Pay for booking through 3rd party on line. Went to check in.late at night around 10pm and check out is 11am Had to wait over 1/2 hr because of some miss hap with third party. Luckily we had another credit card that we had to be charged again until problem was solved. You think if they are going to bump up the rooms from normal price of $178 up. To over $ 500 for same room just cause of a event they would at least include breakfast. The room at jail is larger than the rooms city queen. Can’t believe they actually charge that much. Just cause of a football game. Never again will I stay there. I called front desk to see why so pricy. And all I got was a attitude. Never again. And mind you is was our wedding night. Thanks for ruining our night 21c

We enjoyed our stay at 21C Lexington. It would be nice to have some variety in pillow size, I am a petite person and found the large pillows unusable for sleeping.

The hotel has no parking which was annoying but understandable in downtown. The issues started at check out. When I went to check out the person at the desk didnt know how to check out so we were asked to wait 30 minutes till someone who did know how to check out could show up. We had plans to get to and could not wait 30 minutes. I was suppose to have my room paid for as part of the wedding party and they swore they would not charge my card. I spent 15 minutes trying to just to get the card stuff sorted. Then they had blocked in the car with the vallet, so we had to wait for that. The prices were higher than originally quoted. There is no seating in the lobby to sit and wait while you deal with the many problems you will have with the front desk. They then charged both me and the other person for the room I was staying in. When I called to review the charges and have them removed it was higher then even the inflated price given at the front desk. I asked for a receipt and they said they didnt do that, that someone would EVENTUALLY email me. So I asked them to go through each charges and added up the bill. There was $50 dollars added to the bill that they could not explain. I asked multiple times and no one could figure out why they just added 50 dollars to the bill. They eventually got it all sorted but if I hadnt called multiple times and spent well over an hour of my time they would have charged us both and added that 50 dollars. If you have the misfortune of staying there demand they email you the receipt while you are there so you make sure they are not accidently adding 50 unexplained dollars to your bill
