We booked a five bedroom villa over Christmas and new year. We had a lot of trouble with our pool where the pump broke down times. There did not seem to be any chemicals in the pool. We were not sure if this was linked to the outbreak of illness for 7 out of the nine of us. The bathrooms need a deep clean or a refurb. I have stayed at this establishment before but we noticed a marked deterioration in the buildings. Our shutters in the bedrooms did not close properly as they were broken. I have high praise for the staff however they are very friendly and efficient.

We have staged at 5 star accomodation all over Bali, Vietnam and Thailand, we both felt that Pepper's has been the all round winner so far. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the a' la carte breakfast was really good, as were all of the meals we had there, happy hour cocktails also very good. The accomodation quality, while a little bit aged was excellent, we have a private pool villa, it was awesome and relaxing. The bed was really comfortable too. My only criticism was that I struggled with the coffee, it was just too bitter for me, other than that a 9 out of 10 experience.

Peppers is a quiet beautiful oasis hidden off the Main Street in Seminyak! Perfect location to beach, shops and great restaurants. Staff were amazing and go beyond to ensure you have a fantastic time! Spa was great just make sure you book in when you arrive. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice and happy hour’s cocktails were a nice surprise! Special mention to Katut Kris and Astini . Thank you for a great holiday !
