I've always enjoyed the Tribe brand for its design and energy and the same can be said for the one in Bali. Great communal areas and a lovely (if small) pool make the place inviting, while the rooms have plenty of character. The staff are amazing: Friendly, warm, and always looking out for you. I didn't realise this but there's even free laundry, and they helped me transfer it to the dryer and even packed it up for me. Over time, many of them started to recognise me too so it's really personable. The only thing I would recommend is to have the lights at the small pantry shelve to have its own switch for control that's all. The breakfast selection is decent but I also found some items can be improved, like the hard boiled eggs weren't really hard boiled on two days, and the french toast was really tough. But still would love to come back again next time.
