It's a great location however the property is run down. Need a lot of maintenance

I was disappointed with the F&B facility of the Hotel! I am not a big fan of cats and at the breakfast area many cats are walking around the restaurant.

From arrival to Bali the hotel reservation already made a mistake, I booked 2 taxi for airport pick up but they only sent 1 taxi and I need to wait for another taxi to arrive. No welcome drink voucher or fruit in the room as Gold member. The hotel only provided the welcome drink voucher and sandwiches the next after I complaint to the front desk. The coffee house for the breakfast is quite small and on Sunday, it was quite pack with guest. Some guest cannot find any sits and will need to stand until we finally have the sit/table. I called the front desk to get iron and board but after 3 calls, still they did not send to my room. Finally, we need to go down to reception desk and took on our own. The hotel a bit run down and maybe lack of manpower or customer orientation. Will need to improve or else guest may stop coming to this facility. Regards
