my daughter and I enjoyed our stay at your hotel last week. We never wanted to leave! Francesca greeted us and arranged for our room to be ready even earlier than our early check in time, which was a dream after a long overnight flight. She personally escorted us up to our lovely suite. She could not have been a warmer or kinder hostess welcoming us with her joie de vivre! Alex at the door was super helpful taking all our bags and welcoming us warmly. Breakfast was amazing. The staff were warm, kind and always at the ready to get us another cup of coffee.and the selection was amazing! We loved our suite. Plenty of room to spread out. My daughter has arthritis so having the bathtub at the end of a day of walking was perfect. We appreciated that the hotel took our request to heart. Our room was always made up beautifully with extra water at our bedside when we returned each evening and your beds are heavenly.

Most of the staff were extremely unhelpful and quite irritating when asked basic questions. One concierge, however, was exceptionally professional and deserves recognition. Unfortunately, the rooms are old and not well maintained, which reflects in the overall value for the price. While the location is excellent, this is no longer a place I would choose to stay.
