A short stay to start our holiday in Bali. The Pullman is well located to the shops and services we regularly use in and around Legian. The Pullman has all of the luxuries and facilities that we enjoy and which help us settle in for our holiday. The staff are always friendly and accommodating and their service is fantastic.

This was a trip for my 50th birthday and I had 6 other rooms booked by people coming. We were not even acknowledged as diamond members until day 3 when is obviously when Herbert came back from a weekend off ( he was amazing). Our rooms were not ready until after 4pm on the day we checked in and I had to keep going and checking to see if there were ready. The suite my family and I checked into absolutely stunk and we had to wait 24 hours before we could change rooms - it was very very unpleasant. We had to wait more than 3 hours for a bed to be set up for my daughter and this happened again when we changed rooms. We acutally moved the rooms ourselves after waiting more than 60 minute for someone to help us move our bags. The hotel lacks any form of water sport activities for for familiies to participate in and no aqua aerobics for us to participate in. the service across our stay was incredibly slow and we had to go back numerous times to check that they hadnt forgotten us. Overall a very disappointing experience and after 3 accors stays this trip being dreadful I will be exploring other hotel loyalty groups this year.
