Excellent breakfast at Kwee Zeen in Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort. A fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety of fresh Asian and international dishes in a beautiful, relaxed setting. Special thanks to Widi for his warm welcome and excellent service—friendly, attentive, and truly made the experience memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Nusa Dua and looking for a top-quality hotel breakfast.

We stayed at the Sofitel Bali mid- December 2025 with friends. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and decorated lovely for Christmas. We enjoyed the pool facilities everyday during our stay and the staff were polite and attentive. We went on a cycle tour with Wira and saw more of Nusa Dua and its main attractions. This is a great activity for the whole family. Thank you to Pande for taking care of room, appreciate you and all of the housekeepers. My only feedback for improvement would be the breakfast. There is an array of food and many many options. The egg station is so busy that the eggs arrive cold, chewy or tasteless. The bacon is hit and miss - if it’s cooked or raw. If you’re planning to book consider not getting breakfast included and trying out Toya restaurant at the beach front. Overall a solid 4 out of 5 for Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua.

My husband and I have just returned from the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday we’ve ever had, thanks to the incredible team at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was thoughtful, warm, and consistently above and beyond. A very special thank you to our wonderful butlers Yuli, Edi, Darwin, Hendrik, and our attendant Lanang. Each of them made our stay feel personalised and effortless, always anticipating what we needed before we even asked. Their kindness and professionalism genuinely made our trip unforgettable. I also want to acknowledge Novi from the fitness centre, who stayed back late to help me set up the cardio room after a small miscommunication. Her patience and willingness to assist truly reflects the heart of this resort. And thank you to Sinta, Adiana, and Yulyastika for their consistently warm service. There were so many other staff members who made our stay special, even if we didn’t get a chance to learn all their names — we deeply appreciate every single one of you. We stayed in a pool villa, which was spacious, private, and beautifully maintained — perfect for unwinding. The Club Millésime was another highlight, offering a lovely atmosphere and outstanding service every time we visited. The restaurants within the resort were also fantastic, giving us a variety of delicious options without ever needing to leave the property. Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua met all our expectations, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. We’re already dreaming about our next stay. Thank you again for making our holiday so enjoyable.

We had massages with Putu and Sugiarni on the beach in the cabana ! It was so good we had massages twice for 2 hours .The staff were amazing and we have had treatments all over the world but these were the best ! Thankyou ladies
