The overall hotel experience was good. Check-ins are late; no early check-in was offered or available, even when requested in advance. All requests added via the Accor app were ignored. No higher-floor room was even offered, and no requested customisations to accessories were entertained. Baggage storage due to late check-in was charged additionally. The hotel does not offer a basic dental hygiene kit and accessories either. Check-in queues were real. Almost 20 mins waiting to speak to an attendant. Similarly, every morning, rushing to get to the breakfast area was a struggle. I think the footfall is very heavy and the capacity to handle crowds is limited to some extent. Overall, a nice, clean, and silent room. Location is also pretty good. Conference rooms booked lacked Air conditioning, and the rooms got hot and stuffy. Trying to get someone to fix that over 4 days did not work. A complete let-down in terms of service offered for the conference rooms. Restaurants in the hotel premises are good, with good food options available. Little pricier when compared to the other eateries in the area.

Our French office is in Chatillon on the 13 subway line so your hotel is very convenient when I work in Paris. Love the large, comfortable rooms as my wife sometimes joins me. Convenient to many restaurants, fairly easy to get to CDG or Gare de Lyon which I often use for transport.

Overall the experience was good. For some reason, the housekeeping didn’t have my room for cleaning so had to explicitly ask the reception twice, once on call and once in person

Security compromised when someone burst into my room and did not knock or identify herself. I assume she was housekeeping. Housekeeper also took one of my room keys. Unacceptable.
