I loved my 1-night stay at Sofitel Le Faubourg! My room, 623, was perfect. I loved the balcony, the glorious comfortable bed and the delicious welcome treats. Gina at Réception was lovely- very warm, professional and friendly. Anne from guest relations escorted me to my room and was just incredible. She was very gracious and set the tone for a lovely stay. Valentine as well from guest relations was excellent and very helpful. The doormen were lovely. My room service dinner was divine. I can’t wait to come back and very much loved my stay. The hotel is located in the most perfect area as well.

We stayed at the hotel with my wife and our daughter to celebrate her birthday, and the experience truly touched our hearts. From the very first moment, the staff welcomed our daughter in such a beautiful and thoughtful way that she immediately felt at home and incredibly special. Every member of the team went far beyond what we expected. Their kindness, genuine care, and attention to detail made us feel valued not just as guests, but as a family. They turned a simple stay into a meaningful and unforgettable memory for our daughter — and for us. We are deeply grateful and would return without hesitation.

We arrived to a beautiful lobby, friendly and welcoming staff. Our room as well appointed and comfortable. The location is central to so much, making it easy to walk almost everywhere we wanted.
