Delayed check in, beds were not comfortable, elevators were slow.

The in-house buffet breakfast is disappointing. Some front desk receptionists don’t make you feel welcome—totally indifferent and poker-faced at best. Better training is clearly needed. That said, service quality in the GTA tends to be low overall, with staff often acting like they're doing you a favor just by helping.

Pool closes to early and the key in the elevator was annoying
