Easy to walk to shops Circle K across the road , laundry across the road Was happy where we stayed had 2 pools we had plunge pool so we were happy with and could swim anytime of the night and morning as we had a massive wall around us kept the noise in

Good stay. I have stayed at Mercure Legian several times and it's always been good. It is one of my go-to hotels in Bali. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfasts are good and the location is good as well. The staff are friendly and welcoming. During this stay however, I think the check-in process can be improved. I arrived in the afternoon and after doing the paperwork and making a payment, I got my room key, however as I walked to my room, the reception called me and told me the room has not been checked so they needed to assign me to a new room. So I gave them my room key back and told them that I had a business appointment so I gave them my luggage and ask the concierge to just put my luggage in my new room, to which they replied yes. I also told the reception there was no need to upgrade my room ( I got upgraded to a room with a balcony due to my Accor status ), since I was only staying for a night anyway and would prefer to just stay in the 1st floor and not go upstairs. I got back late at night, got my new key and they still gave me a room on the 2nd floor and my luggage wasn't there so I called the reception and they said they could not deliver the luggage without me personally being there even though they said they could do it earlier. Despite all of that, everything else was great, just like usual. I look forward to my next stay at Mercure Legian.

Nice hotel, needs some maintenance. Staying in plunge pool room, the decking was rotten and broken. And the hot water wasn’t very hot. Other than that it was a good hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of Legian. Just few minutes (walking) from the beach. I like the exterior décor of the hotel. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Faced a problem upon checking in (booked a package but the receptionist didn't promptly aware of the rediscover Indonesia package i booked, but not a big deal at all). I stayed in a plunge pool room, unfortunately at night i just realized that the celling was dirty. Breakfast was great (both ala carte and buffet.

I paid for suite room on higher floor for 4 days but they gave us 1st floor deluxe. Because they said the suite is full. The tv was broken for 2 days after 4 times follow up. theres frog s happily swimming in the plunge pool. Breakfast not so good. Bad experience with family. My bad to choose this hotel for family holiday.

I like the warm ambience and the location is very strategic and near to the beach. I like the staff they're really nice. The laundry service is really fast i like that but i lost my socks when i stay here The room is less maintenance i guess? Mixer tap is broke and tissue handle too (almost). The food is awful. I hope you guys can improve the taste of the food, even the basic menu like nasi goreng is not having taste at all. Good luck! ❤️

Stayed here for 5 nights and I had a nice experience. 1. Check-in process I actually arrived a few hours earlier from the check-in hours but my room was ready, probably because there weren't many guests staying at that time. My ALL benefit was easily recognized and fulfilled. Surprisingly I got complimentary of fresh slice fruits which is perfect for hot weather in Bali. 2. Room I was staying in Room 106, and the room is pretty standard with other Mercure branded hotel. Almost squeaky clean but the glass table already shown wear and tear. Size is decent for solo/couple, however for parents who travels with kids, you might want to consider a bigger room. I was expecting my room to be located in the high floor per my usual preference, but it's not a big deal, turns out the room was decent and close to the pool. Moreover, I don't have to worry about waiting/sharing elevator as Bali is still under Level 3 PPKM for Covid-19 prevention. Other minor issue was: the pillow, I think it needs to be replaced, it's too flat. 3. Restaurant As there weren't enough occupancy, breakfast was a la carte with 3 different of kind: continental, American, and Indonesian with a choice of side dishes. To be fair, I actually prefer a ala carte breakfast especially in the pandemic situation, I'm super hesitant to share buffet with other guests. Taste was decent, restaurant waiter/waitress may asked how's the food, some people may find it awkward, but I think it's a nice personal touch. Food portion is huge, I'm unable to finish most of the time because of my small tummy. I wish there was an option for 1/2 portion, because I personally don't like wasting food. 4. Location I think the location is great. Plenty of shops although most of them are closed due to pandemic (sadly) but there are essentials like mini market, money changer, and 5 minutes to Legian beach. 5. Covid-19 Protocol ALLSAFE branding is not just a name, I think this hotel managed to elevate their hygiene standard really well. Now it's just up to guests whether they want to comply or not (though you should follow, please!)

Very limited voucher tu be used for Accor Member

I stay for one night and want to use my upgrade room and free breakfast voucher. But the receptionist not allowed me to use those voucher at the same time impolitely. I told them that I was stay there 3 months ago but allowed me to apply both of the voucher at the same time. I think there is miscom problem in the hotel frontline management. Very disappointed and very not recommended hotel for Accor member.
