Novotel is a well appointed hotel located a few blocks from Union Station. We were welcomed with a drink and the food at the restaurant was outstanding. Thank you for a lovely stay. I am so sad it was only for one night! We will be back!

Warm, helpful and friendly staff made up for the little issue we had with the slippers shortage. As for the location, it was the best one. So convenient for first timers in Toronto, like us. Thank you Novotel. You made our Toronto experience so memorable

Great location beside the St Lawrence market. No robes or slippers in the room. No coffee filters for the coffee machine in the room. One of the bedside lamps didn’t work.
