On entrance, there is work being done that is not explained or has any signs about it. The bed had a bad smell. Check in experience wasn’t welcoming at all.

I’ve always wanted to stay at a 21C hotel and enjoy staying at boutique hotels when I travel. My friend and I were really disappointed with our recent stay. It was dirty and dusty and overpriced for amenities provided. I did think the beds were comfortable and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay because the hotel is so beautiful, we love the artwork throughout. And, the restaurant is excellent. We had the best Eggs Benedict ever!

Not quite enough at 21C

I found the 21C pretty pricey for what they offer. The room was super clean. Unfortunately the bed was less than comfortable and the bedding was not sufficient. I like a thick comforter! Every body was nice and accommodating. Still it was too expensive for what I got.
