The hotel is beautiful and located within a block of the White House. The hospitality team was truly wonderful from check-in through check-out, answering all my questions and taking care of anything I needed. I highly recommend this place!

The hotel was very nice, well located, and clean. However, there were issues that I would expect more from based on the expectations of a hotel of this caliber. My wife, mother, daughter, and grandson arrived before me. It was raining and my wife had to unload all the luggage herself and had to find the valet to park the car. Very frustrating. There was not a mini-fridge in one of the three rooms. Also, there was not small toiletries available for bathroom use. Only the locked bottles (is this really necessary at this price point) in the shower. The separate shower and tub in each room was a definite plus!!

However, I regret to learn that your experience was marred by the challenges your family faced upon arrival. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the valet service and the absence of a stocked mini-fridge in one of your rooms. We do offer to stock the fridge at your request and apologize for not communicating that with you. Regarding toiletries, we have made a conscious decision to provide eco-friendly products in our showers. While we understand that preferences may vary, we appreciate your input on this matter as it is very helpful to us. Thank you once again for your comments.
