I came with my family for the first time in Bali staying at Novotel Bali Benoa. We arrived close to midnight on the first night and had staff take care of our bags and were greeted with a delicious hibiscus tea on arrival. Check in was smooth and quick. The hotel room was great and was configured to fit 3 people - 1 adult and 2 kids with us each having our own bed. Also had a lovely balcony with a view overlooking the pool area. The kids loved spending time in all the pools and the vibe of the hotel was very chill. The pool which overlooked the beach was stunning! The hotel had a beautiful layout and was next to the beach. The staff were friendly and diligent, checking in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. We ate at the breakfast buffet several times and it had a great selection of food from local Balinese food to international food. We could sit near the beach while eating and enjoying the cool breeze. The package also included an photoshoot with free photos. Overall had a fantastic experience at Novotel and would highly recommend! We will be back.

We stayed for five nights. Breakfast was good, food at cocos and room service was pretty good. Reasonably priced. Great location on Benoa beach.
