We recently spent two wonderful nights at Raffles Bali, and from our very first interaction it was clear this would be a special stay. The entire team, led with such warmth and professionalism, made us feel genuinely cared for from start to finish. We were celebrating our son’s 9th birthday, and they went out of their way to make it memorable, surprising him with a beautifully decorated room, fresh flowers, and a birthday cake that delighted the whole family. The standout of our stay was, without question, the service. Our butler, Seva, was exceptional from beginning to end. From the pre-arrival planning right through to our departure, every activity was thoughtfully and seamlessly arranged around our preferences. Nothing was too much trouble, and his attention to detail made the entire experience effortless. The wider team matched that standard at every turn. The staff running the children’s activities were wonderful with our son, and dining at both Rumari and Loloan was a genuine pleasure, with professional, attentive service across both days. We were especially well looked after by Imelda on our second day, who served us with real warmth and a constant smile. Raffles Bali is an exceptional property in every respect, but the highlight will always be the people. Our sincere thanks to GM Henri and the entire team for caring for guests as though we were extended family. We cannot wait to return.

The W. family would like to thank all the wonderful people at Raffles Bali for a truly special experience during our stay in Villa 1 from 19th to 23rd May 2026. Even prior to our arrival our experience was special. It began from the moment that the reservations team under Dyan Savitri, namely Andry Prasetyo & Naufal Patria, helped us with the arrangements for our stay. Our warm welcome on arrival from the hotel manager Bernadine Suwarsa, general manager Henri Arnulphy, and of course Fernando who heads the butler team, was extremely lovely and very much appreciated. We especially enjoyed our Bali Slings, which we think are an absolutely brilliant re-interpretation of the Singapore Sling, better than the original in fact (which we tried for comparison in the Long Bar at Raffles in Singapore on Sunday 24th May). Sila, our butler in Villa 1, was simply incredible, a very lovely person, without doubt the best butler we have been looked after by in any resort anywhere. We left feeling that he was a member of our family. The location of Villa 1 is truly beautiful, hard to beat, and the access to an essentially private beach was a stand out feature for us. The food prepared by Gaetan Biesuz & his team was to die for, every meal from breakfast through to dinner was memorable & unique. The spa team, who provided in villa massages, were excellent. We particularly appreciated the photograph arranged by Bernadine before our 'Nusa Islands' helicopter tour, taken by Arvind, which captured us all beautifully. Finally, we were seen off wonderfully by Sila, Fernando & Gaetan, naturally sad to leave, but looking forward to the day when we can return to the Raffles Bali & it's wonderful people.

Our stay at Raffles Bali was exceptional from beginning to end. The private villa was stunning, the breakfast and lunch were outstanding, and the team graciously accommodated both an early check-in and a late check-out, making our stay even more enjoyable. What truly sets Raffles Bali apart, however, is its people. At around 2:00 a.m., one of my travel companions suddenly experienced difficulty breathing. I immediately sent a WhatsApp message to our dedicated butler asking for help, and within just five minutes, a car arrived at our villa. The team quickly assisted her, took her to the hospital emergency room, and helped her throughout the emergency treatment process. During what was a frightening and stressful situation, the staff showed remarkable compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. Their calm support and reassuring presence made all the difference, providing comfort and confidence when we needed it most. The true measure of a luxury resort is how it responds when guests need help most, and Raffles Bali was simply extraordinary. While the beautiful private villas, exceptional dining, and world-class facilities were all unforgettable, it was the kindness and humanity of the staff that left the deepest impression on us. We are deeply grateful to the entire team, and without hesitation, recommend Raffles Bali as one of the finest luxury resorts we have ever experienced.

We stayed two nights at Raffles Bali and had the best time! The villas were beautiful and super comfortable. Staff were professional, friendly and extremely attentive. We had dinner at Loloan and breakfast at Rumari, both were fantastic! Also highly recommend their traditional Balinese massage at the spa!
