I specifically went to Vaughan to shop at Vaughan Mills. Novotel Toronto Vaughan is conveniently located across the street from section 6 of the mall. There’s a set of lights that made it easy being seconds away. I was always greeted by a front desk attendant. They were helpful with all my questions. The only concern I have is the lack of signage for stairs and fire exits.

I did not have any issues, room was nice and clean. Very good customer service. I booked the room on Novotel's website but I had to call customer service and change the date. Everything was easy.
