Our family (6 adults and 2 young children) had a 3 bedroom villa. From the time we arrived the staff were all fantastic and were always offering to assist with anything. The resort arranged for a pool fence to be erected as we had children aged 3 and 1. Our package included daily breakfasts, daily spa treatments, 3 lunches or dinners per bedroom and 2 hours free cocktails per day. Whilst the facilities were fantastic it was the staff who made our week unforgettable.

I recently stayed at Peppers Seminyak, and while the location and villas were great, the experience was overshadowed by issues with the staff’s behavior. The villas are beautiful, and the property is ideally located for exploring Seminyak, but the service left a lot to be desired. Throughout our stay, the staff was persistently requesting tips and additional money, even after we had already tipped generously. This constant push for more gratuity felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. On top of that, there was an incident where our luggage was intentionally mishandled, leading to noticeable damage. When it came time for checkout, the staff stood at the villa gate, creating an awkward and pressured atmosphere. The villa itself was wonderful, but the intrusive and unprofessional behavior from the staff really took away from what could have been a relaxing experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were attentive and helpful whenever I needed assistance. However, I noticed that the cleanliness of the bathroom could use some improvement. The toilet, in particular, was not as clean as I would have expected, which was a bit disappointing. With a little more attention to detail in this area, I believe the hotel could provide an even better experience for guests. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay if you’re looking for great service.
