The hotel and staff gave the highest level of customer service. Fantastic job by everyone. Keeping the hotel. Clean and friendly. Breakfast was great. Didn’t get a chance to try out dinner, but it always look busy in there which is always a good sign!

My stay was lovely. This was the second time I have stayed at a Sofitel and this experience cemented for me what a wonderful property this is! The staff (especially Millien (spelling?) was delightful. He was the first person I encountered and his warmth, cheerful disposition and professionalism stood out and set the right trajectory for the rest of my stay. The room was clean, comfortable and easy to access. Thank you for a memorable stay! I am a loyal Marriott Bonvoy (Titanium Elite Status member) and I shall keep this on my list of hotels outside the program that have stood out to me!

Sofitel continues to offer a premium stay with excellent service, comfortable amenities in a premium location. I loved my stay and will be back. I must also emphasize what a wonderful team the Sofitel has- Juan Palau in particular was wonderfully welcoming and very helpful.
