We loved how accommodating and service minded the staff was in the lead up dialogue before our stay and how our birthday girl was particularly welcomed with a surprise. This was just the hotel we needed and sought. If the opportunity arises, we will be back!

Staff in general are very kind and helpful. I use this hotel quite often and always think that the cost of the room (420 - which I like) is nevertheless too high. I am often assisted by Ms.Junie whom I find very gentle and professional and whom I thank for her availability.

Great stay but the shower was terrible

My stay in Ibis Bastille was great as usual, The room was very decent, very clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice. However, the shower temperature mixer was completely defective, The water went from ice-cold to burning hot regularly for no reason.
