Everything was very nice. However I was charged $17.12 for pretzels that I never saw. I inquired and your people said we had them from the room. We did not. I have asked for a refund but have not received it yet.

We came for a getaway weekend to Pittsburgh. The hotel was centrally located, and so comfortable. We love the extra room in the bathroom, and the response of staff to our requests.

Poor service at check. I was barely acknowledged. I was using my American Express Platinum "Fine Hotels" benefit. I asked for an upgrade, but no response. I was suppose to have a river view. Which is laughable on the 14th floor I could not see the river. The room was not very clean, bulbs were out. The bathroom was dirty, many black hairs!!! The room a/c did not work to cool down the room. The first night we could hear someone coughing all night, I believe he was in the room next doo!
