Great hospitality from the hotel staff. Especially the receptionists and Moonlight restaurant staff. Just a minor feedback, breakfast and set lunch/dinner menus should change one or every 2 days so we won’t end up eating the same food for 4 days stay.

Loved the stay in the hotel. Aditya made us feel welcome from check in to check out. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed the food and drinks, especially being able to try various local dishes. As an ALL Accor member, Igor ensured we were provided with welcome drinks and welcome treats - it made it an even more memorable experience for us.

Our first trip to Bali was unforgettable, and a huge part of that was our stay at the Grand Seminyak. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Our room was incredibly spacious and offered breathtaking views of the beach that made every morning feel special. We ended up having breakfast at the rooftop every day. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, and it was the perfect way to start the day. What truly sets Grand Seminyak apart, however, is the exceptional staff. During our stay, we experienced an unexpected medical emergency while at the beach. Within moments, the hotel staff helped arrange for a doctor to come directly to us. Their quick response, professionalism, and genuine concern were beyond anything we could have imagined. Throughout the entire situation, they continuously checked in on us and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and cared for. Special thank you to Yuli, Widya, and Bintang for the exceptional service. It’s easy to find a beautiful hotel in Bali, but it’s rare to find a team of people who make you feel so supported, valued, and genuinely cared for. The kindness and attentiveness we experienced during a difficult moment turned what could have been a stressful situation into something much more manageable. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Grand Seminyak. The stunning location, amazing accommodations, delicious food, and most importantly, the incredible staff made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Bali and look forward to returning one day.
