It was completely fine, the staff were very friendly and polite, they handled everything perfectly, problem-solving was really helpful, everything was nice and I would probably come back again. When you go to this kind of hotels you know they are economical and you won't probably have everything you need, but l think for the price you offered, it's completely reasonable and even better, we have coffee machines, drinks, and food, the fact you offer breakfast as well is amazing. I think is truly underrated because people don't understand the concept of the hotel, is Paris by the way, you don't go there for that price to rest in your bed, you're economizing for other activities.

I am writing this feedback to express my disappointment with my recent stay. The hotel’s advertisement and room description were unclear and misleading. I specifically booked a room with a private bathroom inside the room, which is a basic and essential requirement for me. This was clearly indicated in my booking, and I showed the confirmation to the receptionist upon arrival. However, I was informed that the bathroom was shared/common, and the receptionist simply told me that I may have made a mistake. As a frequent traveler who books hotels regularly, I find it extremely unlikely to overlook such an important detail. The presence of a private bathroom is one of the most critical factors when choosing accommodation. This is the first time I have encountered a situation where a hotel presents itself as offering private facilities, only to discover that the bathroom is shared. This type of setup is more comparable to a motel or short-stay accommodation rather than a standard hotel. Had the information been clearly stated in the advertisement, I would not have made the booking.

Stayed two nights with my 11yo son. Though it's not like a hotel but a hostel with a private room with shared a bath room, everything maintained well and very clean. Receptionists are nice and professional.
