiple stops or over crowding. Our room was breathtaking with a great view out the window of paris and perfectly designed for comfort with a king size bed. We would like to thank Fabio and Linshan from customer relations checking desk that made our welcome fun and engaging. We will most definitely return to this location again in the near future. Highly recommend.
