A real gem of a hotel and superb staff

I really like this hotel and I’ve stayed a few times. My last trip was just two nights. I love it since the location is really excellent since it’s situated directly between the domestic and international terminal and an easy 5 minute walk from both terminals. Staff here are superb. I was checked in within minutes and my room was excellent. I really like the efficiency of the air conditioning in the room here. It works but is very quiet, so you can sleep with it on! Breakfast is extensive and the staff are super helpful. I enjoyed breakfast on both days and felt the choice was great. The Executive lounge has some good food and is open from noon until 2130. Happy hour with a large spread of food and alcohol is long and runs from 1800 until 2130. My only complaint is the staff on duty the night I went could have been a little more pro-active serving the alcohol. I had to keep asking for a refill, which I thought was a downside. Overall, this hotel is excellent and highly recommended.

Checking in was seamless, checking out time is 12pm which makes a difference in sleeping in and not rushing out the hotel in the morning. Breakfast buffet was open from 8 - 11am plenty of time for a breakfast meal and morning tea. :)

Stayed overnight while waiting for our flight back home. Hotel room is very clean and very comfortable for us, having 1 kid it is still spacious. Location is very convenient, you’ll just walk straight to the terminal. Staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous and offering different variety of foods.
