Spent one night for work - valet and front desk were amazing. Room was clean, although carpet is getting a bit tired. Similar to my previous trips, I did not receive a copy of my bill through email, even though I requested it - I am not sure if there is an issue with your system. I will now have to follow up with the front desk to request.

Only challenge is there wasn't hot water in the shower. Assume it has to do with the weather.

Great location, but property is starting to look / feel a little 'tired'

Overall experience would have been an 8, if I had hot water for my shower at 7am. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times annually since it opened. Cold showers are unacceptable.

It happens but had no hot water on Thursday hard to get ready taking a bird bath in the am.
