This was our second stay at your hotel and it exceeded the first. Upgraded when to a better room on our arrival and it laide the groundwork for a pleasant say. The staff are always friendly and courteous and breakfast is a great way to start the day.

We really liked the hotel and its location and facilities, however, our room was very noisy at night. It faced Jalan Bunut Sari which was quite busy, and Yogi's Paradise and Grill was noisy with Karaoke on several nights.

Always have a lovely stay. We choose this location for the placement of our desired area. The hotel furnishings are getting quite old and cheap repairs of lamps, bathroom fixtures, wardrobes show age. Always smell mould/dampness that they spray when attending your daily room service, but still remains.

My flight arrival time meant that I didn’t check in until after 11 PM but the 24-hour reception meant that I was soon in my room and catching up on rest. The staff were also very accommodating when I asked to switch to a quieter room, not overlooking Jalan Legian. I couldn’t have been happier; I had a view of Mt Agung and sun on my balcony each morning. Moreover, every staff member I encountered was very friendly, courteous, happy, and professional.
