We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The 3-bed suite was generously sized and reasonably well equipped, but noting the fitout is aging and could do with some maintenance/deep cleaning. Breakfast buffet was very good, lots of options and nice food. À la carte food was very nice, but over cooked for some meals. Staff are always very friendly, helpful and courteous. The use of vouchers for many things was a bit much at times. But paying as you go so no bill shock at the end worked well.

Great stay at Novotel Nusa Dua

We had a great stay at Novotel Nusa Dua. The resort grounds were lovely and the pool was a standout — big, relaxed and the pool bar was great. We spent a lot of time there and really enjoyed it. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. Breakfast had a good selection and excellent coffee. We also enjoyed the themed buffet nights at the restaurant (Balinese, Oriental etc). A little pricey, but a fun experience — Balinese night was our favourite. The shuttle to the private beach runs every 15 minutes and the beach has its own bar and loungers. The food / drinks are on the expensive side (20% tax on top of bill) but we still enjoyed going. We stayed in a 3-bedroom villa with a private pool, which was perfect for our group. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable, though the rooms were slightly dated with some wear and tear. One minor maintenance issue with a toilet was fixed quickly each time. There isn’t much immediately nearby, but Bali Collection is close and great for restaurants and shopping. Overall, a really enjoyable stay and we would happily return.

Service was great and we were well looked after. The location was very convenient. However, the facilities and fit out in the rooms are starting to age and would benefit from a refresh. Overall we loved our stay and would come back again!
