I booked a room to stay for about four hours before my midnight flight. The front desk receptionist, Nilam, had such a kind and cheerful manner that my fatigue disappeared the moment I checked in. Hi, I just want to appreciate all the staff that made my stay a delightful experience. Special thanks Sini & Windy They greet me and looked after me well. They sincerely assisted me with everything. Tiramusu in the hotel is amazing. I would love to try that one more time. The breakfast was good too. Krisna from the Restaurant/ Bar was really helpful. He identified my need and assisted me without hesitation. The House keeping staff were really kind and assisted me to the best of their ability.I want to appreciate the people who worked during my stay.
