I had an amazing experience at Mercure Hotel Bali Legian. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming, clean, and relaxing. The facilities are well-maintained, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is perfect—close to everything yet peaceful enough to unwind. A very special mention goes to Lestari, Lucky, and Dewi, whose excellent service and genuinely friendly nature made my stay truly memorable. Each of them went above and beyond, always offering warm smiles and thoughtful assistance. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail added a personal touch that truly elevated my stay.

We stayed at the mercure legian for 1 night and the service has been absolutely wonderful. We stayed in a family room with a bunk bed, with kids bed spreads and toys in the room. They brought us a welcome gift of cake, fruit and cookies which were amazing. Breakfast the next day was great with a decent spread to suit all guests and nationalities. There is a made to order egg station also. Cindy in particular was great at breakfast and interacted with our kids.
