This hotel is in a lovely location. The facilities are great and staff mostly friendly. The only downside is the constant up selling from staff members when having out morning breakfast.. it detracts from the quiet holiday vibe

Hotel is in dilapidated state.While the service provided was satisfactory, I must express my disappointment as I do not believe this establishment meets the standards of a 4-star hotel. In fact, I would hesitate to even rate it as a 2-star, finding it more akin to a 1-star property. As an Accor member, I had chosen to stay here for a single night before my flight the following day. Upon entering my initial room, I was concerned to observe the presence of mold and a distinct musty odor. I promptly requested a room change, which was accommodated. However, the alternative room presented its own issues, as the balcony door was unable to close properly. Consequently, I decided to cancel my reservation and relocate to another hotel. I found this to be the shabbiest hotel I have encountered. I am curious as to what may be occurring within Accor, especially given that the hotel itself does not appear to be particularly old. While my cash payment was refunded, the points payment was not. I intend to submit a formal complaint to Accor once my holiday concludes. Additionally, I suspect that the hotel may have restricted the uploading of photos online. Therefore, I advise caution when viewing the online images.
