This was my first time visiting Bali, and I must say from the moment I arrived to the very last minutes of my departure, I was truly treated like royalty. I was fortunate to have had Endah and Bella assisting me throughout my entire stay. They were very responsive, checked in regularly to see how my stay was going and always bringing their warm and positive energy. They really took great care of me and made my stay feel extra special. I couldn’t have asked for a better team! Thank you so much, Endah and Bella! You’re a world-class team! The staff at Rumari and Loloan restaurants were also wonderful. They were warm, friendly and very attentive. What amazed me most was how they created personalized, unique dining experiences. Knowing it was my first visit to Bali/Indonesia, they prepared special Balinese dishes for me to try so I had a more wholesome experience. All these little things are what set the staff at Raffles Bali apart. The villa I stayed in was super clean, comfy with lots of luxe amenities. The view was also incredible, overlooking the ocean/Jimbaran beach. I especially loved the private pool which was surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants, providing a lot of privacy. The resort was beautiful, lush, green and tranquil. However, what made the place really special was the people. Every single staff member I interacted with – from management to all other levels – was exceptional and made my stay truly memorable! When I visit again (hopefully sooner), it will be for much longer than 4 days! Thank you, Raffles Bali!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Raffles Bali and cannot fault a single thing. I traveled with my two children, aged 15 and 14, and from the moment we arrived the team went out of their way to make all of us feel completely comfortable, welcome, and cared for. The service was truly outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble and every request was met with warmth and genuine kindness. A special highlight was how attentive they were to my children. My daughter practically lived off their cookies, which they happily brought to her whenever she wanted them. At one point we asked for a chicken burger, even though it was not on the menu, and the kitchen went above and beyond by hand-making custom chicken burgers and delivering them directly to our villa. That level of care and flexibility was exceptional. The villa itself was beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Everything was spotless and immaculately maintained. Housekeeping was done to the highest standard, with the room serviced twice daily, every single day. The attention to detail was remarkable and made the stay feel effortless and luxurious. The food was outstanding throughout our stay. There was a wonderful balance of local Indonesian flavors combined with more Western-style cuisine, all done beautifully. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, making dining at the resort a real pleasure. The location is simply stunning. The beach is gorgeous, the sunsets are unforgettable, and the overall setting is peaceful and breathtaking. It is the kind of place that instantly makes you relax and feel grateful to be there. In every sense, Raffles Bali exceeded my expectations. The service, the food, the accommodation, and the location were all exceptional. There was truly no fault at all. We left feeling relaxed, spoiled, and already dreaming of returning. Highly recommended, especially for families traveling with teenagers who still want a refined, luxury experience.

We visited this hotel in search of perfect relaxation, and it exceeded all expectations. The beautiful views, along with the attentive care from our butler and the entire staff, were truly moving. Throughout our stay, we were delighted to experience fresh and exquisite cuisine, which made every moment even more special. A place where exceptional service and perfect relaxation come together.

I chose Raffles Bali as my pre marriage trip with my partner. It turns out to be a wonderful experience. I can feel how warm hearted the staff are since I arrived hotel lobby. They are all very nice and helpful. The villa looks great, with nice decoration, beautiful garden and pool. I especially want to mention Ramuri restaurant, which might be one of the best hotel restaurant in Bali. It starts with a special introduction of the set menu. While the taste is also amazing. If you have sufficient budget for a luxury hotel, you should try Raffles Bali.

One of our best hotel experiences we've ever had. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The view was stunning, also breakfast was super good. And the buttler Mr. Krishna was friendly, and very helpful to us, providing us the best service. Eventhough they dont have the kids club yet, but they could arrange some activities for our kid.
