Reservation QJBLHJBFOn the morning of 30 June, we completed the check-out process. During check-out, the receptionist informed us that we had an outstanding balance consisting of €100 for two days of breakfast and €68 for two days of parking, for a total of €168. We paid the full amount of €168 in cash directly to the receptionist at the reception desk. After returning home and reviewing my credit card statement, I discovered that an additional charge of €168 was made to my credit card on 30 June
