Our first night we barely slept because of noisy neighbours but the walls were so thin that you could hear everything. Tried the AC for white noise and it was SO noisy it wasn’t worth it ☹️

Overall pleasant experience and the Accor loyalty program perks were appreciated. Clear effort put to make hotel attractive for it's price point. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, it was clear that the hotel is currently suffering from the staffing shortage. At check-in, we were given keys to a room that was already occupied, requiring us to bring all of our luggage back down to the front desk to resolve that issue. The breakfast service was also quite slow despite a lack of guests in the restaurant. Finally, the pool was closed for most of our stay, possibly related to the above. Again, the staff were excellent but it's clear that the property would provide better service if it could do more to attract and retain staff.

Beautiful hotel. Easy to locate, ample free parking, super close to tons of amenities. Hotel room was gorgeous. Big a spacious, great price. Pool needs some attention but was better than no pool!

Went downhill since precovid

Novotel seems to have gone downhill. Charging 5$ for delivery for room service is to much. Out of hotel delivery is cheaper. I had to beg to get the food on plates instead of a Styrofoam container. I was there for 3 nights, never got the room cleaned, asked if I needed fresh towels ect.

Not happy with room accessibility for a manual wheelchair user.

Fan in room was loud so we unplugged it. Carpet and thresholds into the room we’re difficult to cross in wheelchair. Lots of space in room to get around. Left handed grab bar not in place in toilet area. Sink was placed directly in front of toilet which made the toilet difficult to use.

Problem with room keys, one of our rooms were not ready at check in, and both rooms tried calling for room service and housekeeping and for 1/2 hour couldn’t get through finally had to go down to front desk to ask

We stayed 1 night during the pandemic and enjoyed great service, a quiet room, plus excellent dinner and breakfast. Very comfortable bed and little noise from inside or outside the hotel. The hotel has great access to the highway nearby.

Some awkward design choices

Weird design choice with the bathroom. There were double doors that didn’t have a lock so there was no way of stopped the kids from opening the door while on the toilet. The bathroom also didn’t have a fan.

This is the 2nd time I stayed here during covid and their protocols are consistent. Everything is well maintained, my room was lovely and the food was excellent. The fish I ordered was the best I've had in a long time. Everyone was friendly and I will definitely book here again.
