I recently stayed at this hotel in Bali for my birthday trip, and it was an amazing experience! I was looking for a place where I could relax and enjoy the ocean view right from my bed, and this hotel was the perfect choice. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful. They found out it was my birthday and went the extra mile to decorate our room and even surprised me with a birthday cake! The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for—just lying in bed and watching the ocean was so relaxing. The breakfast had a great variety of options and was delicious. They also offer massage and spa services in a clean and comfortable setting, which added to the overall relaxing experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Bali!

The moment I arrived at Mercure Kuta Bali, I immediately felt the tropical ambiance with its prime location right in front of Kuta Beach. The hotel is just a short walk from shopping centers, restaurants, and nightlife, and only 15 minutes from the airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers. I stayed in a sea-view room, which was comfortable but slightly outdated, with a small bathroom. However, the highlight of my stay was definitely the rooftop infinity pool, offering a breathtaking ocean view and a stunning sunset experience. I also tried the Bali massage at the hotel’s spa, which was the perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring. For dining, Alang-Alang Restaurant serves a mix of Asian and Western dishes, though prices are slightly higher than local restaurants. The Sunset Pool Bar is a great spot to enjoy drinks while feeling the ocean breeze. Overall, Mercure Kuta Bali is perfect for travelers seeking a hotel with an unbeatable location and great amenities. Great hotel with easy access to the beach. BedRoom was excellent, very clean and spacious with a lovely bathroom Breakfast again was very good with lots of choice both Asian and western The bar offers great happy hour cocktails and well worth a try. All of the staff were excellent Traffic in Kuta is extremely busy and as a result slow. But the hotel and its staff made sure we had a great stay
