My first time in France , Im a Heartist too and the black slim lady that checked me in had a nasty face towards me and attitude since beginning. First she gave me the wrong number went up to come back down and tell her she gave me an unexistant number 460 she said and wrote. After that on the second day I was taking a picture at the Photo Booth and looked over to find her giving me a dirty look, i gave her a quick smile. I felt very intimidated and harrassed , I don’t understand why someone like that is given that job.
