Since its opening in December 2013, I stayed so many times there. Love their luxury rooms, its ambience and their hospitality. During this Covid-19 pandemic, I stayed 3 times there and always felt safe and confident, because they strictly follow the safety protocol to prevent the virus spreading. Saw staffs keep sweeping the floor with disinfectant everymoment. Surgical Masks and hand disinfectant are now become ones of the amenities.

Even though the breakfast served with a la carte and limited menu (cause of pandemic season), but they taste sooo great! And thanks for the free upgrade for my room, very nice of you. And the room is beautiful and well-equipped. Their staffs are so nice and helpful. And you know what, they have their own "garden" (such as eggplants, chili etc), so nice to see the gardener harvesting the eggplants in the morning. Wonderful experience staying in Sofitel Nusa Dua, wish u all the best.

A staycation during a pandemic is an advantage in itself, for example the swimming pool is quiet so it feels safer. direct access to the beach, we can cycle along the beach, very comfortable and clean rooms.

It all started from the reservation, no clear queing line, it is pandemic, but no line showing the right direction of physical distancing. The occupancy rate is beyond pandemic limit, 80%! Then when we came into the room, the phone was died, we hardly make a phone call even if we want to contact the reception. We checked the amenities, some are missing, then we asked for one, the house keeping come and just put in a bulk on top of the table, not arrange it or served it as it supposed to in a 5 stars hotel. Even worse, the safe deposit opened (none is missing, yet still, we worried for a moment)

This was my 2nd stay in Sofitel. Regarding Pandemic & fully understand of situation they were not professional. I booked for 3nights Honeymoon suite. Price wasnt much different with normal peak season. So. Yes. I paid quite high price. 1. Room was lack of amenities. Everything was set up for 1 person. I had to asked for twice to reception. 2. Wifi wasnt work for 1day. 3. Room service and hotel information wasnt their. So.i was very confuse what is going on this hotel. Any promotion for F&B or any activities? I was forced to go and call for manager 3times. 4. Lounge. No Alcoholic Beverage. Food was limited served. And cold & not yum Very different with last time. 5. All the advantage as a member of Accor wasnt available or very little. What i felt was un-welcomed. And they are more focus on celebrities or influencers. Well. I am just normal member. So maybe is that my fault that i am not famous?🤷‍♀️ 6. Check in & check out. Check in : They were asked me to wait and they will call my name. Well. I was waiting and watching all the guest was cutting the line and checked in!! I was asking when are u going to call me? And they said who are u. (What the...) not only me. There were other guest who was waiting for 1 hour. When I checked out,, they were charging that i dont use. I never asked and use the laundry service. But they said i did. Well I asked them so check the sign and show me. Well there was no! The counter seemed that I was lying. Holy!!! Why should i pay such amount and ruined my new year holiday? My family decided not to come back this hotel. And ofcourse i already share my experience to my friends. I am so sorry but. I DONT FEEL ANY WELCOME IN THIS HOTEL. PLUS. They never reply on Instagram Message. Apparently other hotels were answer to me very kindly even though not immediate reply.al peak season. So. Yes. I paid quite high price. 1. Completely my leisure and holiday at Bali with beautiful view, luxury facility such: sunrise yoga, cycling, Gym, Kids Club, Private beachfront locale on a perfect sunrise and sunset, Good Restaurant as well. My room’s view at lagoon pool canal, very beautiful indeed. I’ve enjoyed the Authentic Balinese Massage also at the Gazebo view to beachfront. I miss you already! I have a few suggestion to you: please provide your bathroom compliments more complete, compare to another 5 ⭐️ Hotel, is fewer than others.

No upgrade room even i have the upgrade voucher from Accor Member, and when I asked to pay the upgrade, they said all the room is fully booked. When I checke to the apps accor, all room still available. The staff from Restaurant ( Breakfast and Cucina) is very nice. Need social distancing form breakfast, the restaurant so crowded

Got free double upgrade to plunge pool room, very nice treatment to us. The check in process was very smooth, came at near 1 pm and the room was ready at that time. The breakfast also was very good, the variety and the taste of the food is nice, try the Mie Goreng from the live cooking station! The room is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely come back to Sofitel.
