Our Family have travelled to Bali for many years and found this hotel by recommendation of local friends because they said this hotel is very airy, the rooms are big, clean also staff are very warm and friendly and good service. Comfortable beds and pillows, towels and bed linen changed daily which is great. Breakfast is adequate hot and cold buffet which changes every day . The location was also a PLUS, walking distance to almost many places and very safe. There are just a few things that I would suggest to the manager, the hotel facilities look very tired, from the exterior outside and inside the rooms. We saw the windows and especially the TV, which looks like it's time to upgrade because it's too small for the size of the room. I recommend SMART TV because your guests will be SMART too 😀 We would definitely recommend this hotel because of the Room size, friendly staff and good location and i hope my next visit this Hotel will looking younger than its age😀.

Ibis Styles is a lovely hotel, the staff are for the lovely and willing to help. Its an easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and a block back from the beach. The pool and grounds are very well looked after. I had a delux ground floor room which has both an indoor and an outdoor shower, Air con fridge and comfy bed. Breakfast was included and nothing to fault there, even a self serve coffee machine, fruit yoghurt, assorted pastries a lot of choice for hot food as well as the eggs cooked anyway you like. The only issue i had was on check in. I dealt with the hotel directly and paid for one night accomm as a deposit for the ground floor delux room. On arrival after a long flight the receptionist happily took my money for the balance of the trip. A nice chap came and took my bags and off we went. My bags were being carried up the first flight of stairs and then onto the 2nd flight of stairs. They had allocated me a room on the 3rd floor. Which are much cheaper. I went straight back to reception to enquire what had happened to my ground floor delux room and was told there were none available. Then the night manager was called. He told me there was one but i could only have it for one night. I said i had just paid you in full for the ground floor delux room not the cheaper 3rd floor room. I was made to wait at reception for approx an hour with the staff all staring at their computers and not saying much. They told me they would try their best to fix the problem in the morning and that they would look after me. Finally i asked if i could go to the room i had for that night. The next day i enquired with the day staff if there was a problem with my room for the balance of my stay, he looked at the computer and said no the room had always been block booked for my stay. Ive travelled to Bali many times and ive encountered this at other places, very annoying to say the least. The last thing you want after a very long day is to have a drama on check in. I met several returning guests who won’t stay anywhere else and highly recommend this hotel. I would stay there again if i could be assured of no dramas on arrival.

I was stayed last end of october this year at ibis styles bali legian with my family The located its very strategic close to the beach Hotel are very clean and staff its very friendly The pool its very nice there is kids pool also for my children I'll be back again this year on december for celebrate new year with my family

I stayed at Ibis styles Bali Legian at the end of October this year. My experience was very impressive. The hotel is nice, comportable and clean. The staff are very friendky and very helpful. The breakfast menu has many variations and is very tasty. The location hotel is very strategic, close to the beach, approximately 5 minutes on foot. There are many restaurants, shop for holiday needs, ig is very easy to get it around this hotel. The price of the room is reasobable. If i go to bali definitely stay again at Ibis styles bali Legian.

The worst place I stayed in Bali. This place is literally falling apart and nothing really works. I stayed in Mercure Bali Legian for even lesser price before I went to this stupid hotel. Luckily I stayed here only for 1 night! Water was dripping from the aircon. Shower and wash basin was a mess! Water was not coming out properly. Obviously the pipelines are blocked because it was never maintained. Beds are uncomfortable and the rooms are really not sound proof at all. They don’t even provide hand towels. And they gave me the worst room also facing their laundry room rather than a proper balcony room and put me on the second floor even when I asked for the for the ground floor since they don’t even have a lift! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL IF TOU ARE VISITING BALI
