The décor in the lobby took us by surprise - we immediately felt like we were in a winter wonderland. staff are always friendly and helpful. the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Turn down service was beyond expectation with slippers at each side of our bed. The Gold lounge hours didn't work for us on this trip, we had theatre plans and had to leave for meetings too early to enjoy but hopefully we will be back soon. Our last trip the elevators were being worked on. this trip WOW ! what a difference - there was no waiting, and they were almost always express.

Rooms are reasonably sized - many other hotels are much lagrer. Price is for location and prestige and services - but if you eat out better to chose an alternative.

A couple of issues were encountered.... the google chrome connect on the tv in my room had no signal which was disappointing it didn't work. My luggage was lost in the luggage room and while it was found, I was very rushed getting to the airport and catching my flight as a result.
