The overall stay was fine. The room was clean, well decorated, nicely distributed, and comfortable. The reception area and checkin7out seems a bit chaotic. We wrote to the hotel weeks in advance and the day in advance again to ask about the airport shuttle and didn't hear back about how to book it coming from the airport until the day we arrived. By then, it was too late. That lack of communication was frustrating. Upon arriving we could see that the reception area seemed a bit overwhelmed. The staff was kind and polite.

We stayed at the hotel today be close to the airport for an early flight. The hotel is clean, modern and a good value for the money. The staff was incredibly helpful and upgraded us so that our family of 4 had adjoining rooms. That made all the difference and was greatly appreciated.

It was great. Just a few modifications and it will be better. 1. USB next to bed, call to reception rings with no response, phone to call is too small and needs upgrade to speaker, towel holder near shower, instructions on how to operate coffee machine.
