There was noise in the room like a engine the whole 7 days i reported it it was checked more than once nothing done i couldnt sleep & had to take sleeping tablets ! Finally in my last night at midnight i called reception they called matience guys who went into the roof of the bathroom & turned off the faulty fan ? The air con was still loud but i was too exhausted . The pool is dirty full of leaves that are not cleaned away & inside the pool the tiles are old & the walls need to be redone - water was not clear but cloudy ? Food was never this bad i was given a chicken roll that i couldnt not even bite or cut with a knife ? Takes a long long time when you order a deink or food ? Many new staff whom have not enough english in the bar pool ... for the money i paid for 1 week its not worth it ! The games & activities that the gym provides was my highlight - poolfit , bingo & quiz time & the great staff whom work there. Also Darma in thr kitchen waa excellent breakfasr is good but i doubt i will ever come back to Novotel Nusa Dua i think they dont care about service & standards anymore .

The team is awesome. We were staying at this hotel for our son’s birthday, and team went over and above in making this memorable. Special mention to Indra Orensia, Indah, Ari and Mayswan. Overall, other than bit of issue during check in, every thing else was fantastic.

Absolutely amazing! We decided to have a small wedding at Novotel Beach club in Nusa Dua. The whole process was handeled amazingly by their wedding coordinator Rosalind, who took onboard all of our requests and wishes and created the most perfect day i could ever imagined :) set up, make up and photos all included as well as our own private venue! Everyone had an unforgetable time. We had 5 families stay at the hotel as well which was great as they have nannies and kids club so if we wanted to have a bit of a party and a few drinks,kids were looked after. Great food and ambient. Great size rooms and apartments.Not a thing i would change :) of you need a great 1 man band ask Ms Rosalind for Dedy, she's got the contact!;)

Loving our stay!! It’s a nostalgic place for me and my family as we used to come here every year when I was younger!! We came back here for my dad’s 70th birthday and they provided us with a complimentary cake and complimentary birthday decorations. Grace, Indra, and Mayswan from guest experiences handled everything and was so lovely!! The cake was delicious too!
