The villa is nice and comfortable. Restaurants and breakfast are really good. However after our original butler was off and changed to another butler, the service was not the same anymore. The new butler was not responding even if we were calling for buggy. And she asked us to book the afternoon tea saying was included in our package then after a few hours she said it was wrong. So I said I can cancel the tea. But the other day, the restaurant called us asking when we will arrive for tea, meaning she did not cancel for us. Then all the timing she listed out to confirm with us were wrong, which was quite surprising. Would say the overall impression with the hotel was a bit affected by her service. Hope the butler training can be improved because the hotel is really an excellent place to stay.

From the point of arrival we received personalized, friendly, helpful service - nothing was too much. Our Butler, Indri, was attentive to our needs while not being intrusive.
