I stayed in Novotel for almost a month while waiting for my flight back home. The location is great, well maintained gardens, rooms, apartments and also great service. Great daily housekeeping service. Due to a small amount of guests at the hotel, not so. many F&B choices from the menu and not all the ingredients are available. The beach club was closed due to the fact that the Nusa Beach was closed as well, which was a big disappointment as I am a beach goer. However, I walked to the beach on a daily basis and its public space. The gym should be cleaned regularly but that would be the only remark from me. All in all, I do much recommend this property as they also have an onsite bakery, which is great in the mornings.

Our 3rd visit to Bali and Novotel. We really enjoy the resort. Unfortunately with the situation relating to the Corona Virus, things were parred back this visit. There were not the buffet evenings and the resort was pretty quiet. We were disappointed to see so many flies around the food on the tables and serveries at breakfast. Also sparrows hopping onto and eating food off, the serving utensils that were covered in food. Not totally hygienic. Also, there wasn't quite the variety at breakfast as there was on previous visits. The staff were wonderful as always. The rooms were lovely, but a little tired here and there. Overall we enjoyed our visit as we have in the past.

Very disappointing! Footprints still on bathroom floor when we arrived. Omelette chef coughing into his hands while preparing food with no mask or gloves on. Birds walking and eating fruit in the breakfast hall. Musky smell in bathrooms. Booked 4 nights and stayed for 1.

We spent 7 nights at the hotel and had a wonderful time. Our room was extremely clean. The buffet breakfast was great. The pool and all amenities were amazing. The kids were begging to go to kids club. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional.

Everything was spotless, the staff were really helpful, good food and plenty of choice. The only complaint we had was that the reception area was poorly lit which meant you couldn’t read any paperwork in the evening. Also the reception area was very hot and humid and could have benefited from more fans or air conditioning.

It was fine, I found as a Novotel, slippers should be provided without charge. Upon request is acceptable if wanting to be cost efficient or environmentally friendly but charging guest for slippers is below par. Also breakfast was chargeable but for $24 i would expect better quality. I thought Accor was proud of their bakery goods. You should see the sad state of pastries... possible management is becoming complacent.

We traveled from the United States to stay at the Novotel Bali and had such a wonderful experience. The staff was nothing but friendly and always smiling and willing to help. The food was excellent and the resort was very clean. We felt comfortable and very welcomed. We even made good use of the gym which had more equipment than most US hotel gyms. Would highly recommend to others!

Had a lovely stay, all the staff are lovely which is a credit to the hotel. The only thing that was extremely annoying is that you have to request to get things ie. new towels and enough for family even though i placed them on the ground. Toilet paper not a spare left in room each day. Previous to this I stayed at the Dewi Sri and room service always replaced my towels etc.
