Our enchantingly memorable stay at Raffles Bali was a top-notch experience from start to finish. We stayed four nights at the beginning of December, 2024 as part of our wedding anniversary celebration. The spectacular location of this luxury hotel is in Jimbaran on the Indian Ocean, only a short drive from the Denpasar airport. Built along a steep incline, the resort’s villas can be accessed by stairs or winding paths, but we preferred the employee-driven buggies to move around the property. The well manicured landscaping accentuated the overall “posh but laid back” vibe of the resort. Our Private Villa was phenomenally appointed with all the amenities one would expect from a luxury resort. The private pool and the huge, landscaped courtyard was a wonderful place for us to relax, take in the views, and enjoy each others’ company. The butler service (provided by Gaby and crew) was exceptional and left us wanting for nothing. The most impressive part of our stay with Raffles Bali was the staff. These people were so very friendly and helpful in every possible way. Simple touches like addressing us by our names and remembering our preferences made us feel pampered and appreciated. We highly recommend this to other travelers and plan on a return trip in the very near future.

Amazing Villas with private pools and views out to the ocean. Service from everyone was at a high level, special mention to Gaby and Seva who looked after us during our stay. The restaurant meals and service were outstanding. We’ll be back again.

Point of reference... we are big Aman, Oberoi, six senses travelers, so our standards are high. This may be the best service we have had anywhere.... literally within 1 hour of arrival every staff member, and I mean every one, addressed us by our names... the villas were beautiful, fresh, new, and electronics intuitive... the pool was naturally warm and nice sized... butterflies everywhere as it is the rainy season... at the top restaurant you overlook an endless canyon of foliage... with meandering paths...you can tell they spent a fortune on the facilities...yet the foliage provides privacy. Our butler Seva was ideal... attentive, yet not intrusive... helpful without us feeling overlooked.... he went above and beyond!!!! Carting trays of food through torrential rains one day still with a smile. Any ask was instantly followed through. The spa was amazing... I had an excellent massage and my wife had a facial, both so relaxing... The food and staff in the main restaurant delivered beautiful food, plated perfectly, with some of the best table and plateware we have ever seen... every item we ordered was delicious. The only single downside is the same as nearby FourSeasons... a hotel is being constructed between the two 5 star resorts... through no fault of either.... it did not take awy from our experience... but best to book the upper range of rooms

came and visit the resort during family trips on December. never aware there is new luxury resort in Jimbaran which provide stunning view and amazing food. The only issue is only the rain so we can not enjoy the beach. Definitely will be back again next year to stay longer. Best Service, kudos to Raffles Bali
