Short relaxing trip. Booked lux room with plunge pool, and upgraded to prestige suite with pool! Beautiful, comfortable, spacious room for us and our baby to run around and play, with kitchenette, dining and lounge. One down side is the lack of privacy for our pool, as all the floors above just looks down. Booked babycare for 8 hours and our 17 month old had a wonderful time! Breakfast area at kwee zeen was good, though would appreciate more 'local' flavours, that is sambal that is spicy. Putri at the noodle station is a hero! One let down is the Club Millesime. Listed breakfast time is 630am, but when we arrived, they were still setting up. The ala cart breakfast menu was also extremely limited. High tea was average. Did not go for cocktails due to child. Had dinner and drinks at Toya a few times. Fantastic service, and vibes, with nice view. Overall great stay and definitely would come back.

: We recently stayed at the Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort and overall had a wonderful experience, largely thanks to the exceptional service throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived to the day we left, the staff made everything feel seamless and stress-free. We stayed in a pool villa, which was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. A special mention goes to the butler team—Indra, Bagus, Yuli, Robert, Edi, and Dhanis—who were outstanding at what they do. They were attentive, proactive, and genuinely made our stay extra special. For example, we noticed there was no milk in the fridge initially, but this was quickly sorted by the butlers without any hassle. The resort is very family-friendly, and we would definitely recommend it for families. The club lounge was a highlight, especially during afternoon tea and evening cocktails. It was a peaceful, child-free space, while the kids club remained open, which worked perfectly for us. The quality of food and service in the club lounge really stood out—honestly, some of the other restaurants on the resort could take a few notes from that kitchen. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone. I particularly enjoyed the inclusion of local flavours, which added a nice touch to the experience. The resort itself is well maintained overall, but for a 5-star property, I would expect better upkeep in certain areas. Unfortunately, the pool area let things down slightly—my son cut the bottom of his feet on loose tiles, which was concerning and something that definitely needs attention. The main reason I can’t give this stay a full 5 stars is the food at the restaurants. With the half-board option, choices were quite limited, typically only two options. Cucina, which we paid extra for, was inconsistent and didn’t meet the expectations of a 5-star resort. The beach bar was the most disappointing, with overcooked, chewy seafood and inconsistent drinks. On the other hand, the pool bar and lunch offerings were great, and again, the staff there were fantastic. Despite the food inconsistencies, I cannot fault the service anywhere in the resort. The staff truly made our stay enjoyable and relaxing, and they are the reason we would consider returning. Just not half board. There are far superior place to eat outside the resort and in other resorts. like Kayaputi in the St. Regis.
