We’ve stayed in a few Ibis in Paris and this was our favourite so far. The lobby is lovely, lots of plants make it cosy and welcoming and the staff were mostly very helpful. Sadly the free bedtime tea bags disappeared after our first night! But the barman was happy to provide hot water for our purchased ones at night which was great. It’s really well situated, we were there for the opera, which is almost on the doorstep but there were loads of really nice bars and restaurants nearby and the walk down the marina to the Seine was lovely - Batobus stop at the Jardin des Plantes just where you reach the river and loads of nearby metro lines. You can walk to Notre Dame in 15-20 minutes (depending on how many photos you take on the way…). Will definitely book this one again when we return.
