The Resort is located bang on the beach and just steps away from various cafes, restaurants and bars. If you are looking for a peaceful stay, this is not the place. However if you are happy to be in the middle of action you will enjoy it. Their in-house bar plays music all day till 10/11 pm in the night. But if you have the room closed the noise level is not that high. I had booked the Ocean King Suite ... a lovely room with your own private jacuzzi overlooking the beach & the sea ... it was a smashing experience! The room is huge, the bathroom is huge and it even has a dressing room to store your luggage and get ready. I had taken the half board fare which included a meal besides breakfast. As a vegetarian, I was given a few extra choices besides the set menu for the half board fare since the set menu barely had a couple of vegetarian dishes. But this was only in the beach cafe. In the terrace cafe, they refused to give me additonal choices apart from the set menu. This could be an area of improvement - please treat vegetarians as equally important since we pay the same amount for our stay :). My advice to vegetarians would be to not opt for the half board fare and instead explore other dining options. All the staff was absolutely lovely ... very friendly, polite and helpful ... almost everyone knew me by name which was amazing. Some of the names I remember, some I have forgotten so apologies for the same .... Arya, Satya, Widya, Sayu at the Reception, Dinda, Krisna - at the beach bar, Oki at the Spa ... thank you all for making my stay memorable. I did have a bad experience on my first evening there at the beach restaurant when the Manager there Arya assumed I was some kind of a freeloader and insulted me and spoke very rudely despite trying to tell him that I have booked a half board fare and am entitled to dine at the bar. During my whole stay, he didn't think it important to apologise properly for his rude behaviour. However the other staff made up for his rudeness! I look forward to staying here again soon!

We had an amazing stay for our wedding anniversary. The staff were fantastic. The rooms are huge. The bed was very comfortable for an Asian hotel. Normally Asian hotel beds are hard. The only issue is that it’s a bit of a walk to any shops, massage spas, restaurants.
