Nice facilities, great view, great potential. Unfortunately a couple of things did not work. Clogged bathtub, heating that could not be set to a decent temperature but boiled us the first night. This was fixed after I informed the reception. But it should work in a hotel of this standing . Bathroom amenities that would not yield their content. Breakfast is a chaotic affair where hunting for baguette became a thing. Apparently it is difficult to organise baguette in Paris. Also green tea seems to be scarce. there were theoretically 8 varieties of tea, but only 4 were available and nobody cared to refill for the next day. Keycards that did not work in the morning at 11 when checkout is at 12just added to the experience.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s spacious and clean in a great location. The train station is right around the corner, so that’s a plus for me. The elevators are very quick and make sure you visit their rooftop bar which has a nice view at night. Food society is right next door as well.

I've stayed at atleast 7 different properties in Paris and can say from what I have seen is this breakfast is one of The BEST both in terms of spread and service at breakfast. I believe they don't offer the free drink for Accor plus members (atleast they did not offer it to me, I didn't ask as I had a very packed agenda) Great location and good size room (executive room - 30sq mt) for paris but really got pissed off with the room service. I called on the first day saying that flush is not working, they said they will send technician, waited for 45mins I left the room as I did not come to paris to stay in room. When I returned, it was somewhat working so managed it. Again on the 2nd night 11PM no water in flush. Called the service number three times in 10mins from 11:30PM. Finally someone anserwed the call at 11:35-40PM and said will send someone in 10mins when I insisted that I cannot be awake waiting for flush to be fixed. finally a technician came and fixed it, looks like he knows what is the issue but they didn't fix it for the room which is really bad for Pullman brand. Would have been a 5 star rating except for this issue but is a big one when u want to use washroom and there is no water.

My stay was good but a couple of notable issues for feedback. The air conditioning was faulty for the first night - it was ridiculously hot and while I turned it cooler, the fan would go off after 20 mins and it reverted to heat. This meant for the first night, I got up every hour to correct it. I reported it during the evening and was told someone would come look so I waited up until 11.30 pm but no one arrived. It was fixed during the day the next day. I would also suggest the tiling in the bathroom is checked. It was an all abilities room (which is great) but the slope of the tiling meant water from the shower went everywhere and didn't drain quickly. This meant that to use the hairdryer (the only power point in the room with a mirror is in the bathroom), the person is standing in water (or sitting if in a wheelchair). This is not safe of course.

We stayed for 1 night because we were in transit from CDG Airport to Toulouse and we wanted to stay in an Accor hotel. This was a great hotel. We arrived around 1 pm, 2 hours before check in, and were able to check in early without even asking. The staff was friendly and gracious, and asked if we wanted a high room with a view or a room on the lower floor. We chose the high room and it was magnificent. Although not the biggest room, it was spotlessly clean. As mentioned, the technology is impressive; the 6 elevators don't have buttons. Instead, you tap your room key and the elevator is summoned to take you to your floor. We enjoyed our ALL (Accor) welcome drinks in the bar. There is a mall with a food court directly next door, and plenty of cafes and restaurants 5-15 minutes away. To catch our TGV at Montparnasse, it was less than 10 minutes walk from the front door of the hotel with all of our luggage to the trains, so no need to rush and worry about traffic in the morning. It was a great decision to stay at the Pullman Montparnasse, and we would definitely stay here again. Tip: while enjoying our drinks in the bar, an enormous line of people, primarily older American couples, formed directly in front, blocking our way out. We had to cut through this line to access the bathrooms and exit the bar. Apparently, Viking uses this hotel as a stopover. Be aware of this if you like a quieter hotel with fewer crowds.
