Couple of snags but overall a very good stay and I would return. Love the Novotel room format , and the enclosed garden is lovely to eat in and look out onto with its huge Paris photo canvas on one exterior wall. Our room was ready early which was great (12 noon - popped out for breakfast) but once we got in the beds weren't split into twin as requested, and the coffee machine didn't work. Reported both and went out for 4 hours but neither resolved on return so had to ask again and wait until sorted before being able to nap. The refurb is currently constraining the lobby area and immediately outside the hotel feels a bit scruffy, but the location couldn't be better for walking to restaurants, les Halles shops, Notre Dame, the Louvre.

I would suggest to inform the guest that the hotel is under renovation when you are taking the booking. I was there for vacation & my entire experience was jeopardised! Not fair for a brand like Novatel to do so!

The best part of our stay was the buffet in the morning. Lots of options/variety and high quality food. The staff was very helpful and nice. I would give the past 2 comments an 9 out of 10 as far as quality. With the hotel being under construction, just didn't feel like we got our money's worth. The showers had a tendency to flood the bathroom which was irritating. Would I stay here again or recommend to someone else. (I'm not sure)
