If you are looking for a place with impeccable service, Pullman Legian is the spot. The staff is incredibly friendly, diligent, and always ready to help with a smile. We loved the room because it was so comfortable; the only minor downside is that the bathroom layout feels a bit tight or poorly organized compared to how spacious the bedroom is, but it’s a minor detail. The food was delicious, and the photo session was a brilliant touch to remember the trip by. Overall, a perfect stay!

I would like to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Pullman Bali. I also shared this feedback during check-out, but I believe the seriousness of the experience warrants a clear written complaint. Based on this stay, I am unlikely to consider this hotel for any future business trips. To begin with, my planned check-in time was 3:00 PM. I had already allowed a one-hour buffer, understanding that minor operational delays can happen. However, I was kept waiting until 5:00 PM and was still being told to wait because of operational issues. This level of delay is unacceptable, especially for a business traveler with prior commitments. As a direct consequence, I had to cancel an activity with my business partner. We were also delayed for dinner and lost our reservation at Rock Bar, which could not be rebooked. This significantly affected my schedule and the overall purpose of my trip. What was most disappointing was the way this was handled. The only response offered was a buffet dinner, which did not adequately address the inconvenience caused. It was offered without any real understanding of the impact of the delay on my plans. On the contrary, it only highlighted the fact that my original dinner arrangement had been disrupted. As I was no longer in a position to enjoy that experience as planned, the gesture felt inappropriate and insufficient. The experience worsened further when I finally went to rest after a long and frustrating day. When I got into bed, I found that it was full of sand. This was unacceptable from a cleanliness and housekeeping perspective and far below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this category. Overall, this stay reflected serious shortcomings in both operations and service recovery. The check-in delay caused disruption to my business commitments, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience and do not consider the response provided to be commensurate with the inconvenience caused.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at so far within the Accor group. From the warm welcome at reception to the beautiful room and exceptional service, everything was top-notch. It truly deserves a five-star rating. On the day we arrived, our daughter was hungry, and we were looked after by a lovely gentleman at the restaurant who made us feel very welcome. During breakfast on the second day, Haity, Bella, and Cahya provided outstanding service. On our last day, Yudi also took excellent care of us. Every staff member we interacted with delivered exceptional customer service. The restaurant serves high-quality food with excellent flavors. I also highly recommend the spa and massage—they were very relaxing, and the service was fantastic. I love the way how Diana from the spa did my nail. Very relaxing and confortable. I highly recommend this hotel for families with young children. It has a great-sized swimming pool and an excellent kids' club. If you need someone to look after your children while you're in a meeting or simply want some time to yourself, the kids' club has attentive staff who will take good care of them. The entire team made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. I was a little skeptical about visiting Bali because of my previous experiences, but this hotel completely changed my impression. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations. The only small downside is that, if you're a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs, as you can sometimes hear people talking outside the room. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.
