I’ve tried booking different activities for my child, but they’re always unavailable. I understand that some activities require booking at least one day in advance for preparation, which is reasonable. However, for something like in-villa bracelet making, it seems like a simple activity that just requires bringing the materials to the villa. Why can’t your staff handle this more flexibly?

The Raffles Bali property is absolutely beautiful. The dining, especially in Rumari for a five-course dining experience, is Michelin level dining. However, what makes Raffles is the staff! They are over the top superb!

My stay at Raffles Bali was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The team here really loves what they do, and it shows in every detail. Bella, my butler, was amazing, so warm, knowledgeable, and always there when I needed something. At dinner, Imelda made the experience even more special with her storytelling, especially about the Mawacik ritual and the sustainability behind each dish. And Chef M’s food was incredible, beautiful flavors using local ingredients with a nice international touch. I also want to mention Nike, who explained the resort’s sustainability work with so much passion that it made me appreciate everything even more. Overall, the whole team, from housekeeping to F&B to engineering, was kind, attentive, and clearly proud of their work. It’s rare to find a place where luxury, culture, and sustainability come together so naturally, but Raffles Bali really does it beautifully.

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Raffles Bali. The accommodations were amazing and the food was great. Loved the Writer's Bar and the spa-massage was fabulous! the grounds are beautiful but the staff is so warm and welcoming - can't wait to go back!
