It was a good stay. The rooms were a bit dated and we found it strange having the separated rooms, particularly with young kids. The staff across the entire venue were absolutely amazing and very attentive. Food and service around the pool and during meals was great. The service to go shopping etc was also great and takes a lot of pressure off trying to organise ways around. Overall, we had a great time. The only down side was the aged room and split bedrooms, we throught the rest of the stay was incredible.

Very enjoyable long weekend stay at Peppers. Location is ideal - only a short walk to Seminyak, but away from the noise and the chaos. Service was excellent and the food and spa very good value.

The customer service and warmth of the staff is second to none. We love staying here and they make you feel so at home with touch of boutique luxury feel. I would personally like to deeply acknowledge Made & his team for accomodating our family needs during our stay in April for my wedding week. The whole staff upon arrival kept the surprise from my husband that we were luckily able to stay at Mr. Sean presidential suite! And they went above and beyond to setup our room for our kids. We also hosted a party of 50 in the villa and Peppers customised a catering menu fit for our guests - and it was such a success! Food was delicious & setup of the bbq was perfect!
