Room was great. I got lucky with a corner room with an amazing view. The room and bathroom were super spacious and I loved the heated floors in the bathroom.

This hotel is beyond disrepair. The room was dated and the carpet look as if it had not been cleaned in years. The hallways were dirty and the wear and tear was embarrassing. We pulled up at valet and they attendant stated "we don't do bell service" and then shoved a cart toward the elevator for us to use, are you kidding me?

Loved the art! Very sad to hear that this hotel was bought out by corporate and will no longer feature it's unique art. Great rooms.

We found this hotel on a whim and loved the historic factor and museum associated. It would have been nice to have more info on the building or a tour as it seems like a really neat place to explore.

Overall underwhelming experience. Unfortunate timing for a visit as the lobby restaurant was closed for renovations, yet we saw no work being done. Location downtown close to walkable shops, etc but also across from police station so non stop road noise with sirens. Valet charges $30 a day, no assist with luggage and disorganized when car needed retrieval. Front desk staff was outstanding & helpful and very accommodating, great communication regarding reservations, assisted with room relocation, and offered recommendations for local restaurants.

Great experience! Wonderful room, bathroom, bed... valet service helpful. Great location. Only wish restaurant was open.

We discovered a large cockroach in our first room; notified the front desk and they immediately moved us.

I am disappointed that i left my cell phone adaptor in room 1307 and no one seemed to find it. Obviously someone took it. The stay was nice but I called several times. The joyfar charger light blue adaptor didn’t walk out the room

Michally provided exceptional hospitality during my stay at 21c Lexington for my son’s wedding. She was friendly, professional, and welcoming both when I made my reservation and at checkout. As a longtime hospitality professional, I recognize outstanding service, and Michally represents 21c Lexington beautifully.

The staff were a bit more out going this time. The front desk clerk smiled a bit. The valet helped us get our luggage out of the car and put on a cart. Though no one asked to take bags to our room.

The front desk and valet staff did not seem pleased to be there and offered us no information about the hotel. Asking questions felt like pulling teeth. When we asked about a fridge (because we know the mini bars cannot hold leftovers), the front desk worker seemed apprehensive and said "I guess I can ASK if there are any fridges..." and gave us no definitive answer or path to a solution. We didn't hear from her again regarding this. When we had to go down to get toothpaste it was expired and the toothpaste alone was enough to cause the poorly draining sink to back up. The room had cracks running through the wall, suspiciously lead-looking paint with an alligator skin pattern on the window sill. The stains on the carpet were a little disturbing and the loose shower handle was concerning. Although it wasn't as important to us as these issues, we also found the size of the provided TV comically small for such an expensive hotel. We've come to expect more from the 21C brand and do not foresee ourselves returning, unfortunately.

Stayed for one night in Lex. The lobby is a little dingey. The service and people were very nice and friendly. The room's AC unit was extremely loud and noisy - oddly so. it feels like this location doesn't match the overall experience I look for at other 21c locations.

To say my stay was a disappointment is an understatement. The reputation of 21C certainly did not live up to my experience. The first room I was given had at least 4 large stains on the carpets, with at least one of those stains there had been no attempt at cleaning it. I informed the front desk and they placed me in another room. Unfortunately they did not check the new room either, as there were large stains on that carpet as well. At that point, I was tired and did not want to move rooms yet again when clearly there was a pattern of stained, dirty carpets. I travel frequently for work and stay in a variety of hotel brands, Holiday Inn, Hilton, Marriott, etc. I cannot remember the last time I stayed at hotel in which the carpets in the guest rooms were so filthy. I understand this property was recently sold and will be undergoing a renovation in coming months, but that does not justify the clear lack of attention to maintaining and providing a decent experience for paying guests.

The staff is always so friendly and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. Having a bath robe & espresso machine makes it perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great, the room was awesome and comfortable, and the museum exhibits were cool. The small bar in the lobby was nice allowing us to grab a drink before wander through the museum. The front desk service was also excellent. Parking was convenient, we opted for street meter parking which was free on the Sunday we arrived. They also have valet and there are a couple of self parking garages very close. Highly Recommended!

The valets are great! Love the decor. Upon check out, kind front desk woman made me coffee! Black woman, petite. Lovely!

Those beds were not queens. Slept horrible because of that.

Room very poorly cleaned, stained towels, dirty floor even after being cleaned. Bath tub slow to drain, very noisy surging AC.

I loved being able to stroll through the art at anytime. Beautiful room.
