This is not the standard which accor is having for ibis level (budget) hotels. Ive been using ibis several times. Safe to say this is the worst Cleanliness is questionable, elevator smells bad. Lobby and hallway is not as pristine.

To be honest, I did not have particularly high expectations for my stay, as the main reason I chose this property was its convenient location near the venue of an event I was attending in Kuta. However, I would like to share a few points for improvement. Firstly, when I ordered in room dining (Soto Ayam with rice), I was quite surprised to find a small stone in my meal. I am not certain whether it came from the rice or the soup itself. I reported the issue, and the team responded promptly by replacing the dish with a new one, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, by that point I had already lost my appetite and was unable to continue the meal. Secondly, one day prior to my departure, I requested a late check out through the male receptionist who was on the night shift and the request was confirmed. However, the following day, a female staff member from the morning shift called my room at around noon while I was still resting. Although the matter was eventually clarified, the phone call disrupted my rest and I was unable to fall back asleep afterward. As a result, I decided to check out earlier than planned. I believe proper handover communication between shifts, as well as placing alerts or traces in the system, is very important to prevent similar situations from happening to other guests in the future. Thank you for taking my feedback into consideration.
