Our first impression of this hotel was that it seemed to arise from a garden of exotic flowers. The main restaurant led out to a swimming pool and a private beach. The food was very good in both the restaurants. There was live entertainment with dance shows and live music. We stayed in rooms located across the narrow road from the hotel. Although this was a busy road, there was always someone on duty to stop the traffic and to help people across. In fact, they even had umbrellas in case of rain. Our room was very spacious. From the back there was direct access to the swimming pool. We had our own sun lounger area. The hotel staff was excellent, charming and helpful.

This is our 5th stay, we’re satisfied as ever. The staff are very friendly, from the receptionist team; Alit and another gentleman that checked us in and greeted us every time they saw us, to Ibu Gungsri and Ibu Parwati who checked us out and made sure our transport was ready. Thank you to Ibu Utari and Pak Sumiarta from F&B who spent some time to chat with us and made us feel at home. Special thanks to A. gentleman staff who helped my son when he slipped on the wet stairs and hurt his heel. I may not get his name’s right, Pak Yunianta/Sunianta. Overall the hotel is in excellent condition. Our room was cleaned everyday and the aircon worked perfectly. We love our stay and we’ll be back whenever we are in Bali
