Only problem is the coffee machine needs a set of instructions. It's not a common design with spent capsules on the right. I filled it with water and made a big mess. Most places have and instruction card.

I’ve now stayed at your hotel a few times. The people at the front desk are always welcoming and very helpful. I used the gym for the first time during this visit and was satisfied with the facility and the ease of access. I do want to call out the team of waiters and waitresses who handle breakfast. They are top-tier. Efficient, caring, and very competent. Two waiters in particular stand out for me. Elizabeth and a gentleman whose name I cannot remember at the moment. I very much appreciate starting my day with the quality breakfast and being welcomed and served by such a great team.
