Room clean and friendly service. However, shower area is very small and this was the only place I had to leave an additional deposit for my stay (Note: I stayed in Ibis Centro Sagrada Familia Barcelona and I was not asked for similar additional deposit)

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The hotel is in a great area with lots of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and a choice of two metro stations. The room is small but adequate for Paris and the price we paid. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, buffet style, fruit, cereal, meats, cheese, boiled eggs, bread, pastries, fruit juice and hot drinks. There is also a nice bar. We had a double room on the fifth floor which has recently been renovated. We would definitely return.

Staff in bar was very slow and lazy, we was waiting every time so loong .barmens even never look to us, so we always tryed to call them. reseption was quit good, but when we ask for taxi, they just say to us sorry and told us go to the streat and find taxi, it was not nice early in the morning around 6.30 oclock. Kitchen perfect, food was really good.

We were meeting a friend in Pairs on our return trip from Marseillette to the UK. We were attracted to the hotel from other guest reviews, primarily due to the hotel location for ease of access to routes back to Calais. Our concern prior to our visit was parking near to the hotel especially with a fully loaded vehicle, however we were delighted to find that the Ibis has a secure underground car park. The Hotel has a modern open reception and bar area and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location is fantastic, in the evening we walked with our dog (only 5 euros extra) to the centre of Paris, which took about 50 minutes. We will certainly stay here again.

We were extremely satisfied by the whole services provided by the Hotel. The room was clean, and cleaned on regular basis, the breakfast with a rich variety, the reception personal nice and prompt. The room was small, even very small, but we came to Paris to visit its beauty, not to stay in the room :)

Some staff members were extremely rude & condescending. The breakfast did not serve any hot food, the room was absolutely tiny. We were not able to unpack our belongings as there wasn’t enough room. The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been.

The bed sheets, duvet cover and pillow cases were dirty. Also, the staff really struggled to speak english and therefore could not help regarding the strike situation.

The rooms are way too small for two people to share, its unreasonable to expect two people to share a room made for one person. The hotel seems to be short of towels, I think giving two more towels per room would be great.

room small. disappointed that no public computer available. complementary water and coffee should be available in the lobby. complimentary coffee at least until noon. especially because there are no amenities in the room. breakfast hours should extend until 10.am.

Nice hotel in great location. Room clean however very basic. Staff in reception very kind and helpful. Even if food in restaurant is good the staff should probably not work in direct contact with guests. You need to ask for everything twice or three times, seems they do not care too much for their guests and treat you like intruder. Looking that there is a lot of restaurants around if you search for good atmosphere better go somewhere else.
