Had a really good stay, only complaint were the lights behind the bed that my friend and I could not figure out how to turn off. Definitely made it difficult to sleep. Great location overall though!

We noticed the bedsheets and towels in the room had multiple stains on them, housekeeping was able to quickly fix it which we’re glad about, however the rooms cleanliness and quality is questionable. One of the lights in our room was not working and the TV had connection issues.

We had room 714, you can check the booking, Tuesday we returned around 5pm, we went to the room and it wasn't done, so we decided to go down to the lobby, and we wait around 1 hour to give time to the Cleaning Lady, to finish the room. Wednesday, we arrived before evening, and our room was not done. We had to make the bed ourselves. Maybe the schedule of rooms, were incorrect, or the Cleaning Lady, simply forgot or skip our room. You can check in the CCTV the time we came out and we came in. That's the only issue we had in our trip.

Overall, we found it to be a good hotel, centrally located, close to everything in Downtown. Comfortable room, European standard. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and attentive staff, especially the breakfast team (thank you Anna). Small but functional gym, good pool. We were only disappointed with the pool closure. As it was annual maintenance, they should have informed us at the time of booking.
