The room was large but needed updating. The air-conditioner was not clean, mould on main bedroom ceiling. Bathrooms clean but clear water damage to spaces and quick touch up paint used. The staff were brilliant, my family and friends who also stayed felt nothing but welcome. Pool was great, food delicious. Kids club a great resource and the wellness on site great! Being asked to attend a 1.5hour meeting to join Accor but then told we would get the yearly membership for free (what’s the point in attending) not idea but I get why it was pushed for.

The Novotel was a great resort starting with the excellent reception when you first checked in as well as our beautiful 2 bedroom suite with private pool. The beautiful gardens and also the pool area was also kept immaculate with staff attending to this everyday. They also offer a free shuttle bus to the beach and Bali collection shopping centre. The best buffet breakfast our family have ever had and would highly recommended this resort to anyone going to Nusa Dua

This is our fifth stay at this resort. This time I invited my sister and her husband to join us, so I booked two rooms. As requested our rooms were located next to each other. On entering our room and on the bed a flower arrangement sign which said "WELCOME BACK HOME". There are numerous resorts around and having stayed in many of them, this one is actually our home away from home. The staff are fantastic, the resort is clean and easy to maneuver around, everything one really requires. Great location, everything is within walking distance.
