We stayed 2 nights here. Good ambience with cosy atmosphere. Aji at reception was so welcoming & when we checked out Junior had a great personality with friendly smiles. At breakfast two staff stood above the others and exceeded our expectations, Anita and Nita. The housekeeper Widya kept our room clean with such meticulously care. At Riva bar we were entertained with music duo, one of whom was Wisnu, great voice. Great place in Kuta beach and to see the sunset from Riva rooftop bar & restaurant. Very happy with no complaints.

A very comfortable bed but beware with the noisy Kuta!

The hotel outlook was deceiving and only reveal its beauty once you were inside! The food was amazing, very comfortable bed and really appreciate the upgrade I’ve had (I didn’t even ask). They’ve upgraded me to beach view yet located next to a loud kutabex bar. I don’t mind it. Their music was good :) But, when you did trying to rest, it was impossible to do because the bar only stop banging by midnight. Perhaps double glazed glass door balcony and better noise cancelling insulation could be well considered. In sum, we love this hotel. But next time I’ll ask to be allocated away from the street :)

Check in was fast and efficient, room was lovely although not the best view in the world. Bed extremely comfortable and well appointed. Not happy to have no tea/coffee facilities. There was a 24hr station on the 1st floor but no black tea and the machine for coffee took a bit of working out. Overall though staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was delightful, with excellent variety. Would recommend, if going to Kuta, and would be happy to stay again.

Good all round experience, did need a little maitenance, eg. bath tap wouldnt fill bath as half of water would spray outside the bath
