Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We regret that one of your rooms had an inoperative air conditioner and that the room upgrade was not arranged as promptly as it should have been despite your request. We also apologize for the issue with the sink's hot water lever, which was difficult to operate. This is certainly not the level of comfort and service we strive to provide.
