The staff are very friendly and helpful but that’s about where the good news ends. The roof top restaurant is like hell. The heat is so unbearable at any time of the day. Every guest had sweat running off them and I can only imagine what the heat is doing to the food that’s meant to be kept cold. The breakfast was average, most of the time there was no food left or if there was it was dry and unbeatable and there was little variety day to day. We also ate at the rooftop for dinner and the food wasn’t much better, very dry/over cooked and small portion size. The reception area is also like hell with no aircon or breeze, checking in and out or leaving the hotel is also uncomfortable due to the heat. The gym is extremely small with very minimal equipment and again hot due to lack of aircon. The pool area is too small and the restaurant is too big. With only 6 sun beds to service the entire hotel it’s hard to get a spot to get any sun. We stayed in your sea view suite which was a mistake and to be honest disappointing. The view is carp and the noise from the street between midnight and 5am makes it impossible to sleep. The idiots on scooters with loud exhaust systems racing up and down the street every night is insane. Obviously not the hotel’s fault but a reason I would never stay there again.

Tribe Kuta it’s a perfect service, best location and nice design. Any employee at reception solve any problem at short time. Restaurant at 6 floor it’s a best sunset-view at Kuta. And very tasty food. At the parking Made always help you with any problem. Room- cleaning make your room as new! Strongly recommended place!

Great amenities and service, however poor planning on location for our part as the places we would go to were always further away and therefore we spent longer in traffic. Would recommend the hotel for anyone staying mostly in Kuta and would not need car transportation to get around.
