Good Day, We are truly sorry that the timing of your check-in made an already important wedding day more stressful than it should have been. We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive at the hotel and find that your room was not ready until right at 3:00 p.m., leaving you without a proper place to get ready. While we do our best to prioritize room cleaning when we have large wedding groups arriving, busy days can create significant pressure on room availability. That said, we understand that this does not make the experience any less frustrating, particularly when we know guests have time-sensitive wedding plans. We also apologize that we were unable to accommodate late checkouts and, most importantly, that you felt your concerns were not taken seriously by our Front Office team. Your comments regarding room readiness, late checkout availability, and the service you received at the desk have been shared with our management team. We will use this feedback to look at how we can better prepare for wedding groups and communicate with guests when rooms are delayed. No one in our wedding party was able to check in before 1 Pm so we had to check in at 1 am . Yet the house cleaning team was hard at it at 10 in the morning when we left our rooms . The pillows are bricks so we were not able to sleep . 320$ a night was steep for what the hotel is . Walking into the hotel it looks like a high end, classy but the room finishes new and clean , yet look industrial and similar to a budget hotel we recently stayed. This doesn't bother me, its just odd for the brand .

We understand how frustrating it must have been for your wedding party to be unable to check in until 1:00 a.m., especially when you had been expecting to access your rooms earlier. We are also sorry that the housekeeping activity in the morning disturbed you and that the pillows were uncomfortable. A good night's sleep is an important part of the hotel experience, and we regret that the bedding did not meet your expectations. We also understand your concerns regarding the value of your stay at $320 per night. We were able to check in early and it was our wedding day. Our venue was nearby so it was nice to freshen up before we got there! Staff was nice, room was clean and very stylish! Would stay here again

The room was beautiful, however, the soundproofing between our room with a connecting door was terrible and should be addressed. The people in the other room were extremely loud until the early hours of the morning.

The only place I have given this specific credit card information was through booking of a room with Novotel staff, and it was compromised.

I cannot get my receipt for the life of me. Just on hold for 30 minutes listening to elevator music...twice! No email responses. What is going on with you guys? Lobby has no desks to work at and barely any power outlets to charge at.

Only a 7 minute drive from the stadium, this is the perfect location if you are in Toronto for the annual tennis tournament. Clean, comfortable, & spacious rooms. Restaurant with fresh and quality choices - breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. We'll be back again next year for the tennis.
