The experience was great. I was treated well and the accommodations were extremely comfortable. The only change I would make is that on more than one occasion, my room was not cleaned properly. Additionally, towels that I had actually put on the floor were placed on the counter. One day during my stay I had clips all over my room, where were not present when I left for the day. A suggestion on breakfast, would be to have maybe room service open breakfast at least 1 hour early. Unfortunately, I was not able to indulge in breakfast during the week because it did not open up earlier. Other than that, I will say that I enjoyed my time there and will stay again!

Arriving around 11:30pm, our room AC was pumping out 80 degree air. Maintenance tried to fix it but we finally asked to be relocated to a room with a functioning AC. We moved rooms around 1am. Hotel Management made zero effort to reach out to us about this inconvenience and nobody helped us move our stuff to the new room. The new room was nice but not as clean as the first one.

Having to deal with an air‑conditioning issue at 11:30pm—followed by a room change at 1am—is far from the experience we want for our guests. We’re disappointed to hear that our team did not proactively follow up with you or offer assistance with moving your belongings. That’s not the level of care we strive to provide, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can address it internally. While we’re glad the new room was comfortable, it’s concerning that it did not meet the cleanliness standards you expected. We will be reviewing this with our housekeeping team to ensure greater consistency. Your comments are incredibly valuable, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to provide the seamless, welcoming stay you should always expect from us. My daughter and I stopped here mid-way on a long road trip. The location was perfect, the room was very comfortable and the front desk staff was excellent. The only unfortunate part was the restaurant. After a long day of driving and then hours of walking around the National mall we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. First we waited inside to be seated and were ignored entirely until one of the waitstaff came over. I mentioned that we wanted to sit outside and she told us to just go grab a seat and a waiter would take care of us. We sat outside for a long while during which the waiter walked past us about 5 times and never brought menus or drinks. After the 5th time he walked by we just got up and left and went to 5 guys for burgers. It was really disappointing after a long day and looking forward to a nice meal.
