The Fairmont is the nicest experience in downtown. For this trip, the people were amazing from check in to storing luggage to check out. The staff is great. Turndown service was a pleasant surprise. My only concerns having seen this hotel age a bit - water pressure in the shower used to be a top reason for booking for me and it was mediocre. The other item - the cleanliness of the bathroom was a 4/10. I almost called down to have it cleaned again and given the things people share online, this is not what you want people sharing. Hair in the corners of every part of the bathroom. Cleanliness really needs to be addressed.

It was a nice hotel and good stay. was just expecting room to be serviced while gone for the day. 2/16-2/18. thought at least room would be picked up or bed made. i did not have do not disturb on door. was gone 2/17 from 8am until 4pm and bed not made and no new towels. i didnt not contact hotel since i was only there for one more night

The only thing recommendation I have is to provide a desk lamp. If this is a standard, then it was not in the room I occupied.

always a pleasure staying with you all. My hot water in my shower was not as hot as I hopped but not a big deal as it still was warm

In town overnight for a show, hotel was literally around the corner from the venue. Extremely clean, quiet room. Easy access to parking, absolutely nothing but good about this stay.Could not have asked for a better experience.
