Hotel was lovely and relaxed. Bit of a journey to get to anything but that’s most of Bali now with the traffic.

The staff at the resort are all great ambassadors for Novotel. They were all so polite and friendly and every request was not only met but exceeded. Special shout out to Agug at the reception desk and our room attendant Swan. All the reception desk staff, the hospitality staff and the spa staff were so warm, welcoming and helpful. The resort was well maintained and there always seemed to be maintenance staff working on upgrades, renovations and fixes which was great to see. The food served at the various outlets was fantastic and the variety was good. My only suggestion would be a few more vegetarian/vegan dishes. I stayed in a pool access room and the room was lovely and well maintained. The only negative was an unpleasant smell that would occasionally come from the bathroom. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. A suggestion I would make is a shuttle to one of the larger shopping areas.

On-site restaurant is good , air conditioning, and convenient access to Beech but its not Great hotel just average .

Everything including the room, the services, the restaurant are excellent. However, the most impressive thing is the turtle releasing experience. I was very surprised that we could visit and even touch so many different kinds of animals in the animal shelter!! Of course, the happiest thing was to release a baby turtle to the sea. Seeing the little turtle being freed, we were very impressed and truely wish that they can grow up happily.
