Beautiful resort in a very accessible location. Once you worked out where you are everything is very close. The staff are second to none. Extremely helpful in every respect. We had an in villa bbq and it was a night to remember. Again the attention to detail by the staff was exemplary. Nothing was a problem

We recently spent 5 nights at peppers Seminyak and it was a great experience. We had a two bedroom villa for 3 adults and one child (4). Pros; Private pool made relaxing easy Beds were super comfortable Rooms were spacious and had the ability to close off the bathroom Restaurant is great, had a mix of western and Indonesian food while there and all was really good Best hotel coffee I’ve had in a long time Breakfast was a mix of buffet and al a carte which meant freshly made food every morning Shuttle runs regularly with different stops in Seminyak Airport transfers with requested car seat Resort grounds were beautiful and well kept Cons; Didn’t realise that the living area is open air and there was direct access to the pool (something to consider with children) Shower and toilet are private but outdoors which was only a con due to mosquitoes Our living room tv broke during our stay and even after multiple calls no one came to fix it Tv inside the king room had no signal so you couldn’t use it Deck to pool was slightly damaged/sharp While the location in relation to Seminyak shopping/spas was great, the side road which is the only access to the resort is very narrow so would not recommend trying to walk out to the main road - meaning you’re reliant on the shuttle Only other comment to make was that the staff were so friendly and accomodating we wanted to make sure we were showing our appreciation but it seemed like some staff were happy to accept a tip where as others seemed reluctant. This is absolutely not a negative of the resort or our experience but it did cause a bit of confusion amongst our group. We just hope we weren’t offending anyone! All in all we will absolutely return again! Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Can’t rate Peppers high enough. The private villas, the landscaping and the location are ideal. But it’s the staff that make this place the best. Nothing is too much for them but also they get it if you want quiet time. The staff are friendly considerate and lovely. Special shout out to 3 staff that made this visit especially enjoyable - Ketut, Satya & Wan. They went out of their way to make our stay so thoroughly enjoyable. Satya is just a trainee but an absolute superstar already. We look forward to our next visit to Peppers & to see these wonderful people again.

I stayed at Peppers for 2 nights and the experience was amazing. From the check-in time, the Concierge and the front-office staffs were all friendly and responsive to handle my arrivals (I couldn't remember the name because there were many of them and each of them is in perfect manner). The front-office even offered special welcome drinks, in addition of ALL Member welcome drinks. And different with any other Accor hotel, instead of maximum 2 welcome drinks, they allowed me to have 8 welcome drinks, the total number of guests staying (multiple by 2, so total 16 welcome drinks). Not to forget the buggy drivers are all helpful and ready anytime to take you from Lobby to the Villa (around 2-4 minutes from Lobby depending where your villa is located) The Villas were enormously big with private pool in the center of the Villa. I stayed in 3-bedroom Villa (on the first night) and 4-bedroom Villa (on the 2nd night), and my favorite place of both Villa is the living room which have big Smart TV and sofa that can have up to 8-10 people at once, pantries and cooking area, and dining table. The villa is located near Petitenget beach and you can ask the Hotel/Villa shuttle to take you there for free (it is near, even it's walking distance), and there are bar, tattoo place, minimart, gelato, etc near the area (around 5-10 mins walking). Definitely a remarkable memories from the staff members to the Villa facilities and breakfast (another good thing to have)
