We are Accor explorer and gold members. This was on our account but despite this we kept getting charged for things without the discount and had to send bills back to be fixed every day. We went to the front counter 3 times to have this rectified and were told each time that it was. Wrong items were on bills and they tried to tell us one of our rooms didn’t have a membership on it when it did. In the restaurant the service was terrible, took forever to get water and even then only half of us would get it, mains would come out before entrees, drinks just wouldn’t come - it was horrible. We had late check out to 8pm. At 6pm I got a text asking why we hadn’t checked out. I responded to say we had late check out and got a confirmation text to apologise for the mix up. I asked them to confirm our keys would still work and got no response. We returned to our rooms and no keys worked. The front desk again tried to tell us we had passed late check out but this time they said 7pm was check out. Manager on duty was rude and unhelpful. No one was at a counter to help, instead all of the workers were standing around the corner talking. We called the switch line from our room to get help with our bags and for 10 minutes no one answered the phone. Lunches at the pool bar were always delivered in halves and when you followed up about the other half it came cold as it had been sitting waiting for someone to collect it. Room had a plague of ants in it. One of the kids hit their head at kids club and had a large open gash on their head and no one called parents to let them know. We didn’t find out until they were picked up. They advertise that they have an entire floating obstacle course but only two parts remain and they’ve done nothing to replace them. Only reason I’m not giving it a one is because the day spa was lovely and I would recommend it to others. Won’t be returning.

As soon as we arrived we felt a sense of ‘wow’. Reception area was stunning and the check in experience was easy and pleasant. Our adjoining rooms for our family were spacious. The housekeeping was so attentive. The venue was fantastic with all the different pool side areas to accommodate all ages. The beach access was perfect and allowed an enjoyable walk on the beach every morning. The sunsets and atmosphere on that beach was breathtaking. We had a brilliant time and will be back. Thank you

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with a great pool, good breakfast variety and a lovely atmosphere. A special mention goes to Henny, the Customer Relations Manager, who was outstanding, friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The kids club was also excellent. A few small improvements would make the experience even better, such as more flexibility with breakfast timings and offering the signature Mövenpick ice cream on site as a complimentary touch at least in the chocolate hour.

Great family hotel and pool. Only downside was how slow food was at lunchtime, took over 45 mins every time which isn’t great with kids.
