Pillows are surprisingly hard and lumpy. There was street racing downtown until 3:30AM. Woke up with 2 drunk people asleep in the main lobby. The showers are literally amazing with great water pressure. But overall for the price point we were disappointed.

All the staff was excellent, but the hotel itself needs a refresh. The carpets are dirty and the furniture is stained and grimy. I really enjoyed everyone that worked there -- very professional and helpful -- and the bar and restaurant were excellent. It just needs to be recarpeted, repainted, and given an update on certain furniture and fixtures. The hotel is in a wonderful location.

We've stayed at this hotel many times and have previously enjoyed it and the Lockbox restaurant. This stay was different. The hotel has become a little shabbier in general. The sink didn't drain properly, paint on the window frames was peeling, there were problems with the internet, and the elevators took a very, very long time to respond. The food from the restaurant was a disappointment, unlike in the past. Front desk personnel were not rude, but were not friendly or helpful. But what was most disappointing was that the hotel charged us for an extra night. After many email exchanges and telephone calls we were unable to get them to reimburse us. They continued to say they had not charged us while our credit card indicated charges for an extra night. We will not stay in this hotel again, nor in any of their other locations. Very disappointing, since it was once one of our favorite places to stay.
