Given the other great reviews, I was surprised at how average I felt the stay was. Old feeling room, light under the door, noise travelling from the corridor, dodgy toilet flush, broken light in the bathroom... I've had nicer stays in lower tiered hotels of the chain (the Mercure in Maintenon was brilliant). On a positive note, the staff were great.

Very slow and confusing check-in… it’s very surprising as all our details are already in our All Accor account. Furthermore I was asked to fill-out a form prior to my arrival with again the same information as in our account… what’s the point of all this if it’s not speeding-up check-in?
