We stayed overnight due to a late flight into Bali. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was great. I'd definitely stay again if I had a late flight.

We had just arrived very tired late at night and booked this hotel due to convenience as we had an early flight the next morning. On arrival at the reception there were 2 desk staff, and about 10 couples waiting to check in. The staff took at least 10 -15 minutes to check each person or group into their rooms, and this seems excessive. On top of that, there was no air-conditioning in the reception area. I had pre-booked the room so not sure why it took 15 minutes to give us a room key. Definitely won’t be staying again.

Best customer service ever - the hotel delivered breakfast to our room at 4 am since we had an early morning flight. Nice large room and easy walk to the airport terminal.

This was my third time at the Novotel Airport. My only issue was with the late checkout. I’d arranged it via email back in July for my September stay, and the online team confirmed I could pay for it upon arrival, which I did. They were great to deal with. On checkout day, reception called at 11:50am to remind me to leave by noon, but after I mentioned my 6pm checkout, they checked and confirmed it was all paid for. Then, between 1:30 and 2pm, housekeeping knocked despite my "do not disturb" sign. They were surprised I was still there, so I had to explain the situation again. Clearly, the info hadn't been passed on. Around 2:45pm, I went to get an ice coffee, but when I got back, my key card didn't work. Housekeeping had to let me in again. This was especially annoying because my key hadn't worked when I first arrived, either, though a staff member had quickly sorted it out then. The staff here are always wonderful, but these communication gaps really sour the experience. I’ve had a seamless late checkout here before, so I know it can be done. Overall, the hotel needs better internal communication for late checkouts, but otherwise, everything was fantastic.

Great except for the room location. I’d injured my knee as asked for a room near the lift. Ended up in one of the rooms about as far away from the lift that you can get. Disappointed.
