The hotel is being refurbished which was communicated well and it definitely needs modernising. Our taxi driver found it hard to locate as the signage out the front is hard to see due to the renovations. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff were not friendly and did not give the All Accor Plus discount even though the Accor website said they did. We stayed at 9 hotels over a 3.5 week period including 5 Accor Hotels. This hotel scores the lowest overall.
