Recomend this hotel . Relaxed atmophere and staff are kind and profesional . Hotel rooms clean and spacious . Close to all massage and shops . And convinience store across road and laundry and money exchange. Very good hotel .

No-one on Accor desk to welcome/check us in. Chased for our credit card to put money on our file so we could charge-back to room. Promos in the lifts and elsewhere expired in March 2026. We stayed in May 2026. ALL Accor app. didn’t work to book hotel - we had to email. Couldn’t get rates available in app. ALL Accor app. didn’t have our free drink vouchers inside it. We are GOLD Explorer+ members. There was a charge-back/slip that wasn’t ours attached to our client file. Foyer floor was often dirty. Needs cleaning. Accor-arranged airport transfer driver to leave Bali was using mobile phone while driving and looking at photos of machetes/knives, chatting on WhatsApp. Overall staff were friendly and hotel is lovely. Advertised kids activities (e.g. beading) weren’t setup as promoted - we had to hunt the staff down, ask for them to be setup, and they weren’t supported/run by staff. Shower head in bathroom didn’t work properly. Inconsistent housekeeping items; different quantities or items missed each day. Pools, breakfast buffet and rooms clean and good amenity.

Not as soundproof as advertised. Checked in in a connecting executive suite room. Could hear guests next door talking, opening doors, shower in the middle of the night and the street/traffic noise was shocking at night, bathroom smells of bad sewage/drainage and the room was heavily masked with room spray; requested to move room the following day. New room could also hear staff workers walking up and down daily in the room above us, drilling and splashing water over the balcony, staff were seen on our balcony hosing water down one day. And also the street noise with bikes and trucks passing at night, hard to get a good sleep if you're a light sleeper. Surprised to see the bad ants situation in the bathroom in an hotel room. Ants on vanity got into our toiletries bag and can't leave dirty mugs around, have to rinse them well before ants get to them. Bugs on the couch - got bitten around the thighs; no housekeeping service on the second day and ran out of toilet papers. Chaotic and competitive breakfast area - tables were not turned around quick enough, have to search for unoccupied seats and some with missing cutlery. A staff offered coffee service but we were told we have to pay for coffee when there were two coffee machines? Food was not topped up quick enough, and food variety stays the same throughout our 5 nights (got tired of the same menu for 4 days). Shower pressure is weak and water temperature not holding well - went cold and hot every few seconds (there's a fine line between being an eco friendly establishment and at the expense of the comfort of a paying guest). Not looking for a luxury and five star treatment, but basics are not quite met for this accommodation. Location is good with Warungs/restaurants/convenience mart lining the street and garlic lane/main Legian street just around the corner. Disappointed overall. Could have done better with the whole system.

Fantastic staff, clean room, clean comfy bed and pillows, great aircon and a large balcony. A massive plus for me was no mould smell in room 264😊 Only complaint is the breakfast... although good just needs more variety to choose from otherwise it's the same everyday... think along the lines of the breakfast choices offered at the Pullman 😊 Oh, and it would be nice to have a free tea/coffee station set up all day for those who like a cuppa any time of the day like a lot of other places do
