We understand how frustrating it must have been to find that the TV was not working and that the couch was missing, particularly when you needed to access the in room dining menu and had to use the bed for seating instead. We always stay here when we arrive late for our holiday. After passing through customs we are arrive in about 5 minutes walk. Check in is always smooth and staff are great. Rooms are quiet and very comfortable and breakfast is delicious. We then book a room for our last day of holidays before our late night flight home.

Staying at the Novotel is really convenient if you are flying out to another location the next day after having arrived late evening in Bali. It saves you having to go into Denpasar and sleep in a hotel for 1 night then return to the airport. Beautiful rooms and quiet.

If there are any signs or indicators to show how to walk-in at airport, it would be very helpful. My family have to walk a long way and around outside with heavy baggage.
