The location was great. The hostess at the restaurant was very helpful with a takeout order. All staff were friendly. The edges of the room and furniture were lined with dust. Coffee cups were removed from the room after use. We called three times to get replacements which took two days. Prior to arrival, we called to set up an authorized guest. I was but on hold for 30 minutes, put in hold again for another hour, and hang up on. I called back later and this authorized guest issue was handled very well in under 5 minutes. The incidental bills is still pending, and we are still awaiting the receipt.

Pleasant check-in experience and the lady who checked me in & out was very sweet. The room did what it was meant to. The hotel bar was great for a nightcap - great drinks!

the hotel itself was nice and quiet. did not enjoy your restaurant at all fl.2 - terrible service, cold food and not a friendly atmosphere at all. upon walking in, the hostess looks us up and down and says can i help you? I asked. " is this not the restaurant?" her first thing to us should have been, " welcome to fl.2, how many in your party?" felt very uncomfortable at the moment and should have just walked out as the rest of it was not any better, a terrible server who did even say hello.

Everything was great EXCEPT that your wonderful staff seems to be limited by the fact that there are two few of them. Our experience was brief, so maybe it was a fluke. We checked in around 8 pm and checked out around noon. We call two things to your attention. We had a great dinner at the bar that evening. It was after the Steelers game (you knew that was coming), and for most of the time there was only one bartender. Nicole did an amazing job, but she was working her tail off for all of the 90 minutes we were there. Her work and her spirit were great, but she was clearly overworked, and the guests saw it. The food was wonderful, but it took forever to come. She explained, without making too much of it, that the kitchen was very busy. That was an understatement. The next morning, I tried to get a bellman to help with our luggage. The bell desk and the concierge did not answer at all. Finally, I went down to the front desk. When I got to the front of the line, the gentleman there was very understanding and came right to our room with a cart himself. All of this delayed our departure by half an hour. You have a great hotel with great people, but it's not worth it if your guests have to wait for service an unreasonably long time.
