Overall staff and hotel terrific. I called for a bottle of Rose wine to be delivered to room at 5:50 to be in room when I returned. I returned at 8;40 and it hadnt arrived. Called and rhey said they were on it. Ended up delivering $200 b9ttle of Rose Champagne at 9:15. I knew the staff was trying so accepted the bill but disappointed and overcharged.

Lovely hotel located in the heart of DC. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast expensive and not really worth it. The bathroom can be better designed to have a bigger shower cubicle.

The hotel itself is older. The bathrooms could be a bit more updated and bigger, but it was otherwise a nice stay.

Hotel appearance is “tired”wall scrapes, skimpy coffee, no in room snacks, no compact fridge. Restaurant was a joke. No atmosphere, cold, short staff, overpriced.
