We are pleased to know that the private pool was enjoyable for the children and that the apartment size was comfortable for your group. It is also encouraging to hear that your upgrade request was handled promptly and delivered as promised, and that our location added convenience to your stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for the housekeeping shortfalls you experienced. The lack of timely replenishment of toilet paper, paper towels, and towels is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. This has been addressed with the team for immediate improvement. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the Wi-Fi and TV signal interruptions during the evening hours. Our engineering and IT team has been informed to review the network stability, particularly during peak usage times.
