The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel is a very nice place to stay if you’re looking for a good location. Close to everything you need walking distance to the beach, shopping center, restaurant and local shops if you’re interested in souvenirs. But the main thing I like about this hotel is the staff. Anita and Nita are both great people who every guest will love. Their hospitality, kindness, courteousness brings us comfort and peace and joy in this hotel. Additionally, they speak English very well. So, no worries at all if you have any concerns. Highly recommended 👍

The Hotel is located opposite Kuta Beach, on a very busy road. The check in is easy and efficient. The room we had was noisy from around 5pm to midnight. Loud music, makes it very hard to sleep. The rooms are clean. The restaurant is not exactly what we were looking for, the food was overcooked. Then at nighttime, the noise from the motorbikes and car keep us awake. Breakfast was on one day perfect, the next day not at all. Very inconsistent.

Pre-existing basic Room Amenities were unavailable for no reason but had to repeatedly ask for them on daily basis, such as hand towels, body lotion, bathtub towels. Balcony furniture was not clean. Very less variety of vegetarian/ vegan Indian food and that too further with low taste.

Hand towels, body lotion, and bath towels are standard items that should always be available without guests having to request them—let alone repeatedly. We have been regular guests for a few years now and the prime reason in all honesty is the staff throughout the hotel from the moment security greet us on arrival through the amazing team at check in, those wonderful housekeepers and the exceptionally attentive breakfast team (musicians included!) :-)

I loved to stay here, I have comfort bed and pillows, spacious room. All staffs are friendly specially Linda at the breakfast and Dayu the Duty Manager. They was very polite and very very good at their job . Dayu helps me a lot . I would say she was your asset at this hotel . As a guest you’re lucky to have Dayu and Linda working in your company.
