Conveniently located for my late arrival though confusing to access from the Arrival area of airport. Signs not clear, but lots of people around so I kept asking and eventually found it, walking through a dark parking garage which seemed strange, perhaps I missed another entrance?? Lobby and restaurant seem nice, but room was spartan and furniture worn, carpets quite dirty. I booked a room with a view of the runway which I wanted, but they “upgraded” me to a suite which I did not prefer as I was traveling solo and only for one night so wanted the fun of seeing the aircraft, not two rooms. Both my booked room and my upgraded room included access to the executive lounge but it doesn’t open until noon and I had to leave at that time so that was disappointing. Overall this hotel is a convenient option for a late arrival or early departure, and the staff was efficient and kind, but otherwise missed the mark for me.

This was our first stay at the Novotel at Bali airport and it exceeded our expectations. Only a few minutes walk from the terminal, very modern and clean and the rooms were very clean and well equipped. Very quiet too which was great especially after a late flight. The buffet breakfast was amazing and the staff were so helpful and lovely. I also had a massage at the spa which was excellent. I will definitely be back again.

the hotel reached out in advance of my arrival for my estimated arrival time, I gave them my flight number and expected arrival of around 2130. Upon arrival at ~2135, as a Platinum member, there was no room ready for me. I was at the front of my aircraft and beat the rush of people coming off my plane. but then was stuck waiting in the lobby whilst other guests arriving after me where getting their room keys and I was then stuck. I booked the airport hotel to rest quickly after a long day of travelling. As a platinum member who had advised of flight number and expected arrival there is no excuse for making me wait for a room to be ready. The room should have been ready for me and any keys could have already been cut ready to go for me.
