We were very happy with our stay. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, two metro stops close by, the 7bis line is short but perfect to reach Gare du Nord. There are some minor details like the pillows, which are okay, and the heating that you can't control (when you open the window for fresh air, it automatically rises the temperature). Most important of all was the very friendly and welcoming staff. That's the best you can ask from any hotel! Merci spécial au personnel qui était très professionnel, accueillant, gentil.

The hotel is clean, corridors to the rooms some outdated. Room was clean and a nice kitchen. Bath was to high for elderly people. But overall it was okay.

La recepcion excelente, no pude comprender a que tenia uso como las maquinas de cafe que estaban en la recepcion o no, la ubicacion no es mala en particular lo que sucede es que es un poco alejada de los temas como turista uno busca

The room was big and clean. The employees were very kind and helpful. The location is beautiful - next to a great park, and very close to the metro. I will be wanting to stay here any time I visit Paris!

Website glitched, and nobody was willing to help. The correct dates were selected, but the website automatically changed them. The video of the incident was sent both to the hotel and Accor, and they both saw and agreed that it happened, understood my frustration but refused to change it to the desired dates since I did not book a flexible fare. I did not need the flexibility, but the dates I put in. Every interaction was bad after that, and even after admitting fault due to their faulty system, they did not help. The room was decent, but the signs to get to them were wrong. No attention to details. No soap on the rooms. Quiet location, great balcony. Had one good person working on the front desk. Everyone else was miserable and reluctant to help. Was told check in was at 3, but not to come in at 3 because there is no guarantee the room would be ready. Rang the door bell to be let in, but the person at the desk made me wait in the rain so they could finish their conversation with another employee. Asked to add a night (since the wrong night was booked), and when asked for the price, the man at the desk told me to look at the sign and book online. Did not bother pausing his YouTube video or the game he was playing on his laptop. All together. Room was comfortable but do not expect any service and better pray everything goes well when you book.
