The room was spacious. The check-in and out took a long time and could be improved.

Unfortunately, we were not properly staffed for your large groups arrival. The employee that set up this booking, is no longer at this property and did not pass information on early check in along to us. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused for everyone! No valet ro be found. Had to get own luggage rack. Poor communication. No ice machined in front of house

The only thing that matters is that after going to the John Michael Montgomery concert Friday night, my wife and I (and 2 other patrons) were followed into the hotel. He stood there stalking us because none of us gave him any money while there was NO security guard at the door OR anyone at the front desk for us to alert for help. He then darted down the stairs of the lobby down to the public restrooms in the basement so we bolted for the elevators and the safety of our room. We will NEVER come to this place again and suggest you find literally any other place to stay at in Lexington.
