I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I booked this hotel nearly a year in advance for a concert and made multiple attempts to request an early check-in, including two emails (one the week before and one the week of my stay) as well as a phone call the night before arrival. None of my emails were ever acknowledged, and while I was told a note would be added to my reservation, no effort appeared to have been made to accommodate the request. I even offered to pay for early check-in but this was dismissed. When we arrived at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, we were told early check-in was not available. After explaining my repeated attempts to contact the hotel, the front desk agent was dismissive and rude. What made the situation even more frustrating was watching multiple guests being given early check-in by other staff members while the agent we had repeatedly indicated that we could not have early check-in. After more than 30 minutes and several conversations, we were finally provided with only one of our two rooms. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse at the hotel restaurant. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, it took over 30 minutes to receive our drinks. When they finally arrived, we asked to place our food order and were told the server would return shortly. He did not come back for another 20 minutes. We eventually decided not to order food and requested our bill, which still did not arrive after another 15 minutes. When I went to the bar to inquire, the server was standing on his phone while drinks sat waiting to be delivered to other patrons. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and overall indifference from staff made this one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to others.
