I’ve stayed in many different places around Bali, particularly in Nusa Dua, but once I discovered the Novotel Bali Benoa, I simply couldn’t stay anywhere else. This resort is, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever experienced! My favorite accommodation is the Tropical Terrace Suite. These suites are stunning, beautifully designed, and incredibly private. With no neighbors above you, you can truly enjoy your own peaceful retreat. The private garden sitting area is a delightful touch, and it leads directly to a pathway that takes you to the resort’s private beach—a true slice of paradise. The room itself is enormous, as is the bathroom. The bed and pillows are hands down the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The bathroom is a luxurious oasis, featuring a generously sized rain shower and a freestanding bathtub that’s perfectly positioned for a spa-like experience. The resort offers three swimming pools, restaurants and bars - the food is exceptional. The staff are incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely make you feel at home. I couldn’t recommend this resort highly enough—it’s a hidden gem in Bali. I stayed here for four weeks, but I could have easily stayed four months! Nusa Dua is my favorite area in Bali because it’s away from the hustle and bustle, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Whether you’re traveling as a family, a couple, or even solo (like I was), the Novotel Bali Benoa is the ideal place to unwind and rejuvenate.

Beautiful hotel with the most kind and helpful staff, nothing was too much effort. My room which was a deluxe garden suite was peaceful and relaxing, well kept, spacious and clean. The beachside pool is beautiful & even though 2 other pools were out of action having maintenance done during my stay, the main infinity pool was big enough for the number of guests. It never felt crowded. The poolside restaurant was good for drinks and snacks, however the 2 main meals I ordered were mediocre at best, not much flavour going on….so I definitely recommend eating out. I will definitely be returning!

I have stayed in this hotel many times since I was a kid with my parents. Now I’ve had my own kids and I’ve continued to stay here since they were babies until now they’re in their teens. I even came here during the pandemic. There’s an atmosphere that keeps me coming back. Even though the beach has shrinked due to erosion. Even though back then the staff were a little less friendly towards domestic guests (common attitude in resorts), they have improved since then. The breakfast used to be something we most looked forward to as it was always superb in quality, taste, variety and appearance. Even during the pandemic it was much better than expected. However today as the tourism is slowly recovering, I find the breakfast rather less appetizing. I was expecting the breakfast to be a consolation for the heavy rains. Anyway, I hope this is just a fluke and it will soon return to its former glory. The staff is friendly and helpful and the manager Ms Devi offered us complimentary spa services, which we appreciated. We hope the hotel would maintain its standard and keep improving so that my kids would have great reasons to come here with their families too someday.

Excellent hotel with top service. Room service, cleaning staff, and kitchen staff (in particular lovelly Sukaseni, she makes the vest homelets!) at top notch! We stayed in the two bedroom villa, which has two large bedrooms, with walk-in wardrobe each and in suite bathrooms with shower and bath. Perfect place to work abroad and also relax!

I have visited Novotel Bali Benoa several times and it always memorable moment to enjoy. I really like the view of the beach area and the gardens around the beach, from this resort we can also enjoy the sunrise before going to the Uluwatu restaurant for breakfast. Novotel Bali Benoa is another word for warmth, comfort and friendliness. All the staff are very friendly, especially Wisnu in f&b service who always greets us very well. The food here is also delicious apart from being supported by comfortable rooms and complete facilities. I really look forward to my next visit here.
