Spent two amazing nights here on a tour. Excellent stylish hotel. Room was large with a comfy bed, toiletries and large t.v. The indoor and outdoor bar areas were very beautiful and enjoyed proseccos and bar snacks. Located in the pretty Georgetown area of the city. When we had to fly home due to COVID the staff helpfully let us extend our check out time. Only slight complaint the Reception staff. My husband asked for help in making an International phone call and staff said they didn't know how to do it!!!

I stayed on the 9th floor and I have to say that the customer service I received every time I visited the lounge was excellent. Every person who worked in the lounge during my stay was the consummate professional. The accommodations were quiet and peaceful. I will certainly visit again.

It was very nice having an upscale and centrally located hotel for our stay. The greatest and primary issue was our access to parking. We checked in after 7pm and only had the availability to use the the valet parking which was very expensive for two cars. The concierge told us we could self park which lead to a massive argument by the valet staff who were rude and disrespectful. We ended up parking on the street outside the hotel until we had access to new staff the next day or the self parking feature offered for the hotel. The next morning, our car window was smashed and we lost 3k+ of valuables in our car. This situation could have been avoided if the hotel and parking staff were supportive and not yelling at one another through us as the customers.

The room was cozy and clean with plenty of amenities: body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, a Keurig coffee machine and USB ports. The decor was wonderful, inviting. A Starbucks coffee shop is directly across from the hotel. Noise from neighboring rooms and outside were non-existent. Now for the cons: the wi-fi did not work. To get the passcode, I was prompted to sign up for the loyalty program online and still it did not work. I contacted the hotel operator about the issue and she kindly gave me a working passcode. There’s no 24 hr in-room dining although signage in the lobby said otherwise. Then following morning, I discovered that the shower did not work and breakfast, which was promised at 7am, arrived almost 15 minutes late. The pancakes were not warm and were crumbly. The croissants were dry. Management made things right with me but it was baffling how such a renown hotel could miss on so many of the basics. I’m open to returning but not anytime soon.
