Very good hotel. Well positioned, Very friendly staff. Fantastic service. Here is to name a few who really looked after us......Ari, Dody, Chef Wayan, Chef Budi, Suli, Cahya, Nadia, Manga Ayu, Astiti. This was our forth time and many more to come. We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Bali Legian Beach. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making our stay truly relaxing. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of delicious options and a pleasant atmosphere. What really made our experience special was the outstanding service. A big thank you to Citra and Astiti, who went above and beyond by arranging a lovely birthday celebration for my child during breakfast. Their attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care made the moment unforgettable for our family. Overall, excellent room, excellent breakfast, and exceptional service. Friendly and Passionate Staff & Wonderful Resort

Location is excellent and near the beach & shopping venues. The hotel has wonderful staff that provided a welcoming atmosphere! We were treated so well by ARISANDHI, WRAYUDA, EDY, SWAN, DWIK, and DARMAWAN at the rooftop pool bar. They were always attentive to us. The food was delicious and the pools are clean and surrounded by friendly staff. Our only criticism is our room. When entering, the room has a musty smell, which is not pleasant, but you get used to it. I would recommend the garden and pool view rooms, as the beach views have lots of traffic noise from the road that’s between the hotel and beach.
