Room was small, thermostat did not turn on HVAC, no ice machined, chinch on the coffee, decor was second rate and no refrigerator or microwave. Bed sounded like it had a plastic cover on it. Not an upscale mattress at all. Something I would expect in this hotel. On the positive: you staff was excellent and very helpful (front desk and valet) the Lock Box restaurant was outstanding. We only had breakfast but I was impressed with service and quality of the food and the presentation. I was kind of miffed that you charged my card at the time of the reservation. That's why I go to the hotel website to book my room rather than a booking service

as I discussed with one of the managers as we checked out, we had a very poor experience: - given a handicap room without notice - room was dirty/dusty - both telephone and TV did not work - the room was not serviced the day we stayed there, so bed was not made, and no new towels. the manager said they would get back to us the next day after we checked out for some credit or regulation and never heard from anyone.
