Hi, Poor service this time.At the check-in, i was given my room key withtout being told the usual information.Just gave me the key. Not telling me my room #,not where to find the wifi password, not telling me the opening hour of the pool,gym,restaurant,etc. At the check-out,I ask for the receipt, i was handed a receipt for 1 night only but i was there for 4 night.The moment the person at the counter give me my receipt he answer the phone and let me pending there. The other person ask me to come over. I told him the issue and it said it's normal since they change the system during the week.The 1 person should have known better and making sure my receipt was in order.Then i found out 2 day are missing tips. I had to argue that i did left tip each day and they are missing. I even told the second person that we can go at the restaurant to look at my receipt i just filled with the tip but he didn't want to. He told me he will correct the situation and send me another receipt later during the day. The latest receipt was still missing 2 tips. Servicing fast isn't good if the service is poor.I asked someone else and he told me that happen often that tips are missing on the final receipt.Maybe there is room to improve there. Also,i want real control over the heat/ac system. If i put it at OFF i do want it to not start frequently while i'm sleeping. Thank you

I stayed here for an abdominal surgery and spent 11 days recovering in the hotel. All staff from front desk, restaurant and especially housekeeping were incredibly accommodating. The place is clean and has all major needs covered.

We rented one of the rooms for a company function. The function and food were all good and we then stayed at the hotel that evening. The room was well laid out and in great shape. The bed was the right hardness for us.
