Small accommodation without place to save the clothes, and shared bathroom with cold water, In addition, I requested a room upgrade and I forgot a Kindle in the last room, when I returned the same day to inform, They had already cleaned the room and the person who cleaned it did not deliver my item to the hotel . And I didn't have any collaboration with the team to find it. The person who took my item went unpunished.

Hotel is next to some party/concert venue where things don’t kick off until 10/11 pm. (Don’t speak French so don’t know what it is.) Noise is unreal. No sleep. This hotel is horrific. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff were nice to be fair. Do not stay here.

I stayed here for 2 nights. I got bitten by bed bucks on the first night. I woke up the next morning with a rash all over my body. I went down to tell the staff. The staff changed the room and let me laundry my clothes. But I didn't get an apology or feel any sympathy from them. After I leave my clothes and I told a staff that I will get it back in evening but when I was back no any staff know about it. They said they don’t know! No morning staff shift leave them any message. It's been a week and the rash all over my body still hasn't gone away, even though I applied and took medicine. So disappointed! I need to clean everything in my luggage several time when I arrived home then.
