Very disappointed with hotel service because the in house guest is high but the staff is very less. Specially when breakfast time it is very crowded. Please the hotel manager and restaurant manager to evaluate if the in house guest high consider about the total staff to serve the in house guest.

Felt very welcome as an Accor member. I received welcome drinks and was offered a room upgrade. The room with plunge pool was super cozy. I love that I could take a quick dip on a sunny day with no effort at all. The room was clean and sufficiently spacious. The hotel itself is good and has complete facilities and recreational offers. The a la carte menu selection at the restaurant was a let down, but the food itself was good. Overall, good stay! I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Awesome services from the team, start from the check in process with Mr. En****e Then helps from the manager for assisting our “not cold” air-con at our rooms. Overall very good services as usual, but property need proper maintenance in order to provide perfect comfort as a 5 star hotel.

Sofitel bali used to be our fav hotel but we were dissapointed from our last stay. Service level was bad especially in restos and activities area, beach was boring with too much corals and rocks. We stayed 2 nights at prestige suite for wedding anniversary, and there were an event and we were surrounded by rooms of groups below and above our rooms. They made noisy sounds until late night and it was so disturbing! The pool was so cloudy, bfast was bland. Nothing special with the hotel.

Upon our arrival, we were not getting a warm welcome. The front desk staff didn’t greet us with smile, the check in process was also longer than we expected. After finally checking in our room, we notice that there’s no body lotion in the bathroom. We called the guest service and they said it was provided by request, so we ordered one. After 2 hours, noone showed up to deliver it. We called again and wait. But we didn’t get it until we checked out. The slipper that is provided in room also too thin and poor quality. The breakfast was just okay, not a special one. We tried SoSpa, it was great and meet our expectation. Overall, we were not really happy with our stay and with 190 usd per night, there are many hotels in Bali which can offer better facilities and service (even with lower price).

It is our first time stay, and we like it. We feel safe to be here while pandemic Covid-19 situation still high outside, but this Hotel showed a very good management to protect ourselves from virus spreading.

When we checked in, they Upgrade our room,for Accor Member, We got Ocean View Room. Then we got 2x Drink Voucher. 1 welcome drink & 2 in Pool Bar. And I can trade my Birthday Cake voucher to Free 60'Body Massage for 2 people,by the beach Gazebo. It is very good!!

Our staycation this time was a little satisfying because the hotel helped with a good view & friendly staffs. But I don't think there's much difference from being an accor member at this hotel, I didn't get a welcome drink at all, even for checkout at 12 a.m. I had to request first, otherwise I had to leave at 11 a.m., even though if I wasn't a member of any hotels I could get normal things like that, because i think that's the standard. even one of hotel in Accor group provides more than just a welcome drink, like tea time for example. Indeed hotel policies are different, but it would be nice if the standard things were generally given to us who made reservations there.

No internal coordination between department. Guest service is not good, low response. They dont refill the tissue when cleaning. I ask for ice cube, it only came an hour later.

Like the pool, room, and architecture of the buildings. Unfortunately The room not ready at the check in time, but got compensated by the duty manager (sorry forgot the name). Few things happened unexpectedly on the dining time to us, but fortunately the restaurant manager Kurniawan did a good job to cover it and serves us well.

I stayed for 5 days at Sofitel during COVID19. It was splendid! Despite of COVID19 situations their services still beyond exception. I realized there is a reduction of staff (I just know it) and ofc it is mainly due bcs of this COVID19 things but they still managed it perfectly. When I asked or requested things, they still can delivered it on time. I don't need to asked twice (kudos to the team!). But I was a lil bit "surprised" when I saw their slippers. No hotel brand there and the slippers just felt like hmm.. 2 star hotel I guess (if u know what I mean). But anw, let s skip the slippers part. I don't really mind looking at the current situation. Sofitel still shown its five star quality after all. Great Job!

Hello, I’m Anthony, member of Accor Plus, i stayed at your hotel in 02 April 2021 (Room 3016). I think your hotel service has downgrade so much. I have few problem during the stay. FIRST, the key is not working (your hotel staff said she has reset for few times, but if she already reset, why still not working?). SECOND, the reception forgot to return my document, i have called the operator for few times but nobody answer, so I go down by myself to get the document. THIRD, the hot water is not working, I have to waited for one hour after my first complain before they repair it. FOURTH, it’s very hard and take a very long time for the operator to answer the phone. I hope you changed it, your hotel is my favourite one, please keep your good service as it used to be.
