I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism, the competence, and, above all, the warmth of the staff at Raffles Bali. I couldn’t believe how many people already knew my name upon arrival. It’s as if they had gotten together and discussed what guests they were having. Not only that, the grounds of the hotel are pristine - there is no trash in sight. Somehow, I noticed, Raffles seemed to ward off the usual insects that you’d come across on a trip to the tropics, something I was also very impressed by. The food - I almost want to say it goes without saying - was remarkable. Every meal was a piece of art, a carefully crafted act of love for the resort’s guests. The peripheral programs, assistance, and routines were also special, including the bedtime stories and tea. Not actual bedtime stories read by the staff - although I’m sure they’d oblige - rather, a delicious tea, a small dessert, and a pamphlet explaining the Balinese belief systems. The toiletries provided were all eco-friendly and smelled wonderful. The toilet was heated and high-tech. Lastly, the chakra clearing we received at the Sanctuary was unforgettable. Thank you to everyone who made our stay wonderful.

Raffles Bali is pure paradise! The private villas with stunning views and personal infinity pools made every moment magical. The food was exceptional, and every meal felt like a special experience. A special thanks to Endah, our butler, she was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make this trip truly one of a kind. The service at Raffles Bali is unmatched, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious escape!

Every aspect of our vacation at Raffles Bali was beyond amazing. From pick up, to an early check in, a manager who is on hand and knows every guest, every staff member that treats you like you are special, meals out of this world, accommodation is like heaven. The personal butler service just makes you feel like royalty with such quick and efficient services. The activities offered is so vast that you cannot come away revitalised and rested - there is something for everyone. Its like being on your own island, with staff there to only cater for you, the attention to detail, and personalised service is really out of this world. We have travelled to many countries and Raffles Bali is out of this world. The villas have everything, and to be able to relax in your own villa, lounge in the pool, relax in your own cabana with amazing views is really the best experience ever. Nothing is too much, but the lovely interaction with the staff at all levels takes away the fact that you are staying at a resort and you feel like you have been there a while. We cannot thank Raffles Bali, the staff and specifically our personal Butler Thomson for the most excellent way in which they made this a dream vacation for us. In addition you are made aware in advance of what activities and menu is available from the time you book so that you can make arrangements in advance of what you wish to do. Even the service you receive from the stage of booking is out of the norm.
