The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Paris with a big metro station in front of the building. We spent 3 nights here and the room was great, big enough for us 2 and our luggages. Despite some renovation in the lobby we've never been annoyed by the noise. Also, staff was always available and caring about us, we felt like home!

We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel les Halles. The staff were incredibly attentive to us, from the moment we arrived with the help of the bellboy to the young woman at reception (Helena, I believe) who checked us in. Everything was perfect. The highlight was the concierge, Fabrice, who assisted us when we had an issue with our flight tickets. He took a lot of time to help us, and it truly saved the rest of our trip – thank you! The hotel is undergoing some construction on the ground floor, but it didn't affect our stay as we weren’t disturbed in our room, and the staff were so kind that we didn’t mind at all. The location is very central, allowing us to get everywhere quickly. It was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely return here every time we visit Paris!

We can’t sleep because of bad services.

Aircon is not working. Telephone is not working. We spend two (2) nights without sleep because of a very hot room. We reported the issue on the receptionist twice. They just promised to fix it never done anything. Me and my wife are very frustrated. We don’t recommend this hotel.

We were 2 adults and a baby and the room was very comfortable and spacious. Location is amazing for walking distance activities and sightseeing day and night. Even though the area is pretty alive and fun at night, the noise doesn’t come into the rooms allowing us and the baby to sleep.
