Poor cleaning everyone in our group got sick. Would not stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Poor pool bar service 3 people to serve a drink then wait 30 min for the bill..

I stayed on 28th April with my family (wife and 1 year old son). I really enjoyed this hotel, nice hotel and very good location closed to beach. The staff at front office and restaurant was warm and very helpful. Hotel ambience is amazing, comfortable. Room is clean and homy with balcony view directly to pool. We can sleep well after long trip tour in Bali. Breakfast items and taste was amazing, combined with nice restaurant ambience… My kids and wife was very happy.. Thank you Grand Mercure Seminyak!!!

Nice Stay, Need an Extra Touch on the Room

Location was great, close to the beach. However, going to hotel itself requires a lot of efforts, specifically when local ceremony is blocking some key road access. Our junior suite room was so spacious, but on the dining area we think it needs some extra touch, maybe adding console table or moving the sideboard for beverages on that side. Easiest is to add painting on that particular area so it won't be too "quiet". We love the headboard, lovely. Bedding, excellent. Crystal clear swimming pool, one of the best while we stayed in Bali (moving from Courtyard & TRIBE). Kids pool was large enough for our kids. Look forward for another stay, hopefully a longer one. Thanks for all the staffs.
