Great hotel for weekend city break

Hotel is great, located in a perfect spot just in front of entrance to Les Halles RER/Metro station - You can use RER B to get there from CDG. There is endless number of restaurants and bars around. Our room was very cozy, comfortable and clean. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, we did not miss anything. Please be aware hotel is undertaking some rebuild so it might be a bit noisy. It was not an issue during weekend stay.

Hotel was being renovated, but that did not take from our stay. Staff are EXTREMELY friendly and helpful and the location is ideal for a return train ride to the airport and metro around the city. Many tourist attractions are within walking distance. Room was a little small for three people, but adequate, and restaurant was good.

We had an event for 30 executives, partners of our company, so the expectation level was high, and it was met. The business halls are excellent, with good coffee break rooms and a separate restaurant zone in the air. My challenge included the fact that our event organizer was unable to come, but Laurane Malonga and the team helped me with everything from scheduling and collateral to video conferencing and electricity for laptops. It was excellent service.

My experience working with this hotel and particularly with Charlène Hassan and Laurane Malonga was great! The professionalism of the staff exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property.
