For the room upgrade I was satisfied, free to eat as much as you like but the menu was lacking, not a buffet, for a 5 star hotel my expectations for a BF menu were a bit lacking. And the lack of a club lounge in a 5 star hotel was really less impressive. The room was large and comfortable, when checking in at 2 pm my room was made to wait quite a long time compared to other Accor member network hotels, until I had to go back to the front desk to ask if the room was ready yet. The place to check in for this 5 star hotel was very mediocre. When I was on the beach I tried to sit on the sofa bed when a man approached me asking for payment, I thought it belonged to the hotel because it was right in front of the hotel beach. Finally I moved to the sofa near the swimming pool, even though as a hotel guest I asked if I could still use this sofa bed or if I had to order restaurant food first before being allowed on the sofa bed. So it was a bit uncomfortable as a hotel guest, feeling like I didn't have access to enjoy the beautiful sunset

Lovely view of the beach from the balcony but it’s not a 5 star hotel. Very misleading from Accor. All would have been forgiven though if the bed had been comfortable. Dreadful uncomfortable unsupportive very old mattress. Black mold in the bathroom. Bizarre breakfast. A hotel desperately in need of an operational plan, an engaged manager and a chef.

Everything was great. Got a room to do early check in. Only downside was we ordered drinks to a room and had to wait for 40mins. Could have been better.

This all suite hotel is perfectly located on the beach on a street that has plenty of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself has an amazing breakfast in Moonlight restaurant with lovely views and excellent service. The infinity pool is a little small but was nice as was the jacuzzi on the balcony. I’d highly recommend this hotel when you are in Bali
