We arrived to a beautiful lobby, friendly and welcoming staff. Our room as well appointed and comfortable. The location is central to so much, making it easy to walk almost everywhere we wanted.

We arrived in the morning after traveling all night. Our room was not ready but was told we’d get a call when it was ready. We came back around 1pm and our room was ready. Never got a call - we were exhausted. When we pulled out the bed out of the sofa the mattress was very dirty. Staff did come up right away to try to fix it. They ended up getting us a cot which we ended up using for our stay for our daughter. When we checked out, a cab was called for us. Little did we know after taking us to the train station, the driver said we had to pay him in cash - which I didn’t have enough. He took all I had then charged my husband’s card!

From the moment of arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the staff and pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. Throughout my stay, the team handled every detail seamlessly, from securing dinner reservations to arranging taxis. The property itself is clean, elegant, and beautifully maintained, all in an excellent location that made exploring Paris effortless.
