Dear Mercure Legian Guest Services and Management Team, I am writing to provide some feedback following my four-night birthday stay at Mercure Legian from 18–22 September in Room 529. As an Accor Silver member and regular Accor guest, I wanted to share a few observations that may assist with further improving the guest experience. While our room was not available until approximately 18:00 despite my request for an early check-in, I greatly appreciated the temporary room provided and, in particular, the very helpful and welcoming reception team who assisted us during the delay. I also experienced unexplained moisture on the floor of Room 529 on two occasions, which may be worth investigating from a maintenance perspective. The main area where I see an opportunity for improvement is breakfast. The junior team were clearly hardworking and committed, but during peak periods the restaurant became very busy and additional visible support from senior restaurant staff and floor managers would, in my view, make a significant difference. The coffee machines also caused some delays, and some food items required to be specifically mushrooms and hash browns had to be requested from the kitchen. I would also mention a small checkout issue: after I had understood that our coffees were complimentary, the reception team followed me outside to request payment. I appreciate that this may simply have been a misunderstanding, but clearer communication would have avoided the awkwardness. On the positive side, the pool service team on the fourth floor and the gym facilities were excellent, and I particularly appreciated the service and attitude of the staff throughout our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would be very happy to return to Mercure Legian. I look forward to seeing continued improvements, particularly around breakfast operations, management presence and frontline support. This hotel is well located and very comfortable. All amenities are close by and easily accessible and the staff are responsive, well spoken and were happy to answer any questions and provide any assistance requested. The only downside I found throughout the entire stay is booking a plunge pool room, The walls on the courtyard are too high and does not allow much sun into the courtyard area for most of the day.

From check in till check out, the staff were helpful and amazing and friendly, we got a very early check in and a late check out. The front desk lady was so accommodating . Food was excellent. Breakfast options fabulous. For us this was absolutely perfect

I visit Bali multiple times a year and I always stay at Mercure Legian. I am happy with it and totally recommend it. Staff are amazing and the 5 star is for them. The only thing that can be improved is the breakfast. Especially the chicken always is dry and terrible. I just wonder how after years visiting there this is still the case and they haven't worked how to cook it. Breakfast also lacking protein. Other than that all good. I will still go there and highly recommend this place.

Booked a suite, but it's more like an oversize studio. Comes with a double sink bathroom and large shower. Pity there was no bath to complete the package. Only issue is it fronts onto front road so a little noisy. The two pools are a treat. Either the slightly more private level 4 or one that fronts the restaurant on L1. Staff were very efficient and friendly. From this hotel it's easy to walk everywhere. It's only a 20 minute walk to Beachwalk centre.

Had a few annoying issues. Shower went hot to cold to hot burning me a few times. It got fixed but it foes get mentioned in reviews going back to January. Bathroom had the Bali sewage smell a few times but got fixed upon request. If you get a pool room try and avoid room numbers 120 to 128. Get some road noise up the corridor and into yr room. 130 upwards much better. Don't swim naked in your pool as there's 3 floors above.oops. Booked no breakfast. On checkin I was told I had breakfast included. Got to breakfast and it wasn't. Location is good being central. Staff nice. All say hello. Good off street parking if uou need it. Didn't eat there. Wasn't a bad stay wasn't a good stay.

The customer service and support we received to unexpectedly extend our stay was fabulous. However the general noise levels in both room we stayed in was high, both from general visitor noise in the hallways, and traffic noise in the second room. There was also a lot of confusion from the kitchen regarding the gluten-free options in the menu - we would order GF items but then were told they weren’t gluten-free (eg sauces used for the fresh spring rolls). There also wasn’t many GF options available in the breakfast buffet and thankfully we could get GF toast provided.

Nice hotel with a good pool and plenty of sunbeds. Rooms are a bit small but nice and the beds are super comfortable. We had a room with pool access which has a small patio for outdoor relaxation. Breakfast is very standard. Ok but not great. All in all a good solid mercure hotel
