We had a pleasant stay, largely thanks to the lovely staff at the hotel. We booked a club room, which gave us access to the club lounge, and the team there was incredibly attentive and welcoming. They even upgraded us, which was a nice surprise! Our room was comfortable, though it could use a refresh. The lagoon was a nice spot to relax, but the main pool was disappointing. The water felt like a hot bath—uncomfortably hot, even for Bali, and we’ve never experienced anything like it before. The swim-up bar lacked energy; the staff seemed a bit unenthused, and with the pool’s heat, we couldn’t finish our drinks fast enough. While the pool area looks beautiful, the experience wasn’t enjoyable. On a positive note, we loved the bikes available for guests; they were well-maintained, and the staff handling them were friendly and helpful. Overall, the staff made our stay, but the hotel itself could use some updates.”
