I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel and really love everything this hotel had to offer - from the excellent service to the spacious room. The room I booked had a very nice view of the ocean, so I'm glad I got to enjoy the beautiful view everyday. I also enjoyed the breakfast served - there are various menu to choose from. I mean, who doesn't love a hearty breakfast by the beach? Thank you for the warm hospitality, can't wait to be back again soon!

I pretty much enjoyed my stay at Sofitel. It was quiet, the ambience was relaxing. I enjoyed having lunch at the pool bar although the menu was not really interesting. I had brunch voucher, but since brunch was not available yet, I was offered 3-courses dinner instead, which was more than enough, however, again the menu was still the same menu I saw during lunch, not much options. It was a bit creepy at night when I walked through the hallway to my room since the lamp was off at the other side and no sound at all (you may want to set some songs around). I checked out early in the morning to catch my speed boat schedule, but there was no one at the front desk by the time I rushed there. I had to call someone at the front lobby first. But overall it was nice, limited menu was understandable during this hard time. Thank you, Sofitel.

Very good hotel..we have a very nice stay in sofitel..no doubt that this hotel is a five star hotel because the service they had is beyond measure..really really great service..From the moment we check in, the upgrade we had, the room that is very clean with the clean plunge pool is very satisfying..the facilities are great!! Especially we had breakfast in the beach!! The breakfast were all good and the view was amazing!! For sure, we will come back to sofitel if we go to Bali again..thank you for the comfort feeling we had as a family in your hotel

We love the pool very much. We got upgraded to the room with a plunge pool and it makes our stay more perfect, thank you. All staff are nice and friendly, they gave us good services. Will come back again soon.

Disappointing Stay, under services

This is our 4th time staying at this Resort. To put everything into perspective, We've been staying in many Hotels (Accor and Non Accor Hotels) during this pandemic period. As compare to other hotels, I would say this is one of worst experience. First, during check in. A day before we called the hotel asking for early check in around 12 noon (not so early actually) and yet we had to wait for 1.5 hours as the room was not ready yet... well that can be fully occupied as the hotel only opened 1 tower (out of 5 towers in total) during our stay. The FO lady who greet us during the check in was definitely not familiar about Platinum member benefits, it seem that she's new (later we found out that she's from back office not real "reception" staff). Don't get me wrong, she's nice and polite, but you can tell that reception is not her expertise. Apparently during this pandemic, this hotel "utilise" their back office (admin) team to take care of some reception and other functions as well. nothing wrong and totally understand the policy as long as they can maintain they standard, which for my case, they failed to do so. Next, The Millesime Lounge was closed during this period, as compensation they offer "free drink only" at the lobby lounge. No snack or food offered (while other hotels still offer snacks or light meal, in some hotels even offer full course meals as compensation of Lounge closure). And the worst part was the restaurant. The menu options were so so limited. Especially for the breakfast. I feel that I had breakfast on 3* hotel (for the menu options and quality, sorry to say). Can you imagine for Sofitel brand, they didn’t even have pastries and croissants for the breakfast?? Totally understand about the current condition, but they also need to see and compare how other hotels are offering during this time. Especially if they compare to their sister group company (same property owner) Pullman Vimala Hills Ciawi, they keep their 5* standard all the way from early of the pandemic till today. However, in terms of the Resort facilities (room, pools, etc) they keep well maintained. Pools are still nice (one of the best pool in Bali) and clean. In overall, this time our stay was disappointing and below expectation for 5* Resort and Sofitel Brand.

To be honest, I don't find the luxury experiences as Sofitel tagline should be during my stay. First, I didn't get room upgrade as Gold member. Second, it takes long time to reach my room from lobby. The last one was breakfast time, it didn't meet my expectation at all. Lack of choices and bad tastes. One thing was good all the staff are friendly and very welcome. Also, the swimming pool was amazing!

this is my second time stay at Sofitel Nusa dua, for my opinion, if you not ready open for public during this pandemic, maybe should not open coz many things sofitel cannot provide such as, television no signal during my stay at sofitel for 5days, no coffee or tea inside the room.. i understand many hotel bleeding during this pandemic but at least you have to prepare , simple thing is TV. so i kind of disappointed which is i want to give my parents luxury staying at Sofitel but i expect to much. Since i membered of accor plus.

Stayed 1 night at Luxury King using complimentary stay accorplus...room is big enough and clean, including bath towel, bedlinen and bedcover all are clean. Location is very good, just step away from beach. As an accorplus gold member, the choice of welcome drink is only juice (not fresh juice) and soft drink which is very disappointing. There is no coffee machine inside the room, which is very disappointing...it feels like staying in 3-4 stars hotel (not luxury hotel as claimed). It also took like over 30 minutes for getting additional mineral water or other room amenities. Dining benefit of accorplus card (like 50% discount off when 2persons dine in) also not applicable during our stay...which is another bad news. Overall staying experience was poor to compare with other Sofitel hotels outside Indonesia...

This is my fourth time staying here. As usual, their staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave me upgraded room, but unfortunately they didn't check that there were many mosquitoes in the room. The food for breakfast was very limited. While I understand that they have to cut cost because of the pandemic, I still think that they can do better with the size :)

I Am extremely dissatisfied because as an accor member, your payment system from the accor apps and your hotel system does not sync. I order two rooms for two nights, one rooms paid successfully through the app, the other stated 1 night paid thru cc from the app and the other will be collected in the hotel. I was informed in the hotel while i check in that my payment has not gone thru even tho there is an email confirmation from the app that it has gone thru. So i showed her the email proof, and she said she will check again. Upon check out the FO tried to charge me again stating that my payment has not gone thru eventho i have said that i have received email confirmation from the app that it has gone thru. I am very dissapointed to be treated this way. If It is a glitch in YOUR SYSTEM then YOUR system should be the one that send an email to me saying that it has not made any payment on my credit card. If you made me double charge on my credit card for my stay then as an ACCOR MEMBER i am very dissapointed to go through things i shouldn't have gone thru because of YOUR SYSTEM MISTAKES. Truely your FO staff is not experienced on handling matters such as this, even upon check in i asked for a late checkout they would not give me a definite answer.. they told me they need to check with manager. So not until i express my frustration and ask to speak with a manager, after waiting half an hour he came out telling me that i will not be charge again for the amount since the system will be charging it again. OVERALL VERY DISSAPOINTED! UNRELIABLE SYSTEM, POORLY TRAINED STAFF AND HONESTLY LOUSY PILLOWS ON YOUR BEDS

theres no sandal, laundry bag, and the shower only from above - cannot change to the hand shower because the switch is loose (the loop is broken) and the blanket smells a bit (maybe because of the pandemi the blankets long stored ??)
