The overall experience was amazing and super memorable! Totally something that we can cherish forever and every time we go to Bali. The staff are amazing and very attentive to details. From landing at the airport to leaving the hotel, every single part of the experience demonstrated meticulous detail and top class service. The staff were truly amazing and made the whole experience as fantastic as it was. Even the little touches of remembering our names and making us feel so welcomed. I could not thank them more for making our stay so memorable. We have stayed at some amazing hotels but this was the best by far and will be difficult to beat.
