Stayed for one night for the CAFEO conference. The front office was superb, check-in was done in a blitz. I stayed in room 358. The room is outdated, AC is loud, and the room is also a little bit smelly. Hope the management will take notes of it and do repairing in near future. Thanks

Rooms where old run down, when we arrived there was blood on our bed linen which had to be changed, no power points in the “bathroom” to connect hair dryer and straightener. No storage anywhere as two girls sharing the room we found it small and cramped and hard to move around once suitcases were in the room. Bar fridge didn’t work and room was filled with ants. The overall pool area was run down and the walking boards around the pool felt unsafe and insecure as they moved under foot. This hotel was nothing like we expected and nothing like the add had suggested. The only positives where the gardens were beautiful and the staff were very attentive and helpful.
