Les Halles is a busy, bustling location and the Novotel is right in the middle of this spot. From the hotel we were able to comfortably walk to Notre Dame, the Louvre, and other central spots. The hotel is definitely business centered, but there were plenty of other families. A lovely little boulangerie is located within steps. The rooms were very comfortable, we booked two for our family of five. It was a very clean hotel and despite the bustling location, we all slept very well.

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are friendly. However, room management needs improvement. We arrived around 1:00 PM and were asked to return after the official check-in time as the room was still being cleaned, which we fully understood. When we returned at nearly 3:00 PM—already past the check-in time—the room was still not ready, and the staff could not confirm when it would be available, stating that it was awaiting inspection. We ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes. This was the first time we were unable to check in despite it being the official check-in time, and it was disappointing, as we have never experienced this at other ACCOR hotels.

We had a great experience from the moment we arrived! We were dropped off by our car at the bottom of the stairs outside the hotel, and the man at the door came running over to help us with all of our luggage. He assisted in, not only getting it into the lobby, but also up to our room. Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful during our entire stay. Hotel was in a great location in the city and very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff was always eager to assist with directions and even ordered the car for us for our return to the airport. Even during renovations, the hotel was very clean and we did not encounter any issues. Our only complaint was that the mattress was super lumpy. It did not allow for a good nights sleep, but we absolutely loved the hotel and will stay there again when we go back to Paris!
