Accommodating and warm hospitality from the front desk, reception and concierge made it an enjoyable and lovely stay. Appreciated very much the room upgrade to a higher floor and late checkout, which made for a relaxing experience throughout. The welcome tray of wine and chocolates made me feel so welcome and made my day- they were so delicious! I was so happy to stay at the Fairmont and felt so pampered :)

I stay here frequently for work - this was one of my favorite so far. Staff very friendly and allowed me to check into my room early (arrived early due to flights).

We received a great room upgrade. Service in restaurant and bar great. Breakfast food terrible. Our bathroom floors had a scum on them that we didn't realize until we were barefoot. We wiped them with washcloths that showed serious dirt. Started inspecting more - could write words on window film, dust everywhere - closet shelf dust got on our clothes. Nice room - just not clean. We looked at the cleaning cart in hallway and realized the use a Swiffer-like tool for the floors that had the same dirty terry cloth cover on it. So just swish everyone's bathroom floor dirt around in every bathroom. That is disgusting and unhealthy. Moving to another room wouldn't have helped, and really it was a nice sized room. Also, the master bathroom mirror was marred and cloudy and had a huge chip in the corner.
