Great amenities and courteous staff. Good location and a very good experience overall. The room and all public areas were clean. The huge gym and the (smallish) indoor pool was great to utilize on the hot days when we did not want to venture out in the middle of the day.

Very comfortable, warm welcome despite issues with room availability which were resolved by the duty reception manager. Access to the Executive Lounge was well worth it, can only recommend it. Ground floor bar has a buzz and very nice light snacks

Great staff, having NATO in town made it tough to get around the city and even, from time to time, the hotel itself. But your folks were all great.

Everything was delightful. I especially want to praise your staff. Everyone was great. Anthony in lobby bar waited on me on Monday when I spent several hours working to prepare for a big event where I was moderating. He made me so comfortable and took great care of me. Typical of ALL your staff.
