We loved the room. Comfortable bed, spacious and clean bathroom. But the dinner service in the restaurant was one of the worst we’ve seen. Insufficient staff to wait on tables meant food sat on the pass for more than 30 minutes AND not under the heat lamp. Felt for one your woman who was in tears more than once as the guests were, understandably, disappointed, hungry and thirsty.

Check-in was a little cumbersome, but the hotel is very clean, modern, and well located, a 10 minute drive to the airport. However, sound insulation is VERY poor. I could hear my neighbour pass gas through the adjoining doors. As a result, a poor night’s sleep. Nice to have an airport shuttle. Price is too high.

The staff were confident, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel was clean and fully equipped.... including terrycloth bathrobes! The price was reasonable and included a shuttle to the airport and a fantastic breakfast. We would gladly stay there again.

Shuttle pick up is a hit and miss! Car has a very small Ibis marking on it and with all the other cars stopping at the same location it is very difficult to identify it. Do not opt for the breakfast box, because what they pack is literally crap. Make time for the continental breakfast (fresh fruits, eggs etc). Even though I paid for the breakfast, the staff there was very rude. It can be because language barriers….not sure. The room itself was very small, but comfortable, except the bathroom shower had a very poor shower design - specifically the knob used for opening the shower door! Took me a while to get inside and outside of the shower! These things can be easily address to make the 4 stars shine!

Close to airport. Bathroom ceiling was covered in mould. Hair all over shower walls. Staircase smelt like urine. Restaurant extremely slow with edible but not flavorful food.

It was a one night stay on the way home from Portugal so we needed a place close to the airport with a shuttle service. The hotel is beautiful, the room was tiny but very clean and comfortable. Excellent restaurant in the building. Front desk staff helped us print boarding passes and when they discovered we had to check out before breakfast offered to have boxed breakfast ready to go for us. Service above and beyond. I had made an error in the original booking and Carolina at Reception was so helpful and efficient in correcting it, putting my mind at ease.
