I had a truly memorable stay at Nusa Dua Bali. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay special. A heartfelt thank you for the beautiful birthday decoration and surprise cake, which made my celebration even more meaningful. It was such a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. The hotel’s private beach was absolutely stunning clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing while enjoying the beautiful Bali scenery. The facilities were excellent, and the warm hospitality from every staff member made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories. I look forward to returning again in the future and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali.

We stayed for 10 nights at Novotel Nusa Dua for a working holiday and my family and I loved it. The hotel staff was amazing, the place beautiful and yes - I do plan on coming back next year for an annual visit.

The air conditioner controller outdated and the room temperature also too warm, not comfortable. But i like the room size and the swimming pool.

At the same time, please accept our sincere apologies regarding the air conditioning controller and the room temperature, which did not meet your expectations for comfort. We understand how important a well regulated room environment is to a relaxing stay, and we regret any inconvenience caused by the outdated controller system and the warmer-than-expected room conditions. We also regret that we did not receive any report regarding the room temperature concerns during your stay. Had we been informed at the time, our Engineering team would have been pleased to inspect the air-conditioning system and take immediate corrective action to improve your comfort. We had an enjoyable stay - beds were huge and exact soft/hard. AC was a bit difficult to adjust thus the 9. Shuttle was good and food was easy to access.
