perfectly located near union station and walkable to the distillery district . Wonderfully decorated for Chistmas. The room was modern and comfotable. The Nicole restaurant is good value.

The lady who booked us (Dec5) was so helpful and kind. The staff in the restaurant are amazing. The room staff perfect( we had a teenage with us, so it was no easy task)

Front desk (AM shift) needs some CS training ( it feels like they hated their job that much that clients like me feel their frustrations and negativity). Bunch of angry folks and to interact with.

We come here often by train from London, to go to the theatres and St. Lawrence Market. The Distillery District is also a must see to walk around, especially during the Xmas season. The Novotel is always our choice because the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly, especially the restaurant staff! They take their time to talk with you and make sure you have everything you need. The breakfast buffet is fantastic as well. Location is close to the train station, shopping, and a good choice of restaurants and cafes.
