Room key kept malfunctioning and had to be reset twice over our three day stay. Shocked that I had to use a paid for locker to store my bags when I had checked out. The lockers were also cash only. Normally hotels store luggage for free after checkout.

We came for 2 nights: 1st room, noisy because close to a very noisy elevator ( bad night sleep), damaged curtain and the next morning, leaking basin. As a ALLaccor club member, I was not happy. Fully booked hotel, so we managed to change room only for the second night.

Perfect location. Beautiful inside. Rooms compact. Very clean. Well furnished. Bed very comfy and pillows perfect we slept so well. Breakfast feast like a king! Staff very friendly and helpful.
