I'm not a hot sleeper but me and my partner woke up sweaty every single night, despite the AC on. i don't know if it's because of the mattress padding, the dirty duvet. it was just uncomfortable overall. there were also no fridge , bathroom was uncomfortably small. We wanted to try this chain because we had such a great experience with the other hotel chain companies we tried in Europe, i.e. citizen m, moov, but ibis doesn't fall in the same category in terms of comfort and customer service. Plus i was charged twice for our stay even though i had already paid on Expedia. of course i got my refund but just the fact that that even happened does not give me confidence.

Comfortable, strategically located, with plenty of services in the surrounding (restaurants, bakery, pharmacy), cleaned, rooms are nice and of the right size, personnel is polite and helpful.

Perfect location. Lobby area, bar and restaurant well laid out, welcoming and comfortable. Room was very small and basic but comfortable enough. I'd definitely stay here again though.
