For the price I expected nicer accommodations. Had just a simple plain bathtub with bad grout. Nothing special about the room and very disappointed there wasn’t even a refrigerator.

You should close until you can adequately provide the service you profess to offer. Operator doesn’t answer. Front desk doesn’t answer. Room service is a joke and should be called Room No Service. Bellmen were helpful and nice.

Stayed for 5 nights for a conference. Bar service was great. Cleaning was good but did not receive water in room except on last night but I only had the room straightened two times. Bathroom could use some updates as the tiles needed some better caulk around them and the faucet. It looked more like a holiday inn bathroom. Lighting in the bathroom is poor as well. Mattress needs to be updated as it is worn creating an angle toward the center. Pillow selection would also be a valuable addition to your services at a Fairmont as well. Overall decent experience but for the value of your hotel chain, I would expect more.
