Had a three day stay with my wife and we had a superb break (no kids). From our little request to have some Mangosteens every day (my favourite tropical fruit) to supporting us to have a very amateur tennis match, the team were magnificent at supporting our every need. The butler service is non-intrusive and so helpful, not just for everything in resort but externally with restaurant bookings and other things we might have needed. Truly enjoyed the chats with the head Chef and hotel GM exploring the history of how Raffles Bali came to be - hopefully will have a historian like at Raffles Singapore to share this story over time as it is so interesting and showcases the love of the area and people by those who brought the resort into being. I managed to get a lot of work done during the stay which was great; the desk in the room, facilities and internet were all fine though mobile reception isn't great in some areas of the resort (just to be aware). The spa was also brilliant - we visited twice! Thanks again to the team; you should be so proud of the well-above standard you achieve, even for a highest tier product and resort such as Raffles.

Overall, our stay was very, very good. The staff were exceptionally friendly and genuinely attentive, making our stay extremely comfortable from start to finish. The spa experience, villa stay, and butler service were highlights and truly elevated the experience — these services were delivered at an outstanding level and set the resort apart. That said, we felt the food quality did not quite match the high standard of the other services. While presentation and service were excellent, the flavours were generally a little bland compared to similar luxury resorts we have stayed at. With some refinement in this area, the overall experience would be close to perfect.

A very special highlight was the butler service, e.g remembering from our visit last year that we preferred a specific type of water and had it prepared in our villa before we even asked. The hilltop villa was absolute perfection — breathtaking views, complete privacy, beautifully designed, and maintained to the highest standard. Waking up to that panorama each morning felt surreal.
