This was my fourth stay at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, and overall I continue to appreciate the warm hospitality and professional service provided by the team. As an Accor Platinum member, I was looking forward to a more meaningful recognition of loyalty. While I did receive an upgrade, I found it less generous than upgrades I had received during previous visits, including occasions when I did not yet hold Platinum status. Given my continued patronage and loyalty, I had hoped for a more enhanced room experience. The breakfast experience was also somewhat disappointing compared to my previous stays. While the selection remains adequate, the overall variety and quality felt less impressive than before. This was noticeable as a returning guest who has enjoyed the resort multiple times over the years. I also visited the Club Millésime Lounge and found the food offerings to be relatively limited compared to other luxury Accor properties I have experienced. The lounge atmosphere and service were pleasant, but the culinary selection could be expanded to better reflect the Sofitel brand standards. On a positive note, I appreciated the Platinum member benefits such as the complimentary bicycle rental and tennis court access, which added value to the stay and enhanced the overall resort experience. Despite the areas mentioned above, the service from the staff remained consistently friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. This is one of the main reasons I continue to return to the property. I hope management will consider these observations as constructive feedback. Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua remains a beautiful resort, and with some improvements to elite recognition, breakfast quality, and lounge offerings, it could deliver an even more memorable experience for loyal returning guests.
