The room was warm and there was no option to turn on the air conditioning, because in autumn and winter it’s only possible to use the heater. And the minibar was broken (the door wouldn’t open). I called the front desk and they simply confirmed that it was broken and made no effort to solve the problem or move me to another room. Aside from that, the rest of the experience at the hotel was good!

The staff at Novotel, Paris were incredible. They were friendly, welcoming and supportive through the check in process. We were given interconnecting rooms for our family of 5 with everything provided to the highest standard. The buffet breakfast was delicious, so well organised and the freshest food with so many options to start our first full day exploring Paris. We can't wait to return!

The amenities were excellent, the water 에pressure was great, and the room was quiet at night. The bed was comfortable and very clean, and the check-in process was smooth. With a convenient noon check-out, this has been the best hotel I’ve stayed at in the past five years of traveling.
