Our kids rate every holiday based on the breakfast range and this one was off the charts- even the croissants were freshly baked! The pools were amazing, although a little deep for young children in most parts. One pool was more suited for sure. Rooms were great, loved the connecting rooms. Food and drinks were very close to Aussie prices, which felt expensive for Bali, but most people seemed to be on all inclusive packages. Whereas we like to get out and experience local warungs, so it didn’t bother us. We came back at happy hour for half price drinks. Overall a great resort.

The resort location and facilities are good, very suited to a family holiday with plenty of food and drink options on site. The option of having culturally authentic experiences in both food and arts was well received. Food was consistently good. The Luxury Escapes deal was good value for money and easy to redeem. The only slightly disappointing thing was the condition of the bathroom in the wing we stayed. I suspect it was an older wing, not renovated in a while (room 2051). The toilet smelled of urine even when flushed and the shower drain was not functioning well, resulting in flooding of the bathroom when all four guests had a shower. The lighting was also very limited - a central ceiling light would be welcomed. The staff were however fabulous, very friendly and attentive. A true reflection of the beautiful Balinese culture. Would visit again.

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t fault a thing. The location is absolutely beautiful, right by the beach, which made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The resort is surrounded by beautiful gardens that are immaculately maintained, adding to the peaceful, tropical feel. It was great to see the hotel continually renovating and making improvements—everything felt fresh and well cared for. The whole place has a lovely Balinese vibe throughout, which really sets it apart from more commercial hotels. It feels calm and authentic, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. Before we arrived, we requested a mattress topper and it was all set up for us, which was a lovely touch and really appreciated. The room servicing was excellent throughout our stay—always clean, tidy, and thoughtfully done. There were plenty of dining options to choose from, which made meals easy and enjoyable. The three swimming pools were all stunning, each offering something a little different, so it never felt crowded. What really stood out was the staff—friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Overall, a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back!
