We enjoyed our stay at the Pullman. Our first 2 nights were booked with a Viking Tour. The last night was booked on our own via the internet. We apparently booked a higher class of room for our final night. That was not clear to us because Viking booked the 2 previous nights as part of our River boat excursion. In order to stay in our existing room, we had to pay a large up charge as we were told it was a “ better class” of room. We were not expecting that and were very disappointed. We asked if we could cancel the 3rd night, as it was 48 hours out and then rebook the same class of room we were currently in. The answer we received back was NO. Because of this, we would probably not stay at the Pullman again. We did ask to speak to a manager, and he said the same.

Very convenient location with regards to our plan for visits. easy access to public transports in all directions. Comfortable location with very nice breakfast. room was very quiet.
