The location is very convenient, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious. However, our experience was affected by several issues that shouldn't happen at this price point. On the day we arrived, only one of the hotel's three elevators was able to reach our floor. The other two simply didn't service it, forcing us and many other guests to wait a long time just to get to our room. This continued throughout the entire day. The following day, two elevators were available, but given the size of the hotel and the number of guests, the wait times were still excessive. Another disappointment was that our room was never serviced. We didn't receive housekeeping, fresh towels, or any cleaning. You expect to leave your room for the day and come back to a clean, refreshed space with fresh towels ready for a shower, but that wasn't the case. One final, smaller but still inconvenient issue was that the coffee machine in the room didn't work. For the price of the stay, these are not minor inconveniences—they are basic expectations. Unfortunately, these issues made us question whether the hotel was worth what we paid.
