NICE AND EFFICIENT STAFF. GOOD LOCATION CLOSE TO METRO LINE. THE ONLY POINT WHICH I WOULD IMPROVE IS THE FACT TO HAVE NATURAL CHRISTMAS TREE AT THE RECEPTION THAT NEEDS FIRE RETARDANT AND SO CAN NOT BE RECYCLED.....

This hotel was chosen because of its good location: close to a metro station and not just one. We stayed here a year ago, there were some small problems, but they were forgotten. This time the impressions were terrible. We arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock, the receptionist checked our reservation, said that the room would be ready after 2 p.m. and we could leave our luggage in the storage room for 4 euros (nowadays in museums they give a special token for the lockers, but here it is real money). We left our luggage and went to the museum. Imagine our shock when suddenly at 18 o'clock a letter arrived that our reservation was cancelled! Our evening was ruined. We rushed to the hotel and all we heard was about the hotel's policy and that we did not guarantee our stay with the card, so there was no room for us. My arguments that the reservation was made a month in advance, that we passed 6 Accor hotels in a week and there were no doubts about my card, were brushed aside and I again listened to the thesis about the hotel's policy. Finally, another manager showed up and admitted that since we were there in the morning, they would accommodate us. The room was super tiny. They are generally small in this hotel, but it was a closet. We were not offered any compensation for the lost time and nerves. Never again! And I do not recommend it to anyone!

On the whole a good stay in a nice room but with some minor inconveniences. Firstly, I could not use cheques vacances to book online. Secondly, a fire alarm occurred during our stay and we had very little direction from staff about what was happening as people congregated in the entrance. Finally, a noisy squeaking could be heard from our room.
