We use the hotel as a stopping point for our trips to Atlanta from Michigan.I make our reservations through Accorlive. When I get to hotel to check in the receptionist said she could not find my reservation. She tried twice. finally she asked me for reservation # so while I was looking for the email another employee came and told her to try my first name and then they were able to pull up my reservation. The lady who helped told the person who was helping sometimes the names are reversed.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Room itself was excellent - great bed and bathroom / shower. Only wish we had been on a higher floor. Main Street apparently can be quite loud until midnight or so. Will request a higher floor next time. Thanks!

The windows and walls provided no soundproofing. We were kept awake most of the night listening to traffic and people on the street talking. We were on the 8th floor and it was too loud. Also, beds were hard and uncomfortable. Would not return; especially for the price.
