The room was a bit more dated than I expected, but it was very well-maintained and clean. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and the hotel facilities were absolutely fantastic

We love it, the staff are wonderful and the location is central, and its one of the few places yu can get a beach view from your room.

My feedback is just for hotel management/staff for training purposes. I don’t want to embarrass anyone so please don’t share online. The overall stay was OK. The facilities were lovely but some of the service was not what I expected for that class/price. Good - pools were lovely and service/friendliness was excellent The room service was also outstanding. Price was very reasonable and quality was great. Fitness centre - cleanliness and equipment was good. The service there was appalling. The guy stood there glued to his phone the whole time I was working out. My daughter didn’t have her key and had been knocking on the glass door, right near where he was standing and he didn’t hear her as he was so engrossed in whatever he was looking at on his phone. I eventually saw the messages/call (my phone was on silent) and saw she was there. When I opened the door, he eventually came out of his daze. That’s just not a good look. Perhaps he could be given some other duties if he is bored. It’s just not a good look. Housekeeping - first day our room was cleaned they left us with one main towel (which was still wet) and one face washer. I had to call housekeeping. Second day, we left at 8.30am, and put the cleaning light on. The cleaners were just up the hall and coming in our direction. When I came back at 12.30pm, I was shocked the room had not berm cleaned. Do we had no water, tea or creamer. I called housekeeping and vacated the room and read a book in the lobby whilst they cleaned.

From the start to finish, what a stay at the Pullman legian! Herbert the Ops Manager personally came to welcome us to the hotel and he really is a shining star and an excellent example of a Balinese gentleman as we saw him many times over a 3 night stay chatting with guests. The hotel has themed buffet nights with live music to enjoy whilst having dinner as well as dancers! During our first dinner evening, they had fire dancers. Arabian night we had belly dancers etc. The room was very comfortable and clean. Location, it is directly opposite Kuta beach and around the corner from Garlic Lane where you can shop. Special mention to staff Ayik and Astiti who helped make our stay amazing. They were so helpful and made the check out process very pleasant. All the staff gave me a lovely first impression of Balinese people as a first time visitor to Bali.
