This was the second time we have stayed in this particular hotel. Just like our prior stay, it was super clean which made for a comfortable, relaxing stay. It was a special birthday celebration and this hotel definitely made it special. When booking the hotel I requested a slice of cake to be put in our room upon arrival and Bloody Mary's to be served upon arrival for breakfast. I did not have to contact the hotel once to remind. They pay attention to the details. It was a seamless stay. Our spa experience was 100% amazingly well done with every detail of the experience. I without a doubt highly recommend this particular hotel. Kudos to all who make each detail move like a well oiled machine.

I booked myself a "staycation" at this Fairmont location to celebrate my birthday with a spa day and a night away. Everyone I interacted with was incredible, from sending dessert to my room, to getting me last minute reservations at Fl. 2, to just overall creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I was so happy with my choice! (The accommodations themselves were beautiful too, and they made sure I had a great view of the city)

I was underwhelmed. A lot of people talk about how great of a hotel it is, and I must say while it was nice cosmetically, it didn’t compare to the fairmonts. The people were not that friendly, I told them it was my wife’s birthday, thy did nothing for us. I paid for valet parking, yet the other folks I came in with did self parking and and the valet folks let them park for free downstairs when they’re leaving and open the gate. Doesn’t seem fair, specially when I had done that as well if I knew. They told me self parking in valet cost the same price. They had the bar on the second floor closed during prime hours, making us walk and subzero temperatures to find a drink. all in all when I stayed at the Fairmont princess in Scottsdale the people were 1000 times better treated you like they cared and appreciated that you were there.

Friend got senior discount and when I asked the attendant said she didn't think they could do it but would let me know either way. Never heard back. Poor customer service.
