Trip with my son for his first visit to Lex and UK basketball game. Staff was friendly, helpful and rooms were clean and spacious. Restaurant was amazing for breakfast. Hotel an easy walk to Rupp Arena and local restaruants.

Practically L. Friends - Confirmed reviews ALL

Not a 4 star stay for service. Galleries were lacking/ being changed so lot of noise and no easy way to valet. Wnd of the stay manager was accommodating and did best to help but we would probably stay elsewhere in Lex next time.

Arrived by car, and we were not greeted by the valet. We brought our luggage inside ourselves and two valets were standing at their indoor stand laughing at each other. We gave them our car keys and they barely acknowledged that we had arrived. The desk clerk was unfriendly and unhelpful. The shower in our suite had soap and shampoos attached to the wall so that you had to stretch and reach over a bathtub to get to them. I called the hotel a day later to ask about some items I had inadvertently left behind. She said she would check and I never heard back. We’ve stayed here numerous times, but never again.

First time, and will be back.

I happen upon this hotel from a travel website, and though the concept was cool. Plus it was affordable for the location. The art was amazing, the hotel staff where friendly, and the rooms where clean and nice. I really like the location, because there are a ton of good restaurants, around and it's close to Rupp arena. Once you park you don't have to drive anywhere to do most things. Would recommend to anyone that needs to stay in downtown Lexington. Will be back!!
