Great hotel. Comfortable beds. Delicious restaurant. Just REALLY would love free coffee in the lobby in the mornings. Such a small gesture but makes for an excellent hotel experience!

We came to Lexington with our family of 8 for the weekend. At check-in, we were informed that 1 of our 4 reservations wasn’t showing up and the hotel manager gave the impression that something must have gone wrong on OUR end, even though we showed her the confirmation email we received. She was unapologetic. We all squeezed into 3 rooms, and made it work. You must valet your car at this hotel. Fine. When we asked for our car, the attendant told us there were 2 people ahead of us, and then left. We waited for about 15 minutes, ( nobody asked if we were waiting for something)and then asked another attendant about our car. He acted as though we had never requested it. No apologies from anyone. We were late to our event The rooms are fine but small. Nothing special. The workout room is open 24 hrs which is great. But the equipment is below average. 2 treadmills an elliptical a rower and a recumbent bike. Small selection of free weights. No mats for core work. No room either. There is an entire wall dedicated to some physio balance and stretching equipment that nobody in our group had ever seen before and would need hours of tutorial and practice to use effectively. Useless. We had apparently purchased the breakfast on 2 of the 3 room reservations, even though we booked them to be identical, and were going to use them on Sunday morning before checking out. The breakfast restaurant Lockbox, doesn’t open until 9:00. Come on!!! Opening at 9 on a weekend in a hotel? So our breakfast vouchers were useless. No coffee in the lobby. The teeny tiny Nespresso in the room had to do. There were a few friendly and helpful staff during our stay, but the overall experience was very underwhelming. We will not be staying at 21C in Lexington again.

The hotel lobby and art museum is beautiful and the room was very clean with a lovely view. We had everything we needed and could walk anywhere we wanted to go downtown. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

A warm welcome from the staff, particularly Chris behind the bar. The hotel is in a great location. We ate in the restaurant on the first night of our arrival and was a little disappointed in the choice and quality of the food available.
