We stayed here for 2 nights and had 3 rooms booked. Pros: Quite Location with excellent infinity pool overlooking a forest area. Room sizes are decent - neither too big or small. Challenges: Seemed understaffed, Location is quite away about 40 mins from Central Ubud (might be a con for some), Breakfast spread was very limited, Timings for kids area, pool area etc are limited. Not much in-house activity options. Only single restaurant was operational. Did not find it value for money in the current scenario.

The environment was tranquil, complemented by a lovely hotel design. The staff were very hospitable, and I liked the room next to the pool, so I could swim whenever I wanted. The only downside was that, as an Accor Plus member, the hotel did not credit my status or reward points for the stay and dining. I emailed them to follow up, but I never received a reply. I even submitted a claim form, yet again, no response. I am truly disappointed by the lack of follow-up after my stay.
