Putu was very friendly and all-smiles when she welcomed us. She was clear in all of her communications. She ticked every box very easily and professionally! The room was beautiful! It was spacious and clean. I completely forgot that I get complimentary upgrades as an Accor Gold member (and was pleasantly surprised when Putu mentioned it at check-in). The beautiful view of Kuta Beach and the sunsets nightly were beyond imagination. All the Security Officers were friendly, helpful, and chatty. They greeted us every morning when we went out—even gave us recommendations on where we should eat and where we should visit as well—and welcomed us back cheerfully when we returned in the night. The Tante at the gift shop felt like family when we dropped by to browse. Conversations were never dull despite meeting for the first time. The receptionist that assisted us with our late check-out requests was also very cheerful during our interaction. She also communicated very clearly on our benefits and the timing for the late check-out. Putu assisted us with out check-out (which to me felt very full circle). Just like before, she ticked all of the boxes very easily with all smiles. Your entire team made us feel so at home, and we really didn't want to leave. Please know that this is 100% not the last time I'll be staying here. I'm already thinking of coming back for another stay later this year! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The swimming pool was also great, very relaxing and perfect. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and everything tasted fresh. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Special mention to Kak Putu at the Front Office, she was extremely kind, professional, and very helpful. She truly made our experience even more pleasant. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again.

Stayed here for 27 nights (I was told I’m the longest ever staying guest) 90% of the hotel is really good, Bar Service really lets the hotel down - ordered ice for my room, was told the bar was busy - no problem I went to the bar to collect …… mmmmm busy I wouldn’t call it, 4 customers eating and 4 staff (3 were sitting down) Happy hours - it’s quoted (buy 1 get 1 free). - but you can only have what they tell you, then put selected drinks only that would stop any issues - I told the F&B manager this he said he’d change the sign - 4 days later nothing has changed Hotel really needs a lot of maintenance to keep to the standard as advertised You saw the General Manager most mornings checking the breakfast, but didn’t see him again all day - as the longest staying guest ever - you would have thought the GM would make contact …… but he never Food & Beverage prices are expensive for Bali, the sister site next door sell drink and food cheaper Nearly everywhere in Bali charges Govt Tax and Service charge normally about 12-15% but for some reason this hotel charge 21% this is added to every price regardless what you have Had a few issues during the stay 1 family placed either side of my room, running between rooms, Shouting and screaming - but Ari sorted it out Housekeeping staff Auga and Jaya cleaned my room and you couldn’t fault them at all The area that really made my stay great was the Breakfast Staff, Each and everyone of them deserve something (I did tip them on my last day) to 2 chefs that cooked the eggs each morning - OUTSTANDING Would I return ……. The jury is out at the moment

The level of attentiveness you described at the bar is not reflective of the service standards we strive to deliver. Your comments have been shared with our Food & Beverage leadership for immediate review, including clearer communication regarding Happy Hour offerings to avoid any confusion for our guests. We also appreciate your candid feedback regarding maintenance. Keeping our facilities in excellent condition is a priority, and your observations have been forwarded to our Engineering team to reinforce ongoing upkeep and improvement plans. We are truly sorry to learn that you did not have the opportunity to connect with our General Manager during your stay. We believe every guest—especially one who stays with us for such a meaningful length of time—deserves personal recognition. Regarding pricing, kindly note that the 21% charge reflects the combined government tax and service charge applied in accordance with local regulations and hotel policy. However, we understand the importance of transparency and value, and we appreciate your perspective. Thank you once again for your balanced and constructive feedback.
