The check-in process was very smooth and efficient. We arrived early, so our room was not yet available. We went out for lunch and, by the time we returned, our room was ready. Unfortunately, the first room we were given was facing the kids' pool and was quite noisy. However, the following day, we were offered a different room, which was much nicer and more comfortable. I would especially like to thank Dali for helping us with the room change and making sure we were happy with the new room. I really appreciated the assistance and the effort to resolve the issue. The housekeeping team does a great job with the daily cleaning service, and I have no complaints about their effort or service. However I can feel the age and general wear and tear of the hotel facilities. Some areas and furnishings are starting to show their age, which affects the overall impression of the accommodation. The breakfast selection is okay, but overall quite basic and not particularly outstanding. Since I stayed for 8 nights, I noticed that the selection felt somewhat repetitive. I would have appreciated more variety, especially more Balinese or Indonesian dishes, as this would have made the breakfast experience more interesting and representative of the local cuisine. The breakfast service was a little chaotic during my stay. On two occasions, my table was mistakenly cleared or assigned to another guest while I was still having breakfast. I had left my room key on the table, and there was still food on it, so I was unsure how the situation happened. I also noticed that this was not an isolated incident, as I saw other guests experience similar issues several times. That said, I could see that the staff genuinely tried to resolve the situation and offered several options to make up for the inconvenience. I felt that the team was doing their best to provide good service and recover from the mistakes. Although there were some operational issues, I appreciated the staff's attitude and efforts to handle them professionally. Special thanks to Frans. On the other hand, the dinner service was exceptionally smooth, and all the team members were very professional and attentive. Unfortunately, I did not get their names, but I would like to highlight that everyone I interacted with during dinner was absolutely amazing. Their service and professionalism made the dining experience very enjoyable. I would like to mention specifically the F&B staff in the restaurant, Suli, Yudi, Intan and everyone who worked at night during dinner service. Thank you for making our experience such a pleasant memory.

I am a Platinum ACCOR Member. We were initially placed in an upgrade room which was so noisy due to street traffic We could not sleep until 2am. We complained and were moved, but with minimal apology and no subsequent follow-up. The rooftop pool was then closed for a function which was not notified at all. ACCOR desk staff could not advise of the reason. Communication is totally lacking in this hotel.
