If it were not for Pullman’s reception, porters, drivers, restaurant and house keeping staff… I would not be impressed! Your staff made the stay all worth it. Cleanliness 10/10. Staff 10/10. Amenities 10/10. Food 10/10. Location 10/10. However the rooms… damp smell I assume from the wood furniture and accessories, old bath towels and bathing towels, bedding was clean and white but not comfortable too thin, room kettle not clean. Thank you for providing complementary bottled water everyday. Won’t mind staying at Pullman again.

We spent 13 nights relaxing at our preferred hotel of choice in Bali. As an Accor Platinum member I get great value for money and are well looked after in every way. All our preferences and additional bookings were managed by Astiti and Dewi who looked after all of my requests for assistance perfectly. We used all the food options in the hotel and found the choice, quality and value for money great. The staff in all locations were outstanding and too many to name. Our 8 year old Granddaughter stayed for part of the time and was treated extremely well by all and was encouraged to sing with the nightly entertainment, this made her feel very special. We used the inhouse Spa and the staff were great we were well looked after, myself by Woki? A great stay and thanks to Herbert and your team. See you next time.

Location is good for on foot exploring Legian The hotel is at the end of Sunset Rd and the traffic can be awful. Get a motorbike much easier. We had a great Ocean view room and the view is amazing. The street noise is there but I was pre warned by hotel management that scooters fly along there all night and fireworks are ongoing until around midnight. Breakfast was busy but adequate We tried the buffet and was so so, they tried hard to but food was dry and luke warm Staff really make sure your welcomed and your status recognised. Two pools and nice cold drinks It's a nice place if you want no noise go to the back wing
