Staff was courteous and polite. Front desk helped me with all my requests. Room was clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed and excellent lighting. Considering this was a pet friendly room, it was very nice.

Rooms are clean and the hotel is well located. I was disappointed with the technology in the room. You are unable to stream, the tv guide only shows stations with no description and there is demand is 25 dollars.

Hotel was fine, except one elevator of two was broken for three days.This is unacceptable as the wait for the elevator at times was lenghthy

No complimentary bottled water nor glass or cup in the washroom for brushing use

I am surprised why there is not even one complimentary bottled water in the room. I would highly recommend to put just a couple even. It is very essential especially for people who needs to take their meds, you don't expect them to get water from the tap and in fact there is no cup nor glass in the washroom as well.
