We had a mixed experience during our stay. The fruit amenities on arrival looked appealing, and the banana was fresh. However, the rest of the fruit was disappointing the orange and snake fruit were dry and woody, and the apple lacked flavour. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was consistently below expectations over three days. On the first day (around 6:30–7:00 am), many buffet items already appeared dry and unattended. The Indian and Chinese dishes, including chicken and dim sum, were dry and seemed as though they had been sitting for a long time. Several condiments were also dried out. Items such as baked beans and bread and butter pudding were dry, and pastries tasted stale. The cut fruits were unripe and woody. On the second and third days (around 8:00–9:00 am), although the restaurant was busy, the buffet was frequently empty and slow to be replenished. In the Indian section, the utapam was undercooked on one side, which was disappointing. The room condition requires attention. There were visible cracks on the WC wall and bathtub, and the furniture showed signs of wear with chips and dents. The pillows were uncomfortable, and although we requested firm pillows, the replacements had an unpleasant smell, forcing us to use couch cushions instead. We also requested a face mask (listed on the menu), but received no response on the first day and were only informed on the second day that it was out of stock. The pool area and staff were pleasant, and the overall setting is visually appealing. However, there are serious maintenance concerns. Several pool tiles were missing in multiple areas (kids pool, near steps, and around the main pool). Unfortunately, due to this, our 4-year-old sustained cuts and bleeding. While we chose not to escalate this during our stay to avoid disruption, this is a significant safety hazard that requires urgent attention. On a positive note, the room slippers were comfortable, though the use of bamboo material appeared to show signs of mould, which raises hygiene concerns. We chose not to raise these concerns during our stay as we wanted to enjoy our time, but we felt it was important to provide this feedback for improvement particularly regarding food quality, maintenance, and guest safety. Given the overall experience and the safety concern in particular, I would appreciate if you could review this matter and consider an appropriate gesture of compensation.

Staffs were amazing. They greeted us upon arrival and gave us room upgrade which was really good. Kids were very happy playing in the plunge pools. Overall it was an amazing stay, definitely worth coming back again

The hotel is nice and huge. However, we felt it’s too crowded. We stayed 5 nights but the breakfast was same. No change in food menu or variety.
