Good location and value for money. Very helpful and polite onsite staff. Just please improve your customer service for online inquiries & emails - i received a lot of automatic replies for a query that needed immediate attention re airport transfer request (via booking.com) and no specific feedback and confirmation received :-( Also, please clean/wash your pillow cases/beddings properly -- it smells bad despite daily make up of our room.

Room was clean with complete amenities. Breakfast was good and the pool big for 4 star hotel. Has shuttle to the beach with only 10 minutes. Near by shops and penninsula garden

Could use a little refurbishment

While there were some positive aspects, there were also a few drawbacks. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The location is another strong point—tucked away in a quiet area but still close to everything you need. However, the hotel itself feels very old and poorly maintained. The room had a noticeable odour, which made the stay less comfortable. With some updates and better maintenance, this place could have a lot of potential, but in its current state, it falls short of expectations.

Rooms are old, felt more like a 2-3 star hotel (on the hardware) if not for the staffs. Not sure how to put it, but everything is just okay. Nothing really stands out, yet no real complaints.
