Check in and out was very easy and, with the exception of Covid restrictions, EVERYONE was very nice - especially the patio servers and food quality.

Great restaurant located in the hotel ,love the patio setting , has tranquil waterfalls!!! had a wonderful tasty meal in the patio prawn linguini!!! great service !! Definitely recommend!!

We booked our stay to celebrate our anniversary. Booked the romance package, we were missing the robes and slippers, had to call the desk twice to before getting them. Also pre paid for breakfast during booking, had to go to desk to confirm after the restaurant said we’d only qualify for discount. The shower head in our room did not work, only the hand held did, so that made it harder to shower. The champagne and strawberries were delicious though.

This is the 2nd time I stayed here during covid and their protocols are consistent. Everything is well maintained, my room was lovely and the food was excellent. The fish I ordered was the best I've had in a long time. Everyone was friendly and I will definitely book here again.

Great customer service, not so great room

Great customer service and food from the restaurant in the hotel was amazing but not so great room. We stayed in a pet friendly room with our cat, and I understand the room won’t be in the best condition, but it was pretty bad. There were red stains all over the carpet (blood? Wine?), stains all over the bed skirt (which looked like it had never been washed), and the couch was falling apart - one of the arm sections was detaching from the rest of the couch. The bedside tables looked like they hadn’t been wiped down as there was a wet sticky substance on one of them that came off once I wiped it. More care should be put into cleaning these rooms, especially since we paid an extra cleaning fee for the pet friendly room and a higher room rate.

Check in was smooth. Room was nice but unfortunately not the cleanest. There was a grease stain on the window and windowsill that was in a very distinct shape illustrating that someone had been sitting pressed against the window without clothes on. You do the math. Didn’t see it until morning when we opened curtains. If that hadn’t been cleaned, what else hadn’t been cleaned. :( Especially during these times I have higher expectations for cleanliness.

Carpets all over were dirty, and the check in staff was not at all welcoming. Not a single smile from staff in 3 days we were there. Walls were thin so we could hear noises from other rooms and outside.

This was the first time we have stayed at any Novotel hotel and I have to say, my F. and I were very impressed. The room was beautifully kept and clean, no issues whatsoever with anything. Not even problems with the bathroom or A.C. as usually wherever we stay, those two things are always an issue.

Comfortable and clean room. We got a complimentary upgrade to an Executive Room. Negative points: - Some hotel staff not using the mask correctly (we are in June/2021); - The staff didn't explain the safety procedures due to covid-19; - A guest's dog almost accessed our room as it was off-leash.
