Had a great stay at Mercure Nusa Dua! The staff made all the difference—special thanks to Sujana, Dek Sri, and Ayu at the bar and restaurant for their warm and attentive service. Also appreciated the helpful reception team, especially Sinta and Mirah, who made check-in smooth and welcoming. Would definitely come back!

We had a few hiccups during our stay, however, the staff go above and beyond to help resolve your problems. After exchanging money at an exchange kiosk at the end of the drive (left, few doors down) my friend was scammed for 2million idr. The next day security came down with us and got our money back. Only go to legit money change banks to exchange money. We had very noisy neighbours, we spoke to the manager and she moved us to a quieter room. We can't thank the staff enough for their hospitality, everyone is friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus to and from the beach is brilliant, one every hour, if more people waiting, they come back for you. Our time here was very pleasant despite the few little matters mentioned. I stayed at Hotel Mercure Bali Nusa Dua for 3 nights and overall, I was quite satisfied with my experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but I did notice that it was a bit dirty in some areas especially the floor and corners. Overall, this is a comfortable hotel with good service and complete facilities. I would definitely consider staying here again if I visit Nusa Dua.
