Affordable in Nusa Dua Area

The property is great value as an option in Nusa Dua area. The Nusa Dua area remained well maintained during COVID times. Property can feel a bit dated, but I still find it to be good value. Pool was great and spacious. One area of improvement is the food - including room service. Three nights in a row I called for the food tray to be cleared but no one came. Ordered pizza on one night and it was literally not edible.

I choose to stay at novotel with my big family, it was a good experience since the start. The front office greet me well and recognized me as an accor gold member. I booked a 2 bed room apartment, but i was upgraded to 3 bed room. The next day we were cycling through nusa dua and my father ask to borrow bicycle, the staff were very attentive. The downside only the breakfast, it was nothing special. The check out process carry on nicely and smooth. I definitely will be back to stay again, thank you Novotel Nusa Dua. Keep up the good work!

Have a good bedroom, good services and large swimming pool but unfortunately doesn't have private beach in the hotel area

We stayed for four nights and we got upgraded to a three bedrooms apartment. Room was clean despite it is old. Thre first three days we got ala carte breakfast and the last day was buffet breakfast with more varieties. We did not know the the hotel has no private beach but hotel provides shuttle service to the beach.

The experience of staying at the Novotel Bali is quite good.  The booking experience as an Accor member and the response to special requests to stay at the hotel is very accommodated quickly and well in other words very helpful. There is little input for the KITCHEN TEAM to IMPROVE the TASTE of the food (neither too salty "tomyum" nor sweet "sweet and sour fish"), the VARIATION of food, and HEALTH PROTOCOL SERVICE (not self-service). For the experience and standard of taste I expect more at NOVOTEL NUSA DUA BALI.  thank you

good location, poor breakfast quality, poor gymnastic room quality, and most of all we were disappointed with the room quality. Family apartment room. Many mosquitos and git stinky sofa bed and to solve the problem we asked the house keeper to cover the sofa bed with bedsheets.

All staffs are very kind and friendly. The room is spacious but it's almost empty. No minibar, very basic amenities, no even cotton bud provided. Towels looked quite old. The breakfast is quite good, it's served individually due to covid19 protocol.

We stayed with our family member for one night before do another hotels hopping. We got a room which the AC was broken. Complained once and asked for solution or change room. But the receptionist insist of fixing it and it was fixed, suddenly in the middle of the night around 1:00AM it broke again. Didn't bother to call the front desk as it was late at night. Could not sleep well, lucky it was drizzly, make a bit colder, even thought its humid. I think my room was 2205, facing the parking lot. Please pay attention to AC especially in Bali. The swimming pool was awesome but still need some cleaning of the mold in the pool or side of the pool. Hard to find bellboy, perhaps the pandemic. Overall, great location and old renovated hotel. Did not try the breakfast.

I understand that this is a limited service situation but the services i had at Novotel was way below standard. I am an accor member. And everywhere i stayed, i always received a complimentary fruit or cakes or anything. But in my surprise i didn't received anything. The next day i stayed at royal beach seminyak. I got a room upgrade, fruits, and the staffs are welcomed and friendly. At Novotel even when i asked for plates and eating utensils, they didn't come. Compared to what i experienced the very next day at royal beach, which they also had limited service situation, the services i had at Novotel was probably the worst experience.
