I could not make the first night of my reservation due to my flight being canceled. I called and explained and was told they would adjust the reservation. Upon checkout I was charged and explained again. They removed that first night. Then after check out, I was charged for the night. I have called and emailed and haven’t received a response. I wasn’t going to fill out this survey, but they kept sending it. While it is a lovely hotel, I doubt I will stay there again.

Disappointed this time. The room was great, but the service at the restaurant and room service/front desk was disappointing compared to previous stays.

The hotel and staff gave the highest level of customer service. Fantastic job by everyone. Keeping the hotel. Clean and friendly. Breakfast was great. Didn’t get a chance to try out dinner, but it always look busy in there which is always a good sign!
