It was a pleasant stay. We had an upgraded room from our Gold Plus Membership. But we need to wait for additional hour at the lobby. Arrived late to the hotel. Officially got to rooms at 18.00. Given late check out by Mr.Edi, however the service team was not informed about this and enter our room at 12.00 the next day. The room was OK spacious, amnenity are plenty, several parts of the furniture look tired and need replacement, room is mouldy, and dirty in some spot. Coffee machine is broken. Garden looked amazing. swimming pool was renovated during our stay. Food was perfect. Middle east buffet is excellent. Breakfast is wonderful, a lot of options. Welcome drink is a available for us, and we redeemed it at the bar.

Great resort, loved the service, the food, the pools. Couldnt find a fault with any of it. The clarinet player by the infinity pool on Friday was great entertainment too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, just a short walk from both the beach and nearby shopping areas. It appears they are currently renovating their rooms, and we likely stayed in one of the older ones. Unfortunately, the sliding door to the bathroom was broken when we arrived. While the maintenance team worked on a temporary fix, the door never fully closed, and if it did, you risked getting stuck inside. On the bright side, the air conditioning was excellent, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was a standout feature, offering a wide variety of options, including dedicated stations for pancakes, coffee, and eggs. The chicken bacon was a particular favorite! One area for improvement would be managing the pool loungers. Many guests reserved them as early as 6:30 AM by placing towels, only to leave for breakfast and occupy them for the rest of the day, which was quite inconsiderate. A sign discouraging this behavior would be beneficial. The adults-only infinity rooftop pool was a highlight, offering a tranquil and relaxing space, and the gym, while small, was clean and well air-conditioned. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and once the room renovations are complete, the experience will likely be even better. I highly recommend this hotel!
