Was very annoyed that my booking through Amex Travel (an Accor partner through whom I have my Exporer+ membership) did not grant me Platinum benefits. That being said, the manager was very apologetic and everything else was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Nusa Dua. The location was perfect, close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ricky, the Duty Manager, who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly made a great first impression. I also appreciate Yusa from Housekeeping for keeping the room spotless and always being friendly and attentive during my stay. The staff overall were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast had many delicious options, and the facilities such as the pool and spa were very well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect place for a vacation. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nusa Dua, and I would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

We recently stayed there to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. On arrival the staff arranged a special welcome message in the room and a cake. The resort is beautiful and each and every staff member makes a special effort to welcome you and be of service. The breakfast at Kwee Zeen is awesome. Cucina was fantastic as well. Overall the resort certainly made our getaway feel special and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone traveling to Bali. We had hesitated to go to Bali because of the "Kuta" reputation but Nusa Dua is a different world. Terima kasih to all the staff at the Sofitel Nusa Dua.

The room is getting tired and needs to be updated. The lights are all over the place and was hard to figure out how to turn on or off. We had coffee cups on arrival then had to request them back as they had forgotten to put them back. The pool was nice and the back entrance to the beach was the highlight of the stay
