It was a good experience. I do have a request to add the phone or text number to number to the valet ticket. That would be a more convenient for guests.

Good stay, room service needs some work

Had to wait a bit in the check in line, but the employee who checked me in was pleasant and helpful. Room was fine. Maybe not quite up to a 5-star billing, but ok. I ordered room service for dinner and it took an hour and a half to come, which is not ok. The food was good. I ordered it again for breakfast and it came in an ok period of time, but was not very good -- eggs were undercooked and food was bland. In all, this is more like a good 4 star hotel rather than 5 star.
