Didn’t get any rest before attending a medical appointment, I travelled 6 hours from northern Ontario; due to a dog barking all night in the room next to us.

Good Day, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I am truly sorry to hear that your rest was disrupted by continuous dog barking, especially after a long 6-hour journey from Northern Ontario and ahead of an important medical appointment. That is certainly not the experience we want any of our guests to have. While we are a pet-friendly hotel, we do expect all pet owners to ensure their pets do not disturb other guests. Unfortunately, on this occasion, we clearly fell short. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and fatigue this caused you. Your feedback has been shared with our management and front desk teams so we can reinforce our procedures for addressing noise disturbances promptly, particularly during overnight hours. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve. Should you consider staying with us again, we would appreciate the opportunity to provide you with a far more comfortable and restful experience.
