The staff were lovely. However, the hotel and facilities were dated and dirty. The first room we were provided had multiple issues including a shower that flooded, bath that had rotted taps, mouldy robes, grey sheets and towels, toilet didn’t flush and the fridge leaked on the floor. The hotel uses a very sickly sweet perfume throughout the common areas. The kids pool was great for our little kids but was quite small so may not be suitable for everyone.
