Loved our spacious villa although the communal area was a little dated. The furniture needed some replacing. Spa was fantastic . Staff exceptional. I don't think the restaurant was offering food equivalent to a 5 star resort.This was very disappointing.We had to go out for dinner most of the time.

I have just stayed in a three-bedroom presidential villa. All the staff were consistently warm, friendly and whilst the service overall was excellent, the stay fell short of what I would consider an experience for a "five-star rated" property. At a glance the property is lovely, but the general maintenance throughout the hotel and the villa felt both very dated and in need of attention and repair. The facilities don't reflect the standard the property is marketed as when booking. The food and beverage was also fairly average throughout the stay, but passable. I have stayed at this property several times pre-COVID and it was in much, much better condition. Overall, this trip was a pleasant stay, but based on the current standard of the property, I would personally classify it as a four-star property.

The service at Peppers is impeccable from driving through the gates to reception staff to all of the people in the restaurant and spa. Every single person we encountered was incredibly warm and welcoming. The villa was so beautiful and comfortable. The location was in a very quiet part of Seminyak but the offer of a free buggy had you at either Seminyak square or Seminyak village in no time. I can’t wait to come back next year.
