Hi, I just want to appreciate all the staff that made my stay a delightful experience. Special thanks Sini & Windy They greet me and looked after me well. They sincerely assisted me with everything. Tiramusu in the hotel is amazing. I would love to try that one more time. The breakfast was good too. Krisna from the Restaurant/ Bar was really helpful. He identified my need and assisted me without hesitation. The House keeping staff were really kind and assisted me to the best of their ability.I want to appreciate the people who worked during my stay. A round of applause to your exceptional staff members, I hope this massage will find them and bring a smile to their faces. Thank you very much ! Best Regards, Nimesh J.

I went to the lounge and I was greeted very warmly & friendly by your staff Sri Wiyani.She is so polite ,courteous & show how happy she was to serve me. This is why I really love this hotel is because of staff like Sri. I will 10000% recommend family & friends about this hotel and especially Sri.

It looked a bit sketchy at first walking from the airport but it was just different for us. The atmosphere is so beautiful and the service is good, the staff are super friendly. The rooms were so cute and the beds omg the beds were so comfy, my husband and I slept like babies! You definitely get more bang for your buck here and it’s nice and peaceful. The buffet breakfast was delightful and the vibes were just all round great!

The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything you need for a short stay: air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. I also enjoyed the outdoor pool, which was clean and relaxing, as well as the restaurant’s breakfast buffet—it had a great variety of both Western and Indonesian dishes.
