We booked for one night stay between flight into Bali and ferry to Lembongan. We were delayed and arrived exhausted around 3am. Advertised as 1 king and 1 sofa bed I assumed would comfortably accommodate 2 in each bed but when we got to the room it was 1 king and a day bed so we had 3 of us in king bed. The sofa bed was not made up so I had to request sheets to make up this bed and there were only 2 towels in the room. The linen took about 30 minutes to arrive. Very disappointing to arrive at this time and be waiting for linen and room just not ready for 4 people even though it was booked for 4 people. Despite this the room is nice and breakfast is good. The view from the hotel breakfast is lovely.
