We spent 12 nights in a ground floor room with an outdoor patio. Breakfast and either lunch or dinner were included in this package, along with a cocktail each night. The room was very quiet, fairly small, but very functional and comfortable. The air-conditioner was on pretty much all the time, and was very quiet. The bed was comfortable, the block out curtains really worked, and the shower was amazingly good - great water pressure. The room was very clean and in good condition for an older building. Breakfast was a buffet, dinner was a limited a la carte menu and was exceptional, beautifully prepared and cooked fresh to order. However, the highlight of Mercure Nusa Dua is definitely the staff. They were truly above and beyond magnificent. There were many young school age trainees, that were an absolute delight.

We stayed at Mercure Bali Nusa Dua with our extended family and overall were satisfied with the hotel’s facilities and comfort. However, we would like to share an incident that occurred at the swimming pool area, where our child sustained a foot injury due to the surface of the tiles, which required medical treatment and stitches at a nearby hospital. We hope the hotel can evaluate and improve safety standards in that area to prevent similar incidents in the future. On the other hand, we truly appreciate the prompt and professional response from the hotel team in handling this situation. In particular, we would like to express our gratitude to Mrs. Rey for her care and assistance during our stay, including providing a wheelchair, showing concern for our child’s condition, and offering additional support that was very helpful. We sincerely hope that Mercure Bali Nusa Dua will continue to improve its safety standards while maintaining the excellent service provided to its guests.

I had a pleasant stay at Mercure Bali Nusa Dua. The hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful gardens and a spacious pool, perfect for relaxing. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, although a bit dated in some areas. Breakfast selection could be improved with more variety. Overall, a good stay and great value for a quiet getaway in Nusa Dua.
