The 2-bedroom flat was great and very spacious; we had everything we needed. The staff added some champagne and macarons for my mum’s birthday, which was greatly appreciated. The staff are lovely and professional. The only downside is that it feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel, as many services are extra (coffee pods, cleaning, parking, etc.). Breakfast was a bit pricey with limited choice. Just an FYI: the flat is opposite a primary school, so don’t expect to sleep in during school term time. The location is otherwise fine, with an Auchan, restaurants, and a boulangerie just a 2-minute walk away.

We were very happy with our stay. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, two metro stops close by, the 7bis line is short but perfect to reach Gare du Nord. There are some minor details like the pillows, which are okay, and the heating that you can't control (when you open the window for fresh air, it automatically rises the temperature). Most important of all was the very friendly and welcoming staff. That's the best you can ask from any hotel! Merci spécial au personnel qui était très professionnel, accueillant, gentil.

The hotel is clean, corridors to the rooms some outdated. Room was clean and a nice kitchen. Bath was to high for elderly people. But overall it was okay.
