Hotel is well located to the train station. It was good for one night stay if you are taking the train early morning. No bells or whistles other than that. It was clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend if you need a place that is clean, sufficient and close to the train station if you are traveling outside Paris.

Overall, the hotel was very clean and the room was well stocked with towels and toiletries . Using the shower and bathtub were challenging. As a senior citizen, the bathtub was very high and deep making it a hazard, essentially without grab bars for safety. Took we 2 days how to turn the shower on. Morning breakfast was amazing!

Our stay was underwhelming, the breakfast was very good but the rooms were very simple. Our shower/bath did not operate easily and the shower head would not sit upright to have a proper shower. Our toilet stopped flushing the second night and we had to move rooms at 10:00 pm which meant packing everything up.

We did the online check-in and arrived in the morning around 11AM. Naturally, we checked our luggage as the room wasn't ready and hopefully, we'd get a nice room. Back in our room at 21:00, we discovered the sink was leaking. Although the repairman came late, we prefer to let him fix it the next day as it was 23PM already. Second issue, the toilet didn't flush correctly. And the wall paint was peeling off, clearly showing water leak inside the wall.
The breakfast was average. We staid 4 days and it was always the same food. Many hotels will let you have coffee well after the closing time but not here. There's also no possibility to have a hot breakfast on the go You can only take fruit and viennoiserie. Competition is doing better.
The hotel is targeting large group and the service is therefore very minimalist, curteous but minimalist. My wife mistook the candle at the lobby for a bin and throw a paper in it. The staff seeing that, came to us with a very serious face asking us to move the paper to the trash that was behind another check in desk. As it happened while we were busy doing things, it took like a minute for me to understand what the staff was talking about. There was about a dozen other way to deal with it, with a smile first but no, it was quite condescending.
So this time, the experience was subpar and I won't be staying here in the future.

The room was great- excellent bed and full bathroom facilities. They seemed to have provided everything in the room including iron and ironing board and coffee machine as well as kettle. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the hotel was in a great place next to the metro station, shops and food places. We had a great time and will look to book with the Pullman in different vacations.

Hotel was located nicely near train station. The breakfast buffet was very nice. All the employees were very polite. I will suggest that hotel guests receive one entry per adult to the roof top bar. It was strange to pay for the hotel room but not be able to access that bar unless you also paid the entry fee.
