Smelly room, leaked air con

Smelly room, pillow, blanket and even towel ! Leaking air con made the floor wet in the room I was arrived 11pm from my trip Already too tired to complaint Want to drink some hot tea but no spoon or fork on the room Put some water bottle in the fridge, thinking it would be cold when i came back, but the truth is, even the fridge not working at all ! When i checked out, me and my wife passing by some man hotelier on the way to parking lot, but not even 1 tried to help my wife with his case This is not 4 stars hotel should be operating And this is indeed top 3 worst accor group hotel i visited since the first time i using the app I was on room 242 btw And 1 more, the central aircon not working at all, they installed 1 new portable aircon which also not that work to cooling down the temperature Is this even a joke or a prank? I know i paid using accor point But its not free tho Still need to acumulate the point

Mercure for a lean budget

A short stay on a budget while playing golf in Bali. The hotel presents beautifully upon arrival and reflects a grandeur from previous decades. Though older now, the ground staff maintain the facilities very well. Check in was quick and efficient. The room was neat and made up regularly. The room packed in as much as possible and was suitable for solo travel. The bed was firm and small for my size. It was also hard to get under the shower...though the hot water and pressure made up for this. Breakfast was fine, and the pool was very refreshing. Generally, was a satisfactory stay for the budget I had.
