perfectly located near union station and walkable to the distillery district . Wonderfully decorated for Chistmas. The room was modern and comfotable. The Nicole restaurant is good value.

Stay would have been perfect until i checked out. At reception, I asked for a taxi to go to the Enercare Centre. The receptionist asked this gentleman to drive me. Early Sunday morning, I thought wgat a great service to get a complimentary ride. I was shocked to find out I had to pay $39. I am pretty sure it would have been a $20 ride. It left me with a sour taste for the hotel. It’s unfortunate.

Not very happy with this hotel. the rooms were very dark, no water provided in room, bed didnt have sheets just comforter. not very pleased
