Many staffs are not professional, especially hotel manager. We will not stay again absolutely.

very poor front office and support, in line we requested in two days over 3 times to have a word with the GM, without feedback. the second day of our 4 days stay, the second person of the hotel reached out, solved all issues and was adequate support.

The stay at Pullman Legian Bali was quite good overall. The hotel was comfortable, and I had a pleasant experience during my stay. The room was nice and relaxing, making it a comfortable place to rest. However, one downside was the bathtub faucet. The water pressure was very weak, and the water was not hot enough. Because of this, it took a very long time to fill the bathtub, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a decent and comfortable stay, but the bathtub water issue could definitely be improved.
