Overall, my stay experience was unfortunately below expectations. I used to stay at Ibis Kuta quite often even before becoming an Accor member, and honestly, I felt the service back then was much better than it is now. I did not have high expectations for staying at Ibis, but I still expected basic hospitality and comfort. Unfortunately, the friendliness of the staff felt lacking during this stay. Upon check-in, I noticed the soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken and could not be pressed. The air conditioner was also very warm throughout my stay. I already requested maintenance assistance, but the AC still remained hot afterward. I decided not to complain further since I spent most of my time outside the hotel. In addition, the bed sheets had visible stains, and I was quite surprised that there were no welcome amenities provided for an Accor Platinum member. On the positive side, I did enjoy the room view facing the main road rather than the back building area, and I truly appreciated the late check-out given until 5 PM. I sincerely hope this experience will not happen again, especially regarding the room maintenance. The AC issue and noticeable dust clearly showed that better maintenance is needed.

It’s just ok. I was expecting the same standard as other ibis but this is a bit lower. Safe was not working, shower head needed repair. Maybe only this room 503, has problems. Staff friendly and efficient.
