Private pool great for kids, old and tired but very large apartment for a group stay. Close to plenty of amenities for convenience

It is also encouraging to hear that your upgrade request was handled promptly and delivered as promised, and that our location added convenience to your stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for the housekeeping shortfalls you experienced. The lack of timely replenishment of toilet paper, paper towels, and towels is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. This has been addressed with the team for immediate improvement. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the Wi-Fi and TV signal interruptions during the evening hours. Our engineering and IT team has been informed to review the network stability, particularly during peak usage times. Your comment regarding the overall condition of the apartment is well noted and will be taken into consideration as part of our ongoing maintenance and improvement plans. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The Accor Vacation Club staff were also very polite, though it became a bit frustrating being approached repeatedly in the lobby to attend an information session. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was in poor condition and in need of maintenance. The air conditioning wasn’t effective, and there were multiple issues including a leaking toilet, leaking shower seals, and very noisy plumbing. Overall, the room conditions were disappointing.
