This place is expensive,from the drinks to the food.The food menu is very average,lot better walking down the street for a meal and a drink.With it being such a wet climate and pools,the tiled areas everywhere are very slippery,as we fell a couple of times.I also went to the Accor office for some information,someone was going to contact me which never happened,I wanted some advice on Accor limitless,which is a lot easier to talk to people face to face rather than over the telephone,I waited for someone to contact me but it never happened.Come on Accor lift your game,you charge that higher club fees and for what,your making these packages not worth while

Very nice room with big bathroom. Tv could be bigger with better reception. Should concider having a clock radio in the room for time and alarm purposes. Does have coffee making facilities in the room, but there was no small milk for welcoming. Resort was clean and staff was very friendly. Location is very good.

Great quiet beach

The Nusa Dua area is very clean, green - and there is no tresspassing allowed. Novotel provides a free shuttle bus to the beach which was very clean and peaceful, the sand is white but swimming was allowed only in small area due to some currency. The small shopping centre and some restaurants are in a walking distance (the hotels shuttle bus was out of order). The hotel is pretty basic with very friendly staff. Please note, that you may wanna book a suite if you are more than 3 and don't wanna share the bed. We had a Delux poolside room, with booking for family of 4. The extra beds aren't included to the booking fee and will be charged extra per night at the hotel- and as the bathroom takes half of the room size - you can only fit one extra bed in this type of the room. Some nights you will hear the noice from the bar to your room. And I don't know what was wrong with our bathroom, but the plummer came 3 times to fix our tap/shower. The hotel provides shampoo and showergel, but no conditioner ect. The toddler pool is very small, and most of the sunbeds are by the buffet area. We used swimgear with white stripes and the swimming pool water coloured them to green-yellowish. The breakfast was nice but as it is a outside buffet, you may see birds eating the fruits served and flying around. The taxi-service works well in the area and we spent most of the time exploring. After a week in balinese home-stay - this place was a over-priced disappoitment.

The check in was fast, staff polite and helpful and room clean. Food could be improved in its taste but this is subjective . Flies in the food areas needs to be looked into . This is not good for hygiene .

Nice Resort

Lovely resort, but we were disappointed in the lack of air conditioned spaces. The only escape from the heat was our room or the cafe at the back of the resort. It lacked another alternate lounge area where you can sit in air conditioned comfort while still in the middle of it all. We were also disappointed that they was a real lack of music. Nightly live performers in a lounge area would've made a great space to relax & enjoy the evening, but without that, we found there was a lack of things to do after the evening meal, so could only retreat to our room. We were also disappointed in the level of English spoken by the staff. Bali is a place that relies on tourism, especially from Australia & we were expecting a better level of English spoken by the staff. It was at times extremely hard to understand the staff. Saying all that tho, we were overall happy with the resort. The grounds were beautifully maintained, the pools lovely & the food was extremely good from breakfast, lunch & through to the evening meals. We were never disappointed in anything we ate. We were impressed with the cleanliness & the level of housekeeping was above standard. All staff were happy & greated us every day, regardless of who they were or what role they had. Generally a very happy place to be in.

The staff were all fantastic and friendly. The room (2203) was roomy and well located. We enjoyed the pool and spa. Breakfast was good. Only slight criticism was the bathroom floor would get wet from the shower and because it was black looked dirty almost immediately after cleaning. The cleaners were excellent but they should be asked to leave all the lights off after cleaning. It was a waste of electricity.

Large spacious rooms with lovely grounds

This is our third visit to your hotel through the Scoopon deal. Our family loves coming to visit and see all their friends that they have made at the Kids Club. Rooms are very spacious and we mostly appreciate that we are able to have our three children in the 1 bedroom suite with us as we could not afford to purchase the 2 bedroom suite. I have to make particular mention to Meyang for accommodating us and my request to book us in for January on such short notice. Fortunately due to the death of my mother-in-law in October 2019, my husband particularly needed a break and she was able to fit us in the busy January season to come to stray on short notice. Second person is Wahyu Indrawan who works in the Kids Club. "Chip" as he is fondly known by my children absolutely love him. He is extremely professional and takes a genuine interest in the well-being of the children that he is caring for. He does an excellent job and he should be commended for this. Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to him once again!

We loved the ITDC complex first of all, is a very beautiful and well constructed development. The hotel itself is a very nice property and just a great place to be with family. Very green and very clean. The hotel staff is very polite. The check-in and check-out process is very efficient and hassle free. Room services are quick. The common pool is very, very good. The breakfast buffet was nice, but would've loved for it to have a few more vegetarian options. The bedroom in out suite was a bit cramped, lacked a bit of light too. The television didn't have a lot of watchable channels nor did it have a good quality signal. The bad thing about our experience was that we had to specifically request for a shaving kit and also the dental kits. Being basic necessities, we believe these should be pre-arranged in the rooms. The bathroom was cramped as well. There's only a bath tub to stand in when you need to bathe and it becomes quite uncomfortable to move around in when someone needs to shower standing up. Plus the water splashes out onto the floor in no time no matter how much we try and stay compact and conservative with our water usage. But the kitchen was very nice and quite complete. The refrigerator was big. The living room was huge. The balcony was even bigger, loved standing/ sitting there. But, we didn't have a nice experience at the "In Balance" because the service women didn't really know how to remove a gel paint from my wife's nails. That wasted about half an hour for both her and us. Overall, a very good day experience but not to the extent that we would promise a comeback without trying other hotels.

3 days meeting stay in Novotel Nusa Dua

We stay for 3 nights in Novotel Nusa Dua. 1. Great atmosphere, the hotel layout is nice 2. Low price compared to other hotels in area (IDR 1,300,000/night on corporate meeting rate) 2. Incomplete (or perhaps not standard) amenities upon arrival: no slipper, no dental kit 3. Squeaking furniture (the bed and the wardrobe) 4. Same menu for breakfast for 3 days and limited variation (I personally won't complain as I only pay IDR 1,300,000/night. But the normal rate was IDR 1,800,000 so for a normal paying customer/guest I think the breakfast is not a good value for money) 5. The water from the tap is salty. Perhaps need filtration or if it's the standard quality for Bali's water then it's fine.

Nusa dua is a very safe feeling area, gated with security. The hotel check in process here is very slow, they have very limited supply of umbrellas so if you go in wet season take your own or you will be stuck like us with out one. Over all the facilities are good , breakfast has loads of choices. bbd dinner on the beach isnt anything special. would be better if the pool was open later as the beach also gets closed and you have no options to swim at night. the day spa here was probably our fav part of the resort, the ladies there are amazing and well worth the price t o get pampered by. over all a good stay here.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that was so spacious. It had a kitchen with a full size fridge that was great for fitting in all of our drinks. It was perfect for our family of 5.

The facilities and resort were great. The only slight negative was the shower head that needs fixing. It was also a bit strange to see a bathroom that was so much larger than the main room.
