The room was dusty and not clean at all. I have told the reception and they moved us to another room but still it was too dirty even the bed sheets are not clean too. I just stayed one night and early morning I left to another hotel. I booked 3 nights stay and when I checked out they told me they will contact me regarding the rest of the amount payed and no one contacted me since I left the hotel. I payed for a 5 stars hotel and this is what I got.

We chose this hotel because we needed a rest between two hectic activities. The room was very nice, only I didn't appreciate the tv that required membership of netflix etc. We stayed in a different hotel with a similar system but had tv channels to watch plus the news. The tv channels were not connected. The tv seemed laugh at us everytime we returned to our room. The screen came on but it was absolutely no use to us. We planned a very relaxed rest beside the swimming pool, however an event was held on the Saturday evening which meant the relaxing day did not go as planned. If we had known there was an event we would have chosen a different hotel to meet our needs. We appreciate that the hotel actually provided a possible alternative for swimming in the suite area, only by the time we discovered this pool I was no longer in the mood to go swimming. The proximity of the rooms to the event meant we had to stick it out until the event was over. It is unfortunate that as a gold member we were not provided with an upgrade away from the event. We were told that the other rooms were full. This is the first time I have not been able to get an upgrade when staying at an Accor hotel. We appreciated the compensation of complimentary evening meals which were delicious. However we did not get the rest we needed. In booking for the hotel I filled in the forms as usual and it is clear that I am an Indonesian citizen. I wanted to check in directly at the usual place but was told to sit and I was asked to present my passport and there was an expression of surprise that I was a gold member. To me, this means that although I had checked in online with our stated time of arrival my booking was not processed as it should have been, thus quite sometime later someone appeared with some complimetary fruit. If it had been duly noted that I am a gold member perhaps there could have been some endeavour to find a room away from the noise of the event.
