I had a wonderful stay at The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel, Bali. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the team made me feel truly welcomed. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the hotel for accommodating my special requests so thoughtfully. Their attention to detail and genuine care made my stay even more memorable and comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to Kuta Beach and nearby attractions. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant, and they consistently delivered service with warm smiles and professionalism. A special thank you to Ms. Delia for her outstanding assistance and kindness. Her dedication to ensuring guests have a great experience truly stood out and made a lasting impression on me. Thank you to the entire team at The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel, Bali, for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

We recently stayed at Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel Managed by Accor for two nights in the Heritage Suite King. Overall, the hotel has an excellent location right across from Kuta Beach, and the service from most staff members was warm and welcoming. Staff always greeted us with genuine smiles, which made us feel very welcomed. The Heritage Suite itself was bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The design and atmosphere perfectly matched the hotel's heritage theme. Housekeeping also did a great job keeping our room tidy throughout the stay. However, several issues unfortunately affected our overall experience. Firstly, our suite had a total of four air-conditioning units (two centralized AC controls and two wall-mounted units). One of the wall-mounted units in the lounge was not functioning at all, which was not a major issue as the centralized AC was powerful enough. The more serious concern was the wall-mounted AC located in the bathroom, directly above two bedside lights with an open top design. In the middle of the night, the AC started leaking, and water dripped directly into one of the bedside lights, creating sparking noises. My friend and I were quite alarmed by this potential electrical hazard. We immediately contacted the operator and switched off the AC. Although the hotel offered to send someone to inspect it immediately, we requested for it to be checked the following day as it was already late at night. Unfortunately, we were initially informed that no leakage had been found until I showed them a video proving the issue. Thankfully, no accidents occurred during our stay, but this was a serious safety concern. Secondly, while we appreciated the housekeeping team's efforts, they placed my friend's slippers and mine side by side after cleaning, making it impossible to tell which pair belonged to whom. We eventually had to request a new pair of slippers. The hotel facilities are understandably showing their age, especially considering the large number of guests the property accommodates. However, there were noticeable stains and dust in the bathroom and around the bathtub area. The bathtub surroundings, in particular, were quite dusty and appeared not to have been cleaned thoroughly. Another disappointing experience occurred during breakfast. While queuing for an omelette, another guest cut directly in front of me, and the chef proceeded to take her order first. When I questioned why the guest was allowed to cut the line, no staff member addressed the situation or followed up afterwards. This was very disappointing and left a negative impression. In addition, the hotel appears to be undergoing renovation works. Guests staying in sea-facing rooms should be aware that there was a noticeable sewage smell at times, along with drilling noise in the mornings, which was rather frustrating. What was particularly disappointing was that there was no prior notification about the renovation works before booking, nor was it mentioned during the check-in process. As a guest, I believe the hotel could manage this situation much better by proactively informing guests in advance, especially those assigned to affected rooms. Simple gestures such as providing complimentary earplugs, offering alternative room options where possible, or providing some form of compensation for the inconvenience would demonstrate genuine care for the guest experience. Lastly, I would like to thank AFOM Ari for trying his best to assist us and address our concerns throughout the stay. Although most of the issues were ultimately not resolved, his efforts and professionalism were genuinely appreciated. Overall, Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel has an outstanding location and friendly staff, but improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and guest experience management are needed to fully meet expectations.

The staff were great and provided excellent service. The room was disappointing, we were upgraded to a junior suite, but the view wasn't great and the room was noisy. The room was also looking and feeling a bit tired there were signs of wear and tear and the room would benefit from a bit of TLC. There was a lot of construction noise, there's obviously construction work going on in and around the hotel, we didn't get any warning prior to say work was happening. The music from the bar below was a bit loud at times.
