Everyone in the hotel was extremely friendly and accommodating. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. I left numerous belongings and the hotel contacted me immediately and shipped my items back to me since I was traveling out of state. This level of care is the reason I will choose 21C again over other hotel options. Thank you!

Valet was not available, Room smelled musty, reception was unwelcoming

It was our second stay--we love the location. We were a little confused because some staff said there was a new rotating art exhibit, but it seemed the same as it was in December. Nonetheless it is a great exhibit and the drinks are wonderful. Love 21Cs! P.S. EXTRA grateful for the pet fees being waived right now, I know Kimptons do this too and it is very helpful when traveling with our sweet pup.

Based on the location and the price of the room each night, we were unimpressed with our stay. The room was small and the maid service didnt turn the room over. Even with COVID, we felt this was something that should have been done regardless. Staff was nice and accommodating, however.

A bit loud from all of the action in the streets at night, bars and motorcycles mostly up until midnight then again at 7:30am

The morning and afternoon front desk staff was excellent! Helpful and enthusiastic. The valet and bellman staff couldn’t be any better or professional. Our room was dated and very tired. Stains on carpet, bed in need of replacement , and an air conditioning unit that sounded like a train coming through. Parking was one block from hotel. The deal breaker however is the homeless constantly wandering outside of your property. We did not feel safe outside. The reason that we were staying downtown was to go for a morning walk and to be able to walk to restaurants. We actually heard multiple gunshots from our room one night. No matter how friendly and personable your staff is there is no way that we will be returning.

The room exceeded my expectations because the sitting area and windows were gorgeous. I was disappointed that the restaurant was completely closed for every meal while I was there and I hadn’t been informed. I was contacted by text to ask what I needed and I was extremely impressed how quickly I was answered- I was able to request while in a meeting!

Doorman/valet was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of area. Desk clerk was courteous and helpful as well. I left a couple of shirts in the closet, called that evening when I realized it, and went back and picked them up. A common occurrence in their experience, perhaps, but not mine. The desk clerk was so kind.

Very pleasant and felt very safe as you have to have a elevator key card feature in order to gain access to rooms. Oh did we love the Art and Galleries. Just made the surroundings so very comfortable and the painting of the sheep in our room took the stress of driving nine hours all worth it! Your Sarah and Savannah couldn’t have been more cordial/accommodating and four of the most handsome UK Seniors on your Valet Team were awesome. I am deaf and poor things all staff members had to repeat conversations.

Everyone we encountered was nice but there was hair in the shower, mirrors and carpet were dirty which made me not want to return.

Everyone was very friendly. I had left my charger in the car and the valet escorted me to my car to retrieve it which was very nice. The room itself was beautiful and I had a great view of the city below. The bed was comfortable. I wasn't particularly happy with the fridge being full because I wanted to use it to store my personal drinks and food. There was the cutest rubber ducky in the shower too! Overall I had a great stay and of course the galleries had a lot of great thought provoking work with many different mediums.
