All the rooms are supposedly the same, or so the front desk staff member informed us upon check-in. Tiny rooms, which is expected, but no room for a suitcase (unfortunately typical nowadays), 3 hooks to hang clothes, one rack with 3 clothes hangers and one shelf, scattered on different walls. The bed is OK, the pillows are pathetic. The sink is tiny, so expect a lot of splash on the slippery floor. There is NO Shampoo in the shower!!! Only one container, uncomfortably high, with body wash... Absolutely Ridiculous way to save money. The A/C was barely keeping the room cold and that was because of the worst feature in the room: the A/C unit had never, ever been cleaned! The amount of dust that is visible from the grille is frightening and unsanitory. We didn't use at all because of this. And it was during a heat wave.

I paid for early check-in because we were getting to the hotel to drop bags, shower, and go to Roland Garros. There were no rooms available at 9am as stated on the early check-in purchase option. The staff offered to store my bags so I went downstairs to change in the bathroom. When I returned, they had taken my backpack, which I needed something from. They were reluctant to return the backpack once it was stored, despite having to return to put my luggage in there as well. They were very unpleasant and difficult to work with. Made it seem like I was the idiot for thinking paying for early check-in meant I would get a room before the typical check-in time. Once I got my room, the AC wasn’t working in my room. It was an extremely hot week and was very hot in the room. They weren’t able to fix the AC and didn’t have any other rooms to move me to. There was no way to sleep in that heat without AC.
