Booked two rooms for family trip. Got connecting rooms which worked great. Overall service was great but towels were inconsistent. One day dirty towels taken from one of the rooms, but no clean towels left. Another day there were no facecloths left.

A birthday trip for our grandson to visit the Hockey Hall of Fame. We found everything we wanted to do was very walkable from the hotel - the Hockey Hall of Fame, St. L. Market, and the harbourfront with ferries to Toronto Island.

It was okay. Dingy and outdated. Parking is HORRIBLE. They put us in a "handicap accessible room" and it lacked for seating, etc. We should not have been put in that room. Disappointed.

Weekend getaway to see the Jays play. Hotel was perfectly located for use of UP train from airport. Used city bikes to get to game. Room was newly renovated and was nicely done. Bed was comfortable, shower was very good.

On arrival late check in,very easy and good. On getting to room and pulling sheets back noticed it was stained called reception got a not so helpful receptionist but someone did appear with a new sheet which we were told to change bed ourselves. On realising it was wrong sheet had to phone again to get proper sheet delivered to room and on receiving had to strip and remake bed ourselves. Room could do with refresh as stains on carpet etc. On informing reception in morning regarding previous evenings events no apology received. Location very good for bars, restaurants etc
