Good location, beautiful new venue.

Accomodation was booked through the Accor site and a request was made to amend the booking due to a change in flights ( inside the time frames) and reservations at the hotel were very delayed on more than one occasion in getting back to me about this change and other things via email. I also made a request for a birthday celebration which was initially finally responded to via email and then nothing actually occurred when we arrived which was very disappointing. The hotel is still being finished and is beautiful and new. The service we had a breakfast in the restaurant, and from a few of our room attendants was excellent. For the size of the hotel there are only a few sun beds and even though the hotel isn’t at full capacity yet it was impossible to get access to a sun bed any of the days we stayed at the hotel for over a week which is also frustrating when you want to have a relaxing holiday. The breakfast was good, although I have stayed at the Mercure in Legian previously and feel there was more variety and change, from day to day with food options. We did not eat from the restaurant for dinner or lunch to use my Accor dining options as the menu wasn’t really appealing, which was also disappointing. The room we were given was beautiful and big. It was spotless and the aircon and bed was great.

Great resort

Great experience delivered by all staff ! Rooms are large, quiet and very clean with everything you would expect, comfortable bed too ! Resort is in a great location, I would only suggest more pool lounges due to the size of the resort. Exceptional understanding of my situation when possibly needing an early checkout due to a medical emergency with a family member, Manager Mathias offered compassionate understanding which was greatly appreciated!

The hotel is very well located. Its not a beach front hotel but the beach is just 3mins walk from the hotel. The pool are nice. The rooms are big, didnt expect that. The service is good.
