Good hotel overall, however there was no shower cap in the room, and also no cream or sugar for coffee. Would have that improved for a better experience.

I had booked the Fairmont with a view of the stadium- when we got into our room I checked the view and our view was trees. There was no way we could see the stadium at all so that was very disappointing.

I enjoyed my stay at Fairmont Pittsburgh for a business trip. My room on the 17th floor was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The conference rooms we used were great, and the vibe and drinks at the FL2 restaurant was energetic and enjoyable. The only complaint I have is that I had to call the front desk just to schedule room service, and when it did arrive, the tea and coffee were not re-stocked, and the coffee cups I used were not replaced.
