I’m a returning customer in Novotel Nusa Dua but this time I faced a lot of unsatisfaction for this stay. We weren’t informed that Hotel Slippers and Dental Kit are by-request items until we asked for them. IMO, those are the main items that should be present in any hotel rooms. I was surprised, sadly, in a negative way, about the breakfast offerred. The variety of menu was decreased a lot, also the taste of the food (especially the Bihun Goreng and Bubur Ayam). And since we’re still in pandemic era, everything was served by the staffs, well it should be, but I saw the inconsistency among them. Some residents were served, some were not. The staff at the egg station said we could wait on our table (no need to wait at the egg station), but our eggs never arrived. We came to the station only to find that other residents got served directly at the egg station, and the staff didn’t even save one for us. Once again, inconsistency. However, I love the spa service here. I had the Traditional Favorites one, and all was great. Please keep up the good service. Still in love with Novotel Nusa Dua Private Beach area. Clean and nice. We clearly understand that this pandemic hit every one of us so bad. Since I’m the returning customer, I might said so, but the others might find that Novotel Nusa Dua didn’t serve them well. Please increase your quality of service and breakfast. Thank you.

The hotel staff need to listen carefully to what the guest demand, since from my experience I asked the hotel staff to clean up my room during my leave, and they did not clean up my room until I get back to my room

Room was old and rusty, we were provided with the basics like sandals, etc until we ask for it. We ask directions to the ground keeper and he didnt know a thing. The hotel was basically empty and we were given a room with a parking lot view. The hot water wasnt even working. A few days before i stayed at movenpick which i believe is under accor too. We had a far more better experience there. Base on our stay in movenpick we picked novotel nusa dua rather than courtyard by marriot for our stay in nusa dua. But unfortunately we were wrong

Well. It’s my first experience stayed in Novotel Nusa Dua Bali. When i came into the room it was specious. There’s bath-up in the bath room even in the lowest room type (deluxe room). I personally suggest to keep the room clean and please give the complete amenities in bath room, just in case the guest looking for it.

All facilities are good enough, unfortunately we did not get complete bathroom facilities, such as, there are no toothpaste & toothbrush in the bathroom. But the rest is pretty good.

I never expected to have this kind of service in 5 stars hotel like Novotel Nusa Dua. We stayed 2 nights in 2 rooms villa. The villa supposed to accomodate 4 people but there were only 3 of us. The villa is really good. They have the private beach and everything. But the service was very poor. Breakfast was adjusted to ala carte instead of buffet. They rejected me to add one more portion of american breakfast because they said they already served us more fruit because at first we didn't request for main course. I mean, how could they reject us to have one more american breakfast when they had ala carte for breakfast?!Moreover, there were only 3 of us and we supposed to have breakfast for 4 right?They also rejected us to have spa at 6.45 pm. I know they supposed to close at 7 but their answer was straightforward they couldnt provide us the sapa instead of giving us another option or solution. When we want to have their laundry service in the evening, they also said they didn't have any housekeeper left at that moment. I mean was housekeeper supposed to be 24 hours service? And they also said we need to wait for housekeeping to come at 8 am just to serve us some bottles of drink. I mean, didn't they have bell man or someone else to bring us some bottles of water?this is very awful service. NEVER COME BACK!

I stayed for 2 nights in 2 bedroom apartment suites.the room supposed to be for 4 people but we were only 3 people.the breakfast was ala carte and the server rejected me when i wanted to add for more portion american style breakfast.they said i didnt want any main course before so they gave me more fruits.doesnt make any sense when its clearly there were only 3 of us in 1 room.when i asked to have the spa at 6.45 pm they rejected us without any solution.the housekeeping service wasnt 24 hours.i wanted to use the laundry service at around 11 pm but they said they didnt have any housekeeper left. I asked for a couple of bottled water at 7 am and they told me to wait until 8 am.the reason was because the housekeeper will come at 8. I mean didnt u have anymore employee like bellman or someone else to bring it to our room?I believe in ANY 5 stars hotel the employee is not allowed to say no and should have any other solutions for any problem.this is DISAPPOINTING.I WILL NEVER COME BACK!

Affordable but needs improvement

Upgraded to Apartment with pool was great, however there are few things that are broken and needs to be fixed SOON. Namely TV signal quality, for a 4 star hotel guest are not expecting to watch blurry and weak tv signal. Bathroom shower had some issues, had to call maintenance to repair as the water not flowing through the shower. Shower head nozzle suddenly came off during usage. Lastly the bathroom ceiling leaking a lot.

In the nice Nusa Dua area with that nice pool and 5 minutes walking to the hotel beach area. During this pandemic I feel safe stay at this hotel. The bed & pillow & wifi >>> GREAT!!

Great hotel with great location

I always love a hotel with not so crowded location, thats why i always prefered to stay at ITDC Nusa Dua whenever i went to Bali. My mom recommend this hotel to me because she already stayed at this hotel 2-3 times before, and she always satisfied with the facility and the staffs. During the pandemic, the hotel always put the health protocol as a number one priority, and this is pretty assuring if you brought your family for a vacation. The only negative comment from me is, its quite far whenever i want to go to the beach, its not a problem for me though because they have a shuttle service for free, but if you brought any elder with your group its pretty bothering though.
