Overall, this hotel was beautifully designed, with comfortable rooms and good communication from reservation staff prior to arrival. There were a few hiccups due to poor communication/training of a number of staff located on the property and soundproofing leading to the hallway. But nothing so terrible to destroy the overall experience. I can certainly recommend this hotel.

Staff were amazing and friendly , happens there was a wedding and the atmosphere was wonderful. Every detail was excellent just one thing to improve as i was staying in room 257 and the hallway sound and noise were so clear to hear in the room

Enjoyed my stay, with a good selection of food. Friendly and helpful staff. Negatives were Sun area of the pool was too small with very few sunbeds. Bedding and clothes smelt of dampness which I believe was due to the air-conditioning.

Amazing experience with tribe bali kuta, perfect location next to the beach and centrally located in kuta. Great price for accomodation offered. 24 hour room service was a first for me but very handy and also reasonably priced food. Nice hotel and very clean, beautiful rooms and also very clean.
