The hotel was an interesting concept and we really loved being able to experience the museum aspect. The room was just ok. When we got in, our bed linens felt vaguely damp. We’re unsure if it was the humidity in the room or if they had recently been put on the bed and we’re on not fully dried. The bathroom was attractive, but the sink didn’t drain very well, which was kind of gross. The shower curtain appeared to have a little bit of mold on it and one of the rings was broken, so it didn’t close completely. We attempted to use our two complementary waters only to find that one of them had already been used in someone’s initials that have been written on it. The air conditioning unit or perhaps the fan was ungodly loud when it was on. The elevator door made an extremely loud sound when it closed.

Our experience was great. We were celebrating an anniversary and were upgraded to a suite and given a bottle of champagne. We had 2 complaints. First, the AC in our room was pretty bad. It didnt stay on and it seemed like there were 2 units but only one could be on at a time? Made for an uncomfortable night. Second, for the cost of the stay we expected more up to date "technology". Primarily charging stands and USB-C ports next to the beds. There was a wireless charging stand but it was completely unplugged and the cord ripped.
