If you get on the elevator in a rush, you may get stuck on it.
Hitting the buttons inside will light up thr floor and theres a sign that says if the button doesn't light up to get off. But it doesn't bring you to the floor. If other patrons got off first, then you will just be in the elevator until it eventually goes back down to the lobby to let you out.
You need to use the iPad in the lobby to select the floor for the elevator.

I had a great stay. The customer services and Bell service teams were fantastic. I had one large suitcase and nine heavy boxes for a work conference. The team moved everything up to my room and ensured I was set up before leaving. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It was OK. Elevator system was confusing , no fridge in the room, pulling a suitcase through revolving doors is not pleasant, accessibility was not great. Meaning many steps up to the lobby, if there was a ramp I did not see it. I personally helped 2 seniors get up the stairs and get their elevators. There was no one there to assist from the hotel. The room was beautiful though and staff I encountered were friendly. The hotel itself is gorgeous.Location was good.

Needed a spot for a night that was close to restaurants and nightlife for a bachelor party. Staying here was so convenient because of closeness to nightlife and the TTC.

If you get on the elevator in a rush, you may get stuck on it.
Hitting the buttons inside will light up thr floor and theres a sign that says if the button doesn't light up to get off. But it doesn't bring you to the floor. If other patrons got off first, then you will just be in the elevator until it eventually goes back down to the lobby to let you out.
You need to use the iPad in the lobby to select the floor for the elevator.
The room was also pretty small

Lots of good conveniences in the room, but the bathroom was faded. The bathtub’s floor had several noticeable eroded patches. There was only a fixed shower nozzle (not on a wand, which is standard in other hotels) which precluded having a proper wash. The elevator system provided some security but was very confusing at first…the front desk check in did not explain the elevator system, so I had to be ‘rescued’ by another guest when I got stuck. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay, but not at the high standard of luxury rooms elsewhere. Overpriced due to location.

We stayed three nights and all three nights we needed to call the front desk to complain about noise from adjacent rooms. Not sure why it was such an issue but made our stay very frustrating. Also, the rooms are very dry (low humidity) which also made sleeps uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Food options at the hotel were very good. Front desk was friendly. Our waiter Maxwell at Reign for breakfast was amazing. Valet was very friendly. Location of the hotel can’t be beat.

- 45 minute check-in resulted in a poor first impression. There were only 5 people in line, the issue was clear lack of staff. And the only rationale is that the hotel is cost focused vs user experience focused.
- bedside table plug-ins are built incorrectly as they don't hold the plug. The socket/jack holes are too big or something, whatever you try to put in just falls out. When I called in to advise about this, the lady was rude and dismissive. "Just use the alarm charger." Thanks, the alarm cord is also loose and falls out of the socket and I have multiple devices, utilizing a fast charger, which I can't plug in.
- one drink at the bar cost me $30. Vegas doesn't even charge that for a drink. The pricing is overly excessive and unnecessary. The bar atmosphere and quality level don't match the prestige pricing that Fairmont is charging for drinks.
Overall, overrated. $800 is pretty steep for what the customer is getting in value. I wasn't impressed.

It was alright. I tried to check in at Deloitte University on Floor 4 and there was no one at reception even after I waited a couple minutes. I went back to the main floor to get my keys from reception. No one explained to me how to use the card to access the elevator. After a guest showed me, I tried to go up to my floor, but my access card didnt work. So I had to go back to reception to give me proper access. Took a long time just to check in. Further, the pool closes at 10pm. For a luxury hotel, thats very early, at least a couple hours longer would be appreciated. For business clients, we often get back to our hotel at 10pm earliest. The pool was also completely shallow throughout which is a bit of a bummer. I would expect more/better amenities for a $430/night hotel.

I have been staying at this hotel property for probably close to 30 years and I can tell you that my experience on this Tuesday was one of the most disappointing. I’ve been a loyalty member for that same period of time and to think that I had to wait for six hours in order to get access to my room was just unbelievable regardless of wanting to pay an upgrade fee or not.

What a refreshing and delightful one night stay, I wish it could have been for longer. The team on check-in were so helpful and friendly, the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in, in a long time (just like home) and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
