The resort is truly beautiful! The grounds are full of flowers, trees and the grounds are well maintained with water features, art and statues galore. It has a beautiful sense of calm. The pool area is large and gorgeous too. The resort is located steps from the beach which was enjoyed by us in the morning for sunrise. Our room was large, clean and spacious, modern but maintaining a traditional Balinese feel - much like the rest of the resort. A special mention has to be made for the staff who were truly wonderful at all times, always happy and eager to make our stay comfortable. They were really great with our 1.5 year old also. My dietary requirement (gluten free) was managed well, all menus clearly state Gf options and I could request freshly made pancakes each morning at breakfast, there was also toast or muffins available on request too. However, the poolside menu only had a couple of options for me so I struggled there and got bored of the food a little quickly which is my only downside. You can request to make alterations to food items if needs be. The cocktails, however, were amazing! The resort is a 15 min walk from Bali Collection (a shopping mall, restaurant and market area) which was great, we enjoyed a couple of evenings here for some alfresco dining and live music). Overall, we absolutely loved our stay! Highly recommended!

Thank you for having us. We were here to attend my best friend's wedding and it was a fabulous stay. We felt so welcome and comfortable during our 3 day and 2 night stay! The staff were very accommodating with our requests to leave our luggage so we could explore Nusa Dua on our last day even after we checked out our hotel room! Although, my husband does complain that he needed more complimentary water 😂
The restaurants in the hotel served very tasty food it was our first time trying Indonesian food besides meegoreng. We would definitely recommend to our friends and family, it was our first time in Bali and the experience exceeded our expectations! We would come again when we have the chance!

Beautiful hotel on the most stunning beach.. the staff are so polite and friendly, the food is amazing! I recommend upgrading to the palace club where you get a quieter breakfast experience cooked fresh to order… afternoon tea and cocktails and canopies, we opted for this rather than the all inclusive, my only gripe was having to go to the pool at 5.30am to get a lounger, I noticed people’s towels down and wouldn’t see them at the pool till the afternoon which was rather frustrating, maybe this could be monitored better, but that was the guests not the hotel. Would throughly recommend the Lounge Bar for evening cocktails, especially the Harvest Moon, the best cocktail in the world!!

Overall loved our stay however it would’ve been nice to be informed of the renovations that were happening whilst we were there. We went out one evening to find corridors blocked off when we came back so had to find a different route back to our room . The staff were friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful resort. Our suite was really lovely and the food at your restaurants exceptional. Sometimes restaurants were pretty booked and when we once agreed to go to a late sitting at the Maguro Asian restaurant, they brought all of our order at once instead of waiting until one course was finished before bringing the next. The gym was beyond expectation with top quality equipment. Staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. My main negative would be that I could never get a chair near the pool. Towels would be placed there from before breakfast and remain on the chairs all day even if people hardly used them.

Wonderful setting to spend a nice relaxing time in Bali. Great facilities and amenities but you need to be quick to get a poolside lounger.

We had a wonderful stay at the Nusa Dua Resort Hotel. It was a grandparents, parents and 2 year old grandson special holiday. So glad we chose this hotel. The location, facilities, restaurants and bars were all so good. The gardens are magnificent. It’s a perfect family resort,
Most importantly all the staff were so friendly and professional. You should be so proud of them. We are also missing the ducks, peacock, pea hen, other birds, fish and the squirrels!
