What a fabulous holiday destination for an authentic Balinese experience with luxury abounding in every aspect . The staff are genuinely loving and care not only that every aspect of our holiday is perfect but our well being in every way. Like being greeted by a best friend at every moment. Management you deserve a huge congratulations for a happy efficient team that feels like they love working there. It rubs off on every aspect of our stay! The room was a Palace Club Lagoon Access King and we could not have asked for better and I’m fussy. The bed was huge and comfortable. The pillows soft & heavenly. Fabulous bath, shower and that pool at our doorstep - heaven. Authentically Balinese to remind us we were on holiday at every moment. Meticulously cleaned and tended to several times a day. Everything we needed was provided for generously. It was our Anniversary and we were showered with gifts. The restaurant's are all wonderful with huge selection of options. Beach & pools beautiful. The grounds immaculate. We absolutely loved every moment of our holiday in Nusa Dua at this hotel and am already planning on coming back. Thank you to every single member of staff we met , particularly the Palace Club and Management. Well done, you’ve nailed it!

We love staying here and we’ve told all our friends about it. Some have even stayed and loved it too. Although the rooms are a bit tired, the service by the staff is phenomenal. They are always accommodating, no request is too small or too big. We can see that they are refurbishing the hotel bit by bit, wing by wing, as we had to change rooms due to non-functioning A/C in the first one. Hope they continue until the whole place is fully spruced up. NDBH has the best beach and loungers on the Nusa Dua beach stretch as it is the only hotel with shady trees on the sand so you sit under these beautiful trees, protected from the scorching afternoon Bali sun and be visited by friendly squirrels that are grateful if you gave them some food. They are very cute. We brought cashews from home and they loved it. As an Accor Plus member, we used the Kintamani Lounge everyday as a respite from the heat or the rain. There’s constant snacks and drinks there. Also, the dining benefit of being an Accor Plus member (30% discount on food, 15% on drinks) makes the whole holiday an even better one. We are Bali veterans so we’ve tried many hotels on the island before. We’ve made NDBH our hotel of choice since 2023.

We came for 4 nights and got a very nice room by the beautiful gardens, close to the pools. The setting was gorgeous and the staff made our visit even better. We loved all the Balinese details that set this hotel apart. The food was fresh and delicious and the breakfast can be highly recommended.

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The staff were all friendly, helpful and spoke very good English. They all wore traditional Balinese dress, which gave a lovely authentic feel to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was extensive and excellent and the food in all the restaurants had allegen labelling. The grounds were beautifully kept and extensive and the hotel has it's own beach and night market. Everywhere was very clean. The room was a bit dated, had poor lighting and needed a more modern bathroom, but that was my only criticism. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
