I stayed at Novotel Toronto Centre during my 22-hour layover. The location is ideal for a quick stroll around Toronto Downtown. It is walking distance to a lot of popular attractions — Union Station is two blocks away; St. Lawrence Market is also just two blocks east of the hotel, and the Distillery District is about a 30-minute walk. You can also watch the sunrise at the Sugar Beach, which is near the hotel. To its west is CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium, Rogers Centre, and many more. I just find my room a little outdated and a bit too dim. But, the warm hospitality and approachability of the hotel staff made my stay a pleasant one.
