We had one night in Paris and this hotel’s location was fantastic. Walking distance to many attractions. Very Parisian feel where the hotel is with many pattiseries and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed with a 11 and 15 year old and the room was spacious enough. Sofa bed was very comfortable with a thick mattress. Staff were very helpful and made us fell welcomed and always a smile on offer.

My family and I loved our stay at the Novotel Paris Les Halles. It is conveniently located next to the metro and train station, so we were easy in and out from the airport, as well as getting around the city. We also were walkable to the Notre Dame, the Louvre, and the Christmas market at the Tuileries. The room was so much bigger than I was expecting and so comfortable for me, my husband, and our 2 daughters- ages 8 and 10. We loved the windows and view too. The staff was beyond friendly. I have already recommended it to a friend and will keep passing along the name to others.

Big renovation work ongoing. Very noisy and dusty during the day. Very limited room amenities and not even hair conditioner was provided. Staff was unfriendly.

The room was warm and there was no option to turn on the air conditioning, because in autumn and winter it’s only possible to use the heater. And the minibar was broken (the door wouldn’t open). I called the front desk and they simply confirmed that it was broken and made no effort to solve the problem or move me to another room. Aside from that, the rest of the experience at the hotel was good!

The staff at Novotel, Paris were incredible. They were friendly, welcoming and supportive through the check in process. We were given interconnecting rooms for our family of 5 with everything provided to the highest standard. The buffet breakfast was delicious, so well organised and the freshest food with so many options to start our first full day exploring Paris. We can't wait to return!
