I have to wait for a long time to checkin eventhough the checkin time is 3 o’oclock, the staff just give me the room at 4 o’oclock.
Good ambience of the pool

Like the pool, room, and architecture of the buildings. Unfortunately The room not ready at the check in time, but got compensated by the duty manager (sorry forgot the name). Few things happened unexpectedly on the dining time to us, but fortunately the restaurant manager Kurniawan did a good job to cover it and serves us well.

I stayed for 5 days at Sofitel during COVID19. It was splendid! Despite of COVID19 situations their services still beyond exception. I realized there is a reduction of staff (I just know it) and ofc it is mainly due bcs of this COVID19 things but they still managed it perfectly. When I asked or requested things, they still can delivered it on time. I don't need to asked twice (kudos to the team!). But I was a lil bit "surprised" when I saw their slippers. No hotel brand there and the slippers just felt like hmm.. 2 star hotel I guess (if u know what I mean). But anw, let s skip the slippers part. I don't really mind looking at the current situation. Sofitel still shown its five star quality after all. Great Job!
The Service is Downgrade

Hello, I’m Anthony, member of Accor Plus, i stayed at your hotel in 02 April 2021 (Room 3016). I think your hotel service has downgrade so much. I have few problem during the stay. FIRST, the key is not working (your hotel staff said she has reset for few times, but if she already reset, why still not working?). SECOND, the reception forgot to return my document, i have called the operator for few times but nobody answer, so I go down by myself to get the document. THIRD, the hot water is not working, I have to waited for one hour after my first complain before they repair it. FOURTH, it’s very hard and take a very long time for the operator to answer the phone. I hope you changed it, your hotel is my favourite one, please keep your good service as it used to be.
