Check In 4pm didn’t get into a room until 4:48pm which they upgraded to a suite which was nice however the room was freezing had to send engineers to fix we had little time to enjoy hotel had plans to celebrate a birthday with my plus one ate at floor 2 food an drinks amazing atmosphere out of this world service so slow only could get appetizers got back from celebrating around 1am the suite went from cold too hot was set over 80 degrees so had to lower thermostat to get room temperature was sweating up until 3am trying to get comfortable woke up in morning room was cold again then the sink in bathroom kept clogging tried using hotel phone in room wasn’t operational also went to floor 2 restaurant again for a complimentary meal around 11am they stopped serving breakfast already bummed so had lunch again food delicious the ambience in that restaurant gorgeous however service was slow saw multiple other tables get there food before we did an they were seated after us didn’t get anything fancy either both plates the fries came out cold rest of food was warm not hot very tasteful still though all in all disappointed in stay been there before few times stayed never had this much to complain about when here to celebrate a birthday together thought be time of life staying at a five star hotel have give a one star rating even with comps still would say they should had offered myself another stay for free one night at a later date plus comp the valet an give food an beverage credit to finalize give a complimentary couples massage at spa at no cost to make up for that experience as much they did try to help still made worse should be fine nice experience from start to finish I feel Thanks.

Awesome hotel, but couldn't get room comfortably warm with the thermostat not responding. Thankfully I packed a sweatshirt to sleep in. I loved the room but it was freezing!

The location was great. The hostess at the restaurant was very helpful with a takeout order. All staff were friendly. The edges of the room and furniture were lined with dust. Coffee cups were removed from the room after use. We called three times to get replacements which took two days. Prior to arrival, we called to set up an authorized guest. I was but on hold for 30 minutes, put in hold again for another hour, and hang up on. I called back later and this authorized guest issue was handled very well in under 5 minutes. The incidental bills is still pending, and we are still awaiting the receipt.
