During our 15-day journey across Bali, our family had the absolute privilege of staying at Raffles Bali. As a frequent traveler who has experienced numerous top-tier properties across various global brands like Accor, Hyatt, and Hilton, I can confidently say that Raffles Bali stands in a completely different league. It is, without a doubt, the single best hotel I have ever visited. ​This stay was the ultimate gift to my wife and our two young children. Every moment was flawless, but what truly elevated our experience was the extraordinary care we received from the staff. I want to extend my deepest gratitude to our exceptional butlers, Sila and Yudi, as well as the entire butler team. Their flawless service and warm hospitality made us feel truly special and deeply cared for. ​One of our most unforgettable memories was swimming in our private pool at night, just gazing up at the spectacular, starry Bali sky in complete serenity. It was pure magic. ​People often return to Bali for its culture or nature, but if our family ever returns to this beautiful island, it will be specifically to stay at Raffles Bali again. Our service was phenomenal, and the villa was perfect. The only criticism is that the food quality was slightly short in comparison to the rest of the stay.

The luxury experience commenced right after I got off the plane with a dedicated agent escorting through the arrival process and assisting with baggages before handing me over to the limo driver who swiftly brought me to the resort where I was warmly welcomed with a blessing ritual and my dedicated butler Thomson assisting me with the check-in process. All my pre-arrival requests were well taken care of and the Panoramic Ocean View Pool Villa was nicer than I had anticipated. It was very private and was designed in such a way that I had near absolute privacy in my own sanctuary. Service throughout my stay was seamlessly tailored and carefully unobtrusive and unrushed. Well done, Thomson and team! Breakfast at Rumari was only ala-carte with tasting portions of each options which were all delicately prepared and presented in fine dining manner, allowing guests to try more options. In between courses, small treats of the day are given out as well and this completes the entire breakast as the breakfast menu may be limited if you stay for more than a few days. I had dinner at Rumari as well and service by Widya was top-notch with detailed explanation of the restaurant's philosophy and origins of each dishes along with a royal hand cleansing ritual before the meal. I also had the pleasure of meeting the Hotel Manager Bernadine, a consummate hotelier who takes pride in the resort and her team, striking up a delightful chat before my departure. For its price tag, this resort really delivers and I look forward to returning again for a special occasion.
