Another lovely stay at this hotel. It is well-located, and well-appointed. But what makes it particularly special is the staff. From the reception, to the concierge, to the housekeeping staff, all are warm, welcoming, and skilled at their jobs. Well located hotel, friendly staff, breakfast is excellent however it would deserve more space to have a better experience. Guests are seating next to each other. The room was ok, even though some details here and there should be fixed and surprisingly it’s was very cold in the bathroom.

I booked a Parisian week holiday for my wife’s 50th birthday. While in December, we enjoyed a seasonably cool weather, warm sunshine and exceptional service. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and humble. There wasn’t one staff member who bore an ounce of arrogance, and was supremely engaging.

The entire experience from the moment the car pulls up to the front of the hotel the amazing experience begins. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything is done with a minimum of fuss. Bags delivered to rooms in a timely manner, check in is easy. Breakfast, lunch and dinner you are spoilt for choice in what to eat. Staff always at the ready to assist if you need any assistance ta all. I wouldn’t stay at any other hotel In Paris. Location is also a plus for those that like to walk everywhere.
