This was a stay over my birthday on Dec31. Perfect location for attending First Night. Jen at Fl.2 was my server @Fl.2. I want able to schedule a reservation, but made room for me! My room was spotless. Annata the bellman made my day.

We are truly pleased to hear that our team was helpful and accommodating when assisting with your New Year’s Eve reservations, and we sincerely appreciate you recognizing the efforts of our host, who stepped in to ensure you were taken care of, as well as your server, who remained warm and kind despite the high volume. That said, we regret that the overall experience did not meet expectations. A celebratory evening like New Year’s Eve should feel welcoming and attentive from start to finish, and we apologize for the delays in service, the lack of engagement at the bar, and the confusion surrounding your brunch reservation on New Year’s Day. Waiting an extended period for basic service and encountering menu inconsistencies is not the experience we aim to deliver. our stay was just a quick place to place in-transit stop driving from Chgo to DC area. We got in late, had a quick dinner outside the hotel, got up early & were on our way.
