We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered regarding Wi-Fi access and the cleanliness of your room. Your comments about the ease of access and speed of the internet, as well as the cleanliness concerns you mentioned, are being taken very seriously. Finding candy under the sitting area and hairs in the bed is certainly not the standard we strive for, and we will be addressing this with our housekeeping team immediately to ensure better attention to detail. First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank you for your continued loyalty as a Gold ALL – Accor Live Limitless member, and for choosing our hotel regularly over the past three years. We truly value and appreciate your ongoing trust in us. I’m very sorry to hear that this stay did not meet the high standards you rightfully expect—especially given your long-standing relationship with us and the Accor brand. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the challenges you experienced during check-in and the lack of flexibility shown regarding breakfast inclusion. We fully understand how frustrating and disheartening that must have been. As a valued Gold member who has spent significantly with us, your recognition should never be overlooked. Your loyalty deserves to be both acknowledged and rewarded, and I regret that we fell short this time. Regarding breakfast not being included in your stay, we have reviewed your reservation and noted that it was made through a travel agency. Unfortunately, bookings made through third-party agents often come with restrictions that prevent us from modifying or tailoring the reservation, including the ability to add breakfast directly to the booking. That said, you are still more than welcome to enjoy breakfast with us during your stay—however, it would need to be settled separately at the hotel. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we remain at your service should you need any assistance during future stays.
