We had a very mixed experience with our stay. Lots of challenges at the booking process however Staff on site were amazing and very very quick to respond to any issues. We are not aware of the ongoing building works on site when we made our reservation. If we had known of this, we would absolutely have not booked this hotel as construction noise commenced at 6 am and was significantly disruptive. The spa in our room was not functional the spa in the pool was not functional and the entire pool deck area was very tired and in need of renovation. Not the five star experience that you would expect.

The Hotel is in great location right on the beach front, The staff and service was excellent. We had an Ocean Balcony View room which was very nice. The Moonlite Restaurant food was very good and again great service. The only downside the Hotel is in need of refurbishment it is showing its age. I would book this hotel again.

I ended up staying at the Grand Seminyak Hotel with my husband and daughter. I sent an email to the hotel for my husband's rest, and the manager who read it upgraded me and made sure I could have a comfortable vacation, so I had a very happy time. I was especially touched by ARI's kindness and deeply appreciated their constant care to ensure there were no inconveniences. Grand Seminak was very nice because all the staff were kind and always greeted us with smiles, and the hotel system itself was very convenient because we could request orders and necessary items through an app. Lastly, thank you once again, and I would like to visit again next time.
