We also regret that the dining experience did not meet your expectations, particularly at breakfast and at the pool bar. We are very concerned to learn about the mold around the bathtub area and the issue of water spilling onto the floor due to the bathtub and shower design. Please be assured that this matter has been escalated to our Engineering and Housekeeping teams for immediate inspection and corrective action. This is certainly not the standard of comfort and cleanliness we aim to deliver to our valued guests. We also deeply regret that you were not offered the welcome drink and welcome amenity as an ALL Gold member. This was clearly an oversight on our part, and we sincerely apologize for the missed recognition. Kindly note that the welcome drink for Gold members can be enjoyed at our Gourmet Bar area near the swimming pool.
