I had a lovely stay - customer service was lovely and the room was clean and comfortable. I left my small pillow behind and I have emailed twice but no-one has replied to me. I would like it sent back to me in Australia as it is a pair and I can't get another cover like that anymore.

Knew there was a way from airport departure to hotel via the lift but ended up having to drag suitcases up through the underground carparks. We were both a little confused, but knew we had to get to third floor.

The hotel is lovely and very clean, it is very welcoming and the staff is super nice and helpful. Windy at reception was excellent and really helped us make our stay even better. Always greeted with a smile and ready to help with our queries. Unfortunately what I did not like is the breakfast which it was paid for extra, whereby even though it was stunning to look at since the choice was abundant however most of the pastries where stale, hard as a rock even the bread was very dry. I felt that this section was either ignored by the staff or else maybe have no idea how this food is supposed to be (since it is not local food).

Wonderful transit stay at Novotel before our flight to Labuan Bajo. The team was very accommodating with my request to leave one luggage behind. We stayed here for convenience as we had a late flight the access to the airport made it so easy, all the facilities at the hotel were great, the pool, room service and runway bar to watch the planes.

I arrived late at night on an inbound flight, and finding the hotel was much easier than a taxi ride through Bali. I requested a room overlooking the runway, and it had a nice view of planes while not being too noisy. I also visited the Executive Lounge which had free snacks while watching planes arriving and departing.

A quick walk from the terminal. Was able to get some rest after arriving at one in the morning. Very nice breakfast before we started our day at 9 AM. The room was perfect for this purpose.
