Missing the finer details. Only two pillows on a king bed, only two decaf pods for coffee, no shampoo, no conditioner, no extras for the bathroom.

It was ok at best. We chose the hotel as we were interested in a boutique hotel with finer amenities. Although i loved the museum-esque feel to the lobby, the room was lacking. Nothing horrible - but disappointing just the same.

Property was great, but quite noisy at night due to kids partying at the bars/clubs in the neighborhood. Could use better window soundproofing. Also, restaurant didn’t open until 10am on the weekend. So where are we supposed to eat when only 1 restaurant is open within walking distance (5 mins away) & they opened at 8am . Otherwise good.

Hair dryer was broken ...bed was too firm...not enough towels...service was great though!!

The room were beautiful. We had dinner a Lockbox and loved it. We walked all over the area and listened to live music. I want to single out the Valet. They were both wonderful. We had checked out and wanted to go to breakfast. They offered to put our bags in our car and then go and get it when we came back from breakfast. So thoughtful!!

We chose 21c because of a wedding however our stay was interrupted by a family emergency. The manager, China sp? was extremely gracious and understanding. We were prepared to pay for our rooms even though we needed to leave, however she did not charge us. It was a kind and thoughtful gesture that we will remember and will pass on. We never had the opportunity to go on the art tour but we will return! What we saw was lovely! The people are lovely as well.

The tv did not work in our room (the Harmon room) they tried for over an hour to get it to work but were unable to do so. They offered to move us, but by then it was running close to our dinner reservation and we had already unpacked. I think a good protocol would be for someone to check and see if things work before people check in.

No hours at all during week for breakfast or lunch and the nosiest hotel I have ever stayed at.

I'm sorry that your stay did not turn out as you hoped and for that I am sorry. Due to COVID, our services in the restaurant have been affected and we are slowly starting to get back to some since of normalcy. We hope to see things back in full swing soon. We do have a grab and go option that is available from 6am-11am, by calling the front desk to order. In the pamphlet you received at check in, there was a menu for this. As well, brunch is offered 10-2pm on Saturday and Sunday. Did you happen to see this? I am sorry about the noise level. I have updated your profile with us as so we may place you in a quieter room. As well I have noted to have an extra blanket in your room. We do keep the blanket located in the closet, and if one is missing it can be requested at any time. Did you call down to the front desk during your stay? Our Agents at the desk are available 24/7 for any requests that you may need. As for the Ironing board, I will follow up with our Housekeeping team ASAP! 21C staff were very helpful. My room was next to a guest with a dog that was barking incessantly. The front desk staff immediately solved the problem by allowing me to change floors.

I stayed one night at 21C Museum Hotel in Lexington and our room was just lovely. The bathroom and room were clean and we had a pretty view of the city. The only down side was it was a Sunday evening and their restaurant wasn't open, probably due to Covid restrictions. It is located centrally in the city and I felt very safe walking around that area. The artwork is really interesting and makes the hotel feel special.

Room was not cleaned to expectations. Table was dirty, pillow case had sticky stuff on it, lint on floor and something underneath the couch. Reported it, however the second attempt to clean it was not great either. Another pillow case had stains on it, table still dirty and that thing was still under the couch. An associate came to remove the thing under the couch, and when I asked about cleaning off the table, she took a sanitizer wipe from the bathroom and handed it to me to clean the table myself. Quite disappointing.
