Friendly staff, nice grounds and convenient for the beach and restaurants etc. Outside the hotel. However the pool really, really needs a good clean as it's very moldy and the food could be better, breakfast especially is below average.

I had a comfortable stay in Nusa Dua, and the property is very well located with easy access to the beach, which made it a great choice overall. The staff were courteous, welcoming, and always smiling, which added a positive touch to the experience. However, there were a few drawbacks, mainly related to the food and some amenities. The food quality was inconsistent—while some dishes were good on certain days, they were disappointing on others. For example, the creamy carbonara pasta I ordered on my last day had no cream at all and was quite oily, and the pepperoni pizza was very dry with an overwhelming amount of mushrooms. Interestingly, both dishes had been much better when I ordered them earlier during my stay. Another issue was that only a very small quantity of water was provided when you wanted to purchase it, and it was quite expensive, which was inconvenient. Additionally, when we went for a swim around 6 pm on Sunday, there were no pool towels available, which was unexpected. Overall, while the stay was comfortable and the location and staff were excellent, improvements in food consistency and basic amenities would greatly enhance the experience.

experience wise, dealing with the staff and with staff providing support to my needs, its a 8.5! but the condition of the toilet in the room is 5. It requires a renovation for the toilet and bath. the sides of the bath tub is MOLDY and the tub requires a replacement due to water is spilling on the floor due to TUB design with the shower in it…. Its terrible.
