Overall, Peppers Seminyak delivered exactly what we were looking for: a relaxing, comfortable and well-managed holiday with excellent service, beautiful accommodation and a genuinely caring team. We would happily return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful villa-style stay in Seminyak. A special mention must go to the management and reservations team, who were incredibly understanding and accommodating when we needed to reschedule our trip due to a death in the family. Their compassion, flexibility and professionalism during a difficult time were genuinely appreciated.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Peppers Seminyak. To our surprise, we were upgraded complimentary from our booked 3-bedroom Royal villa to a stunning 3-bedroom Presidential Villa, which made our stay even more special. The villa was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with an amazing private pool that the whole family enjoyed. The thoughtful touches throughout the stay really stood out, the kids loved being given fish food to feed the fish in the villa. The buggy service was fantastic, providing convenient transport between our villa, the reception, and even Seminyak Square. The breakfast was excellent, the massage treatments were superb, and the staff were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive. To top it all off, the team surprised us with a lovely cake for our anniversary, which was a very thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and honestly, we couldn't have asked for more. We will certainly be returning and highly recommend Peppers Seminyak to anyone visiting Bali.

We had our wedding at Peppers Seminyak and it was perfect. The venue is amazing, even better in person. The highlight of the stay was definitely the staff that made our wedding run so smoothly - no request was too much trouble and they organised everything for us so we didn’t have to stress - huge shoutout to Sapta and her team and Made and Eva. We stayed a night and the room was lovely, and the couples spa package was also great. Highly recommend this place, unforgettable experience.
