We did enjoy the breakfast quality and size, dining as well, some big improvement when Viking tours and guest must eat and wait in line, and a convention at hotel is also rushing to find a seat and eat something. Maybe having separate dining room with convention, a mini buffet line could help. Most want coffee and croisant. A big safety issue for us seniors is no handrail in or next to shower stepping over high tub, with a glass pane and slippery floor. This is illegal in US. Safety is a big concern. loved the roomkey elevator function. Bellmen service good, housekeeping too. We stayed four nights. location helped us get around city on Metro and many cafes and shops in area.

There are unresolved payment issues from my recent stay at your hotel in Paris.
First, the deposit charged during my stay has never been refunded. Second, there was an issue with a breakfast charge. On one morning, I was charged €120 for three breakfasts due to a mistake made by a staff member, even though I should not have been charged that amount. I was told the issue would be addressed, but I have never received a refund or an update.
I am very disappointed that these issues remain unresolved despite the time that has passed.
Could you please review both transactions and provide me with an explanation of what happened to my money, along with confirmation of when I can expect the outstanding refunds to be processed?
I would appreciate it if someone from your management or accounting team could contact me directly to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Overall, we had a wonderful time. It is conveniantly located near a train and Metro station, and there are many great restaurants located a 10 minute walk away.
We were dissappointed by 2 things: the Fi'lia restaurant was not that great, and the Sky Bar was not what we had expected. The seating was odd and crowded, and people had to jockey for a place to get a picture of the Eiffel Tower at the top of the hour. It has a wonderful view, but it is long and narrow, and seems to be relegated to leftover space on the roof of the building.

Very comfortable hotel with big, well-appointed rooms. The bed was excellent. Breakfast has a vast choice. Gym was fantastic with everything and more you could expect from a hotel gym. Very convenient and easy to get around from the Montparnasse metro but also plenty of nice places to eat out in the walking distance. Didn't have a chance to visit the Rooftop but hope to return in the future.

The location is perfect, the breakfast is lovely, the room was impeccably clean, there was an issue with electronic room key but the staff never waivered in their professional and conscientious to provide us our room access while the matter was being resolved. While we waited for our room, we were served a lovely cappuccino and pastry. Taxi transport was arranged for us. Le Cambon Hotel is absolutely lovely and we will return.

Although our reservation stated walk in shower they gave us a soaking tub much too tall for an elderly person with two knee replacements to get in to shower . Upon telling the desk we were told no rooms available . After going back to our room we decided to speak to someone again . This time they changed our room to a walk in shower. Thought problem solved . This room presented another problem . Once you flushed the toilet it would not stop running . Mechanism is in the wall. They finally sent someone up to stop the water poring into toilet . But that would only last one flush . They sent someone six times. Never fixed it just stopped for one flush . The last time it was done by housekeeping so when we got back for day it was pouring into toilet . We went down to desk again and was told immediately be repaired . After 2 1/2 hours of not being able to use toilet we finally went down again and they changed our room again . Notice every time this happened we had to personally go down to desk because phone didn’t work. Last room worked . We stayed for four days , three of which were hell. We stayed two days with Viking and two days on our own . I expected better for a better and more expensive hotel .

Reported water leak in evening after returning from tour, told we had to come down and speak to the manager. You should have sent someone up to check! By morning, carpet was soaked, all towels we used to clean up were soaked. Reported problem again in morning. When returned late afternoon, bed was made, water standing on the floor.

We have just finished an 8 week holiday in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France. This is the worst hotel we stayed in out of the 15 booked. Here is why:
Toliet not flushing & water continually running.
Phone not working.
Instructions on using the phone/tablet system in French. Yes, we changed it to English but only after translating the French words into English to do so. Then the error messages defauted to French.
Bar fridge light flickering all night like a disco in our room, we put towels on it to make the room dark.
Safe locked when we arrived.
Breakfast was chaotic. In such a large hotel you would think there would be 2 stations of everything not just the coffee. For example the juice was on one side, so if seated on the other it was like crossing a busy train station just to get a juice. I person making omlettes so a line up or just eat the unappealing scrambled eggs.
Tried the Restaraunt, served a pasta meal that was not cooked. Sent back to the kitchen and it was replaced for another meal. Watched the head chef speak to another chef in a displeasing manner as it was an open kitchen.
Your check in area is confusing with multiple desks. When it is busy, guests look confused where to go. Why not have a sign saying,
" Please wait here for the next available staff member to become available."
The Concierge desk at the bottom of the escalators had no obvious sign and the 3 staff that were there when I arrived did not help me. They seamed too busy talking to each other to notice guests.
Please if you value customers fix some of these problems. We tried to get room items to be fixed for example; the safe was unlocked but the toliet was always not functioning.
