This hotel is perfect and in the perfect location. Only thing is, when you check out they hit you with a $38 URBAN something Fee per night.

We had a great stay. The only issue was a long wait to be seated for breakfast.

Overall nice stay. Staff were friendly, enjoyed the hotel breakfast and bar. We also liked our room and bathroom. However, I’m surprised this hotel has a 5 star rating. There was no one to help with the luggage cart upon arrival and departure (which wouldn’t have been a big deal if we didn’t have a baby) and we had to wait a while for the valet every time we returned. Little details like that is what I thought differentiated a four star from a 5 star hotel. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay.
