I enjoyed the hotel and location. One brief observation the breakfast menu was not as enjoyable as in the past. Sorry but cutting corners in the quality of your food product is not good. The breakfast in the past was very French and top quality.

Had a lovely stay traveling with my fiancé. Our suite was clean & spacious, and the bed very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially Milian, Alan and Chiran.

The hotel itself was adequate, though it did not meet my expectations of a five-star property. Its location, however, is very convenient. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by two unauthorized room service charges totaling nearly $600 that were added to my bill. I contacted the hotel to report the charges and was advised that I would receive a follow-up call. After not hearing back, I called again the following day and was told the matter would be escalated to a manager and that I would be contacted. Despite multiple attempts, including an email inquiry, I received no response. While the incorrect charges were eventually refunded, no one from the hotel reached out to notify me, explain the resolution, or offer an apology. I only became aware of the refund after checking my credit card statement. A simple communication acknowledging the issue would have been appreciated. Due to how this situation was handled, I will not be returning to this hotel. I strongly recommend that future guests carefully review their invoices before departure.

My family stayed at the hotel for 1 night because we wanted to be close to the major museums. The location and proximity to museums, the National Mall, White House, and historic restaurants was fantastic. However, the experience at the hotel was not great. The hotel staff was generally attentive and tried to address our concerns. The valet was not helpful at all.
