Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg Hotel 5 stars

We travelled as a family with three children for a 3 night stay. The interconnecting rooms worked well for us. If you are planning to spend more time in the rooms, I would suggest to book a suite and a connecting room for more living space. The rooms were quiet, well maintained, clean and very well air-conditioned. Spacious and well appointed with nice living room furniture (desks, armchairs, coffee tables, stools).

And this hotel totally contributes to this trip during the pandemic. The location is amazing, in the area safe and with lots shops and restaurants around in walking distance. The friendly and professional staff though made the whole stay an awesome experience!! From the front desk to house keeping- I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Room is very well decorated and clean with very comfortable bed. I have been to other 5 stars hotel around the area but the service aren’t comparable to Sofitel La Faubourg. I’m definitely booking again next time I cross the tunnel to Paris!

This hotel totally exceeded my expectations during this special pandemic time. I was worried but then I felt the safest and at ease with the team working in the hotel during my stay with my 9 years old son. Thank you for decorating the room my son’s birthday! It was so amazing! We will definitely come back for the next trip. Special thanks to Theo who checked us in and out and Fabrice that helped us with enquiries too.

Everything was perfect! The only thing that I found did not match que high quality and luxury feeling in the experience, was that the bathrooms looked older, not extremely clean... like dingy, yellowish not like it should). The rest was just perfect!

Great location, very helpful staff, peaceful and quiet

from the moment i stepped in, i felt like home, the night reception staff gave us a warm welcoming and great treatment. Guy the chief concierge was amazing and very helpful. Overall one of the best experiences. We are very grateful.

Hotel was great, room was well appointed, clean, bright, very comfy beds, pillows & linen, plenty mirrors & power points, my room was located first floor street side & never heard any street noise sound proofing was excellent, also never heard any internal corridor noise. Reception staff pleasant, helpful & welcoming.

brief 2 night stay in Paris. I required a hotel that allows dogs. On arrival in my room i found a wonderful dog basket ready for my puppy to sleep in. Very clean and stylish property. The staff if incredibly helpful and always on hand to assist.

We had been looking forward to it, to our trip to Paris and especially to the reunion in the hotel, but it turned out. There were few familiar faces. But who was there and recognized us, was nice to see again. Still, our stay lacked warmth. It is completely logical after this period of lockdown but the disappointment is great. So big even that we hesitate to go back to Paris. There is a lot of closure, the atmosphere is completely different. And certainly in the hotel. No reproach to the staff, but the rules around Covid make it so strict, that there's still little enthusiasm to make a stay cosy. To be honest, that's why I found the price relatively expensive. Normally we don't make a point of that, but in this one we do. There's just not much staff present and that's reflected in the service. Normally it is flawless, but unfortunately not now. Specifically, we asked for an ironing board and iron (because that was not available now), but we never got it. But when we arrived a nice surprise in our room, thanks to Nina and Stéphane. Mathilde and Morgane did their utmost to make us feel at home again, but you can tell from them that it is not a normal period. In short: I don't blame anyone, and I don't want to talk about a bad experience, but if I'm honest, the atmosphere isn't pre-corona yet. The restart makes itself felt. We miss our familiar faces and hopefully, when we come back soon, we'll see everyone again.

Room was dirty and delapitated. Room service didn’t pay attention to detail (ex. Took used coffee cups with but didn’t provide clean ones) Service is super slow, not due to incompetence but due to only one rep working at front. When we arrived we had to wait 10 min for her to finish her phone call, otherwise she was friendly and helpful. The rooms are absolutely a joke in quality for what you pay for. 500 eur per night and the sink was broken, paint chipping off the door. Super location but I would not comeback. Rather spend double and stay at a REAL five star hotel.

great service, very poor and cheesy interior design, rooms too dark and small.
