Extremely disappointed that I do not earn points with all of the spend for accommodation and food with Peppers. Especially staying 7 nights and meals I am missing out on a lot of points. I stayed with an Accor hotel as a loyal Accor member but have not received the loyalty back with points as they do not give points.

The staff at Peppers are what makes this place great. They are generous with their time and can’t do enough for you. Villas are serviced daily and they are very clean and spacious. Seminyak as a location is a little chaotic and messy and - outside the walls of the resort - it’s a completely different world. Don’t expect beautiful beaches with white sand and clear waters. But if you’re looking for luxury on the inside and chaotic Bali on the outside, Peppers Seminyak is the right place.
