Not recommended. Location not that safe at night. Hôtel carpet is too old and dirty.

I can not complete give them a one star as the staff was great. They were friendly and helpful even with the language barrier. But the hotel was going through a renovation so if we wanted to sleep in it was impossible. But not only impossible because of the noise but also the fact that there was no air conditioning. For a hotel that has foreigners visiting often I would think that this would be something available in the rooms. The engineer was nice when he came in the room. He could not fix the issue but he did make us laugh when he just joked about opening a window. The room was nice but again since the hotel was going through renovations I wish I would have known ahead of time so I could prepare my self.

There was a small issue with the reservation process. When I initially emailed to ask about availability for March, I received a reply confirming the same dates but for June. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the mistake at the time, so the reservation was made for June instead of March. When I arrived at the hotel, they couldn’t find my booking. However, the staff member who assisted me at check-in (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) was extremely professional, kind, and welcoming. She handled the situation seamlessly and managed to find a room for me, even though the hotel was very busy. I didn’t personally interact with anyone from housekeeping, but they clearly did an amazing job. The room was spotless and the level of cleanliness was excellent. Whoever was responsible for cleaning my room truly did a fantastic job!! In the end, everything worked out really well. It was a business trip, but I truly enjoyed my stay, especially thanks to the hotel’s great location. All the staff members I interacted with were super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
