We had a fantastic stay at the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa. The garden setting, beach location, pools and traditional style buildings were lovely and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there were building upgrades to one of the bars and a restaurant in process during our time there, but we still had a great time. Would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Bali.

Very friendly staff. Most of the food was good especially the Cabana Mexican food by the pool. There was an Indian wedding that lasted 3 days and the music was so loud at night it shook the windows. Speakers everywhere playing night club music even on the beach which got annoying after a while.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at the resort. The breakfast was great, staff were extremely friendly and polite, and the resort restaurants were very good and well priced.

I wasted 1.5hrs at check-in to only be given 1 night stay and have to relocate to another hotel instead of moving a guest arriving the next day.

We understand how upsetting it must have been to arrive expecting a three-night stay and then face unexpected changes to your accommodation arrangements. After reviewing the situation, we found that there was a discrepancy between the reservation dates received by the hotel and the itinerary provided to you. Unfortunately, as the resort was operating at full occupancy during this period, we were unable to accommodate a last-minute amendment to the reservation for the additional nights requested. Despite these limitations, our team worked to provide the best available solution at the time by honoring the one night that was available under the reservation, allowing additional time for alternative accommodation arrangements to be secured. We regret that this outcome did not meet your expectations and that you felt unsupported during the process.
